We highly recommend Word of Mouth Tree Service. The entire process is very professional. They listen to the customer and communicate thoroughly during the tree service. The employees are respectful, hard working, and polite as well as VERY knowledgeable. Left the sight very clean as well. Excellent !!

You are going to get what you pay for. They may have certified arborist on the team but they are probably the owner that don't do the work. They left stub cuts and injured the branches with the extended chainsaw. As a certified arborist myself I am not impressed. The pictures only scratch the surface

Excellent work. Arrived on time per schedule. Confirmed scope of work, but were flexible in including a couple of extra small requests. Knowledgeable in advising trimming for health of the trees. Confirmed completion and satisfaction with a final walk around - and very attentive to the cleanup - including using a leaf blower to clear leaf debris from the roof and pool screen. Quote was reasonable with other companies. Would recommend without hesitation.

I believe they did a great job in past December. That is the reason I gave two stars. They piled up all the mulch and it seems everything is under have been taken care. However, after a month of their service I noticed there are still big stumps above the ground. I called them and they came to grind those. Recently, I was planting a fruit tree and I noticed another huge stump and it was not in the very deep maybe an inch below ground as you will see from the pictures. I asked them again but now they are asking $200 extra to take care of it. I should not but offered them to pay their travel/gas expense to make it fair for them but no response. This huge stump is still staying on my backyard.

Update: After my review, they came to take a look and took care of it. They deserved 5 stars now. Thank you.

I highly recommend this company. The crew works like a fine-tuned machine. Came in took a tree and 2 large shrubs out, and you can't even tell they were here. Reasonably priced. Get a quote before you consider someone else.

Great company to work with. Responsive, listened to our needs, communicated well the day of, and did an excellent job trimming and cleaning our large white bird of paradise plant. They removed 4+ 20ft stalks and cleaned the undergrowth.

I’ve used Word of Mouth three times. Austin is clearly very knowledgable - I feel guilty that his work for me is clearing up messes rather than making use of his professional skills. One time was an emergency when a neighbor’s tree fell over our driveway. He moved heaven and earth to have his crew clear it quickly. He keeps appointments, under-promises and over-delivers, and the price charged is always less than I feared. These three things are extremely rare. I can unequivocally recommend Word of Mouth any time.

Word of Mouth Tree Service did an incredible job removing a massive 10,000lb pine tree from our yard. They scheduled everything well in advance, showed up exactly when they said they would, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
