I highly recommend Word of Mouth Tree Service. When I reached out for the expertise of a certified arborist, Austin came to meet with me. I had concerns about the health of my laurel oaks, and he provided valuable advice and options. I ultimately chose to have them trim three oaks, and they completed the work a couple of days ago. Darrell and his team did an outstanding job! They were professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and ensured I was in agreement with their approach before trimming any trees. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I wholeheartedly recommend Word of Mouth!

I engaged Word of Mouth again recently, and again they did a superior job. Its refreshing to find a service provider that is so professional, engaged, prompt and knowledgeable. (Certified Arborists on staff - not seemingly perpetually "on vacation") I have worked with other tree services, but have no intention of working with anyone else again.

After being given quotes way out of my budget and being ghosted by other companies, finding Word of Mouth Tree Service was a godsend. Although there were some scheduling mishaps due to the weather, Austin was very communicative and showed up when promised. Affordable, efficient, and most importantly, they didn’t over-prune my palm tree! Highly recommend them!

So I moved back here from Las Vegas and bought a home with a bunch of trees on it. Now I love oaks but my wife hates pines with a passion. Our new home has 2 massive live oaks in the front yard and three pines in the back. She wanted those gone and I needed the oaks trimmed up. My father in law told us about word of mouth tree services so we gave them a call. Austin came out walked the property and chatted for a bit. He was super friendly and on point with knowledge. He gave us a quote that I did not realize was so good until after talking to other companies. They had great prices.

So on the day they came out they showed up exactly on time and we walked the property to make sure we were on the same page and Justin started trimming and cleaning up the front 2 oaks while the other guys started cutting down the pines. They were fast efficient and nice. They even were nice enough to leave me a bit of the tree that I plan on using for some wood working in the future.

They had everything wrapped up and cleaned up in about 3 hours and away they went. I will use them again when my oaks get unruly again.

Very professional and efficient. They respect the trees they are trimming and only remove what is necessary. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of work done.

These workers did excellent work. Communication was good while job was bid and scheduled. We had two lightning struck Pine trees 65' + that were between fencing, buildings and the junction of three electric hummers and one declining oak hanging over a building. All were removed safely without any property or human damage. Left property and surrounding street clean. Would highly recommend Word of Mouth and would call them again.

We have been using Word of Mouth Tree service for over 20+ years now. From removing a dying date palm tree to maintaining our 2 oak trees through trimming and thinning's, we've used Perry and his son Austin's team at least 8 times now. Honest and dependable. This last job was the removal of a lightning struck mid-size oak with use of a crane to make it fast and efficient. Stumping and cleanup was great as well. No cut electric or cable lines! There is no reason to call anyone else for your tree care. Good prices as well.

We were pleased with the service provided by this contractor. They were polite, showed up a little early and completed the job in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up the work area upon completion. They worked safely and preserved our lawn/sprinklers and foliage we did not want removed.
