We’ve been using Molly Maids for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. The team is always professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. We especially want to give a big shoutout to Sandra and her team, they are truly amazing! We request them specifically because of the care and attention to detail they bring every single time. It’s such a relief knowing our home is in great hands. Thank you, Molly Maids for consistently going above and beyond!

We paid over $600 for a "move in" clean for four hours of a thorough cleaning. The experience was disappointing to say the least. The kitchen cabinets, pantry, master bath, master closet, all countertops, all seemed to be untouched. There was a layer of dust on all the countertops and backsplashes. We only started taking pictures once we saw how bad the kitchen cabinets were, which I've put pictures in here. When we contacted the company, the owner got back to us and said they could send someone back out to clean again, which was no longer an option since we had to clean it ourselves and unpack. They gave us about 20% of our money back but no more than that because we couldn't provide "enough evidence" and we should have "documented other areas" as if it was our fault. They also offered us discounted future cleans which is funny they think I'd use them again at any point. It was a poor clean, poor customer service to fix the issue, and overall poor experience. If you're looking for an overpriced and poor performing company, you found the right one. They had their chance to fix the issue, but now I have to share the experience with you all. Proceed with caution.

LaDonna and Emily from Molly Maid did an outstanding job cleaning our home. We had a lot of dust and plenty of dog hair built up, and they handled everything with care and attention to detail. Every room looked refreshed and spotless when they were done. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly efficient.

Jennifer and Tanya were fantastic! They kept me appraised as to their ETA. Both were professional, engaging, and very polite. After I showed them the task, they went right to work. This ended up being a very deep cleaning after several years of neglect by my disabled friend. They kept me appraised of the time constraints and mutually agreed to the extended time needed. They never stopped working the whole time. All the bathrooms were spotless as well as the kitchen (microwave, cabinets, countertops do you want me to make a couple for you? Thanks how come your shower curtain wire cause the one it’s in there looks pretty shitty so I was gonna didn’t wanna wash it so I was gonna take that one down and put a new one up. Right which was a real mess. Everything was cleaned spotless and smelling great and CLEAN! Since it’s not my home, I can’t make the decision to contract further services, but I’m encouraging the owner to do so. A great experience with Molly maids and highly recommend them without reservation. Both Jennifer and Tanya deserve a big’well done job’ and deserving a note in their personnel file and a bonus.

I called this morning and was surprised to get a same day appointment! The ladies did an excellent job! Ce Ce and Lillian were very professional, prompt and worked very hard. I used to be a professional cleaner so I realize how some jobs are not easy! These two were workers! I give Molly Maids an outstanding report! Thank you again Melodi

Great job and phenomenal customer service from the cleaners. I only wished the initial price was a little bit lower since my apartment is so small. But nonetheless, I also wanted to advise that I would like Jennifer/Tanya (Route 16) to come back for my weekly schedules. They were awesome and kind and their attention to detail is impressive and comforting. They made my home spotless and their personalities made me feel comfortable to have them in my home. Would definitely recommend.

I must sing the praises of Kristina and Aiysha sent to clean my house today. They did a great job and focused on the big and small details. They listened and accomplished everything including vacuuming my stairs and dusting pictures on the walls. My bed was made perfectly and my son even noticed how well his room was dusted. They got it done in great time even with my dog trying to bite the vacuum. I'm guessing they are your superior team. Thank you for sending them to my house today.

It took us some time to find the right fit, but I think we finally found it. We have a 3-story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and Molly Maid did an excellent job. The cleaning was extremely thorough and detailed, every space felt fresh and well cared for from top to bottom.

We specifically requested Jenifer and Tanya, and they were wonderful. Both were mindful, friendly, professional, and very nice, and you could tell they truly take pride in their work. Nothing felt rushed, and all the small details were handled beautifully.

I scheduled a move-in cleaning at the end of January with Molly Maid and the booking process online was super easy to a slot I needed and everything was quickly confirmed via text and call. They had the best duo come and get my apartment ready for my move-in day. Jennifer and Tanya (Route 16) were an absolute delight and ensured the place was free of dust and debris and took extra care of to ensure the floors were spotless since it was made of the kind of material that most traditional mops wouldn’t work well for. I had to be at the apartment during the time they cleaned and I felt so lucky that they were the ones that were booked that day because they were so easygoing and friendly that the time passed quick. I want to gatekeep, but everyone should be asking for the Route 16 team! Jennifer and Tanya were a joy and did an excellent job so I will definitely be requesting them for future cleanings and Molly Maid will be my go-to as the pricing and service all lined up well.

This review is for Team 11. I paid over $600 for a 4.5 hour deep clean. Team 11 was here for 3.5 hours and completely ignored two areas that I specified for cleaning. When I asked the team to finish cleaning the remaining areas, I was told "more time, more money". Cool. I contacted Molly Maid and had a 2nd team come out for free to complete the clean.

The 2nd team didn't do that great of a job but I won't hold it against them. Regarding thr 2nd team, however, I was told they would arrive after a certain amount of time (a specific time that was discussed over the phone prior) and they were 30 minutes early, causing me to rush home. Poor communication.

Back to Team 11. For the areas they did clean, i expected more. There were window and door sills left dirty, the handles to my oven and fridge were dirty, there were noticable stains on counter appliances and some parts of the floors felt like they weren't swept.

I will absolutely not be using this service again and I recommend others to find a more thorough cleaning company that gives you what you pay for.

First time using Molly maid for a 1 hour “deep clean”. Overall would not use again because I feel the price is too high for the service provided. One maid who focused on my bathroom (Raquel I believe) was phenomenal and did a really great job. My bathroom was left spotless .Other maid spent one whole hour in my kitchen (which is small to begin with, see the picture) and left my cabinets dirty (yes, I told her to focus on these when she got here because I spilled stuff on them) and the space behind my appliances dirty and didn’t even touch my bedroom to at least dust my tv/nightstand, put new sheets, or dust living room table. The company offered me 10% off for next clean. $158 for 2 people to do just a deep clean of bathroom, and clean my kitchen, vaccum+mop for 10 minutes is not worth it to me, my apartment is 785 square feet including a balcony by the way.
