I had an excellent experience with Cerroblanco Tree Service! Arturo and his team were both professional and efficient. They trimmed and removed some trees in my yard with great care, and made sure to cleanup throughly after. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable tree service!

Orlando & his crew were great! The job was done professionally and surprisingly quickly. They were able to cut down a huge oak tree, grind the stump, and clean up in less than 8 hours. There was no damage to my fence, the sprinklers, or to my yard. My neighbors and I are extremely happy with their work!

Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough! We had some branches close to our roof that we wanted cleaned up before hurricane season. My husband dealt with Orlando who came to provide a quote which was extremely reasonable compared to two other companies we reached out to (more than $1000 cheaper!). He explained what he recommended using a laser pointer and showing specific branches he recommended cutting, cleaning out the middle of the trees, etc. We were blown away by their professionalism, thoroughness, and speed. We were told by another company that trimming our two trees would be an all day visit, but CerroBlanco was done with everything (even clean up) in less than 4 hours. We weren’t home when they performed the service so Orlando made a video showing what they did and made sure to point out a couple changes from what he originally thought they’d need to do. They even went to our neighbors to pick up some debris that had fallen in their backyard. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. Super pleased and will absolutely be recommending to any friends needing service. I hope you can see the difference in the pictures (tree canopy raised so branches no longer touching house and interior trees cleaned up).

Cannot recommend this company enough! I have a large Oak tree in my backyard and my insurance company wanted me to trim some branches overhanging my roof.

My wife and I called several companies and got the runaround. We called Cerroblanco and they showed up and gave us a fair quote; scheduled us for a couple of days later, and were the most friendly and professional crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! They were fast, courteous and did an amazing job. There is virtually no trace of their visit, they cleaned up everything after the job.

Will be using them again to help with some brush removal and other tree trimming.

These guys have 5 stars for a reason. Orlando and his team were beyond professional. They responded quickly and communication was great from the initial quote to cleaning up the debris. We received 3 separate quotes and their pricing was very reasonable. They use professional equipment and techniques to safely remove tree limbs with no damage to your landscape. I would highly recommend their services. We will be using them for all of our future tree trimming needs.

Orlando, his brother and Father and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job. Quoted right away and came 2 days later. Showed up on time when they were supposed to, did exactly what was asked and cleaned up so well that you couldn’t even tell they were there. Highly recommend Cerroblanco.

Amazing job ! They helped us with a huge oak and other tree, also they helped us with stump removal in other areas of the yard. They are giving us a clean slate. The process was seamless. They handled everything. They were careful and efficient. There’s a pool enclosure too close to the tree they had to take care of and they were mindful, careful and safe. They took care of everything afterwards. I would recommend 100%.

Chemdry came to my home and did a wonderful job for us. They saved our carpets

I used a brand new Shark Ion 1 day after they cleaned my carpet and it was full of dirt, dust and hair. Never use this cleaning service.

Love this company. Always on time. Get stains out without leaving carpet soaking wet for a long time after. Highly recommend :)

If I could rate a 0 I would. Here are my issues

1) appt was for 11 to 1. He showed up at 9 which was ok but he could have called and given me some notice.

2) even though I told him the 3 bedrooms to do were upstairs he came by himself.

3) when I called to schedule I told him I had a 25% off coupon direct from the chem-dry website. He said yes I will honor it but when time to pay the charge was 150 and he only gave me a $10 discount not the 37.50 it should have been

4) even though he was early after 15 minutes he said he had forgotten a piece of equipment so went to get it was gone over an hour even though his office is 3.4 miles away.

5) when he was done and ready to leave he didn’t even want to give me time to look at the rooms saying he was late for next spot. ( he was 2 hrs early for me so how could that be? )

6) look at the attached pictures. That is what I vacuumed out of the carpets tonight. Now I will say it’s been over two years since we’ve had the cleaned but we do vacuum and have a dog.

He showed up with some knock off brand vacuum and spent 5 mins vacuuming.

7) he did NOT come with the machine on their website. He showed up with a machine that uses the pads to try and clean. Failed miserably.

Do NOT hire this guy... He’s a bad representative of the Chem-Dry franchise brand.

Steven did an excellent job cleaning my three couches. He took his time and my couches look brand-new.
