Both electricians, Roberto and Raphael, were friendly, professional, and listened to my questions. They pointed out easier solutions than what I had thought was needed, and fixed 4 different issues, including adding new outside outlets to an older concrete block house. They definitely knew their stuff, and were great to work with. I'll be using them again for some other issues we didn;t address.

I paid for an Inspection on the first visit. Due to a problem with my current Insurance company, it was crucial that I could ensure that during the Inspection the electricians did not encounter the issue the Insurance company was using to cancel my policy. I've called twice, spoke with Joan and Diana, explained the situation; both promised to have Roberto call me. That was a week ago, but no one has called. I guess I'll have to pay for another inspector to help. Funny how they came out same day when money was involved ($1796.00), but when there's no money they can't find the time to provide info that I paid for. Sad.

Tony and Alex arrived within an hour after the call — very fast service!
They also clearly explained everything that the previous electrician had installed incorrectly, fixed everything, and now it all works perfectly.

Jonathan was on time and did a stellar job installing an outlet under the sink, in record time. He left the work area pristine and was friendly on top of it all. Highly recommend!

Ricardo and Luigi were fantastic and quickly diagnosing the litany of issues we had going on and then they immediately fixed them while also providing tips on how to avoid having issues again. They also told us how much everything would cost before doing work. Thank you so much!! We would definitely recommend. Also, communication from this company was great overall!

While we didn't end up choosing them as our provider due to estimated cost, working with them from far away was a good experience. Isabella (I believe, sorry!) their office person was great and was so professional despite our issues getting them a working payment option for some time. Roberto was professional and timely although if I had Spanish fluency it would have been easier to communicate. They are an organized, diligent company and worth checking out.

The electrician assigned was experienced and did not take any extra time, everything is great about this company. They charge based on what they do, not time, and they do great work, are clean and leave you with just what you asked for.

Scheduling an appointment was very smooth; the representative was very friendly. Tony was an excellent electronic technician. He knew what to do and provided great explanations to the customer.

I had a tough wire run through multiple attics. I offered it to other contractors that turned me down. They got it done, and they were very friendly doing while doing it.

A-Lumination has completed several jobs for me over the years, Most recently installing electrical for a patio addition and all included wiring (New sub panel 80 FT away, Blue Tooth lighting, ceiling fans, several 20 amp circuits for outdoor kitchen. I have to say Roberto and his Team were uniformed, punctual, professional and quick.

We needed to have four smoke detectors replaced. When Omar arrived, he shook our hands before we showed him the location of each smoke detector. Omar was meticulous in his work and caring of the area. After completing the job, Omar once again shook our hands before leaving.

Families if you want a trust company this is the one. I had a problem with my Tankless Electric Water Heater in my house. When I called the office right away the nice lady put me on schedule for the same day. The technician came on time his name is Rafael. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and detail person. Right away working and fix my problem without hot water for two weeks in Winter is pretty hard. Thank you A-lummination for your fastest and excellent service. Ty did an awesome job with all the electrical work on my home office renovation, including moving outlets and 8 recessed lights. He made sure to measure multiple times and check with me before cutting all holes to ensure the work was being done where requested. He was focused on meeting customer expectations the entire time. The price was fair and in line with industry averages. I will be calling A-lumination again next time I need any electrical work done around the house.

This Company and the Tech Roberto are the few honest ones left. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, I felt genuine intentions throughout the whole process. We had our main electrical house switch replaced and the pricing and program they offer is unbeatable. We out now loyal customers. Thanks Roberto!

I called to set up an appointment to see if there was power to the through the wall AC unit in the house I am renting…I was told that the service call will be $69 and then after diagnosing if there are additional things to be done or recommended I would then get a quote. She repeated herself a few times and I confirmed that there are no hidden costs! Well that did NOT happen! After they realized that there is power I had to pay $479!!! Apparently this is how they do business. Everyone I have spoken to were pleasant but i still feel ripped and scammed! The technician who came to the house said this happens a lot! Wow!!! The landlord will not reimburse me for this since it was not told up front! So now I’m out of this money! That could’ve been used for the new AC unit I now need to get. So sad this happen as I am big supporter of these individually owned businesses, but this definitely jaded me into thinking this way. If they would just communicate up front that would be the smart business decision.
