Excellent service!!! Carlos has been an incredibly diligent and professional technician. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for our lawn care needs!

I had their shrub service. $130.00 for them to ruin my plants. First they burn and kill my plants, with their one type of fertilizer fits all. As you can see in the photos, a lot of damage and too much fertilizer, burned tips and leaves on the plants, plus dead plants. Then the technician sprays insect killer on plants I was going to eat. But doesn't spray the shrubs that have aphids and mealy bugs on them. Worst service ever. They do not take responsibility for anything and they don't reimburse you for what they damage or kill. Even though you call and tell them. My advice go somewhere else. They care nothing about the damage and the cost to replace the plants they destroy.

Gamalier from Heron has done an exceptional job addressing issues with my yard. He listens to feedback and addresses concerns with care. I highly recommend his services.

My lawn is having significant issues. The only person with the knowledge is my irrigation tech Kyle. He is awesome! He is so informative and I trust him completely with my lawn. He appears to know more than even the tech that comes out for the weeds etc. He told me what needs to happen to prevent further damage to my lawn which is not something anyone else even The area supervisor has done.

We have had Heron going on five years now. They go out of their way to make sure we know when they will arrive so we can discuss any concerns we see in our lawn. If we do find any issues they reschedule techs to come out and make it right. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The techs do not inspect shrubs and lawns, they just come out of their trucks and start spraying something (maybe a basic multipurpose product?). They are doing it so fast and so sloppy that 80% (unfortunately I am not exaggerating) of my lawn and 50% of my schrubs are not treated while my walkways and walls get chemical stains. A report is emailed after each visits (lawn platinum care:$76, shrub care: $47). Watching my security cameras footages provide evidence that the reports are a scam. I only had the cameras covering the front garage before, but now I can see around the house and I realize that Heron has been taking me for a ride for a long time. The supervisor also doesn't come to check on the house or follow up if a concern is brought up (as advertised). Eventought Heron has been contracted for years, cutting and watering is done appropriately, my lawn is getting worse month after month, some of my plants are getting sick (see pictures). Pest control service is also a disaster so I am finally switching to another company that was recommended by neighbors. It allegedly appears that family owned businesses are a safer bet for these kind of services as they are usually prone to be more careful at selecting their techs and apply less pressure on amount of houses to be done in one day and cost of chemicals.

We’ve had Heron for over a decade. They do a very good job and our technician Gama is very nice and always check with us to address and specific concerns that we have about the yard. Before we started using Heron we had gone through a number of other companies. Heron is by far the best. They provide a consistent service and are quick to come out with a phone call if any issues arise.

Brandon Aldino is such an amazing person , great personality and has my grass looking amazing . I NEVER SEEN MY GRASS SO GREEN IN MY LIFE !! He is also extremely handsome! Hes awesome i recommend him to anyone who wants great grass and amazing company!!

The tech as well as Mark the inspector was absolutely fantastic!!! They explained things very clearly and Mark even did some adjusting of my irrigation. Thank you so much for extremely competent people!!!🙏

I can’t say much about their service, but one of their employees came within a centimeter of smashing into my car this morning when he cut me off in traffic along with at least two other cars. So at least you know they’re dedicated to getting to your appointment on time!

Greg has been an outstanding technician, he was sure to pay close attention to the details my yard needed and I am highly impressed with the results!

Zach is very professional and listens to his customers concerns. He did an amazing job as always on my property by paying attention to detail.

If you are looking for a lawn service to help you have a lush green yard full of weeds then stop scrolling and call Heron right now because this is what you will get. Just a little over 2 years I have slowly let them destroy my lawn. When we first moved in I used the pest control side and the tech was awesome that came out. So I assumed I would have the same great service with the lawn. Yup not even remotely close. I have got absolutely no where with these people the answer is we will send out a tech and re apply a treatment and wait again. The operation manager reached out said he was going to stop by on may 5th 2023 and now it’s the 18th and not even a phone call back. Now I’m waiting on Dave’s boss to return a call back.

Honestly at this point stay away from this company for lawn care. The pest control side is great.

We used Heron for years, and they continually declined in service over the years. The last straw was two weeks ago when they sprayed all of my windows and house with far too-concentrated chemicals. All of my white pillars and trim are stained and ruined and will need to be re-painted. The windows are covered with a thick yellow film. The smell was awful. We gave them multiple chances to make it right. Emails, calls, and setting up a time when they could come and assess the damage. I stayed home all day last Tuesday waiting for the manager to come over (the day they picked to come) and he was a no show. We called again and left a message to have them reach out to us again, but no one ever did. Zero customer service, plus there are weeds and bugs all over our shrubs and lawn. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to repaint your house at your own expense and love having bugs and weeds.

Dario did a very thorough job on our yard. He introduced himself and explained the process. He gave us detailed instructions on aftercare.

Very bad customer service, and they didn't fix my lawn that, yes it wasn't in very good condition; but with them it got worse. I called several times trying to get someone to come and evaluate an alternative treatment, but after two appointments nobody showed up.

We’ve been having weed issues and omega ellis came out recently and I must say I couldn’t be more happier with the results…weeds are dying and my wife and i are very pleased…thanks a lot mr. ellis, best tech at heron…i also recommended my neighbor, hope he signs up with you guys…here are some before and after pics of the result…

The representative was very pleasant, quiet and respectful while going about his tasks. He was easily identifiable as he was dressed professionally in the Heron uniform. He was a very clear and willing communicator and give us a great description of the service performed.

Zach is terrific. He is courteous, conscientious and very knowledgeable! We appreciated his immediate attention to a passing comment I made regarding knats we had been seeing around the house. Thanks Zach as long as you are with Heron, we are too!

Anthony De Jesus is an excellent lawn technician. He’s great with communication as well!!!! So happy we have Anthony for our services.
