I go to Lowe's because I like their prices. Grabbed some manure and compost for my garden. Staff is very courteous and professional.

I had a very disappointing experience with Associate Chavela and the store manager at Lowe's. I was trying to return some items using my Lowe's Credit Card and Pro account. Chavela was able to locate the items and initiate a refund. However, there were two items that were over 90 days old, and I requested store credit for them. Chavela simply said "No" and walked away. When I asked if she could check with a manager, she didn't respond at all.

Another associate then approached and helped me by explaining the return policy.

Later, I called the store and spoke with Store Manager Tiffany. From the moment she answered, her tone was confrontational and she spoke very quickly. I tried to explain the situation, but she continued to respond in a confrontational manner. When I mentioned that I would be contacting corporate, her response was, "Ugh, okay," and then she hung up on me.

I have since called corporate to report my interactions with these employees.

Good Evening, My name is Charmaine Harrypersad a new returned customer already disappointed with resolving a billing issue. David Augenblick is the consultant who signed me up. He placed a request to have our sod/weeds die as we are planning to replace our sod. The tech that came out treated our lawn instead of killing the sod/weeds. Later the same day David had to request that the tech come out again and done what he should have done in the first place. I was then billed for two services instead of the one I asked for. Since then it has been a struggle to resolve by removing the overdue bill. Please stop any future services and remove overdue bill. I am once again disappointed with your service. Please contact me.

Today Zach did a pest control treatment around the property. He answered all my questions about wasps and took extra care around one suspicious shrub that may have been attracting them. He was conscientious in performing his job and gave good advice regarding the timing of power washing to be scheduled just before a visit with pest control so that the Heron protection can be reapplied. Zach always calls in advance and assures me that he is just a phone call away if I have any questions. Peace of mind- ahhhh!

We needed an inspection and possible critter mitigation in our attic. Not only did Mike come out just a couple days after the initial call, he came out and took care of everything within a week of first contact. After a thorough inspection of the home, he explained my options we decided on a plan. No crazy upselling or anything just a fact based discussion with all my options. Each time he went back to check on the status of everything he kept me updated and communicated his findings. I could not be more pleased with Heron and especially Mike who was professional, personable, proficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Great service every time, tech always discusses the treatment and any issues. My yard has never look so good.

Robert is always very friendly and knowledgeable about all of my lawn and plant questions. Always goes above and beyond. Never makes me feel rushed. Takes his time when completing our home service. Always willing to educate me on care and maintenance of special plants. I know that I am not his only customer but Robert makes me feel like I am. He always makes sure that I am happy with my service before leaving. We are very happy with our service and would highly recommend.

Have heron for over 10 years and they have Always kept my yard looking beautiful. If I have called them to come out and just take a look at something that I was concerned with within a couple days they were right out to check it and if there was something needed, they did it.

I am always pleased with the pest control service Mark performs each visit. He provides an advanced text message advising of his visit, meets with us to discuss any concerns we may have and leaves a service report. We appreciate all he and Heron do in treating our home.

Anthony De Jesus did an excellent job in describing what he was going to be treating my yard for and what I needed to do to help solve some issues I'm having. He also went an extra step in address some pest issues that I forgot to mention but he noticed while spraying my yard. That only told me that he was paying attention to what he was doing and looking out for what my concerns. I appreciate that time he took and wish I could be home more often when this service is complete to get educated.

Angel is an expert at identifying and eliminating any insects. He’s the best. He’s serviced us for nine year and has been outstanding with service and is very friendly. I highly recommend him!

Rob and Zac always notify us when he’s planning to arrive and always listens and answers our concerns. They do good job in their work and always a pleasure talking with them!

Zach has been my Heron tech for about two years. He always does a great job with my pest control service. He's polite, considerate, and really cares about his work. I highly recommend Heron due to the quality of their pest treatments, and the high level of customer service I've received with Zach.

The driver on the 417 around 815AM today should be taken off the road.

Total classless and to be driven a company vehicle that way tells a lot about who works for you.
