Team 7 did such a great job today! So friendly and caring! Destiny is always awesome, and Hailee was new to me today and she’s great and pays attention to details! My house looks fabulous!

Pretty much stole our money. After 5 hours and $800, my house was DIRTY! An empty house that we are moving into and we had to clean ourselves after Molly Maid refused to give us our money back. They only gave us back $150, when they clearly did not clean. Floors are dirty, bathrooms sinks are dirty, kitchen cabinets are dirty. I mean, why did they vitally clean?? Take a look at the pics yourself. Don’t waste your money, their standards for cleanliness is VERY low. Truly embarrassing.

Outstanding service today. Team 5, Vanessa and Taylor worked diligently today doing a deep clean in our home They left no crook or cranny uncleaned. It feels so good to have everything cleaned at once. Thank you!

Daniela and Cindy (team 7) did a tremendous job deep cleaning our house for Christmas! It was such a help since we were having guests and I needed to cook! We were very pleased with how clean our house was and we will continue to have them regularly!

I recently used Molly Maid for a cleaning, and while the first team that came out wasn’t as detailed as I expected and missed a few areas, I was so impressed with how quickly the company handled my concerns. I called the service line, and they immediately accommodated me by sending out another team the very next day.

That second team— Yinette, Andreah, and Evonna were absolutely phenomenal. These ladies deserve the highest praise (and honestly, a raise!). Their attention to detail was unmatched. They didn’t just clean what was missed the first time—they went above and beyond, catching things I didn’t even realize weren’t cleaned properly. Every corner, every surface, and every little detail was spotless when they finished. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, professional, and sweet to work with.

I will definitely be using Molly Maid again, and I’ll be sure to request Yinette, Andreah, and Evonna moving forward. They turned my experience around and set a whole new standard for what I expect from a cleaning service.

Today I had Marina and Jennifer come clean my home. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were some of the sweetest people I’ve met. They would above and beyond, and you can truly tell they put love into their cleaning! I could not recommend those two enough!

Daniela and Jennifer (team 7) absolutely exceeded my expectations when cleaning our house to get ready for sale! They were kind, professional and courteous- and maintained contact throughout the process even as I was running around getting other things done. They extended the time allotted to make sure that the job was done right and done right the first time.
