Orlando was great! He was very trustworthy, friendly with our pets, and got the job done! Thank you for the quality work and service! We had our couches and love seat cleaned :)

I’m only leaving a good review because the carpet cleaner Orlando was polite and respectful, I felt safe inviting him in my home . Only problem I had is the owner Clint was very rude the first time I spoke with him to set up service. But next day after confirming service He seem to be the nicest man in the world. I believe He’s bipolar. I think customers service is very important when running a business. Thanks for Orlando for getting the job done , He clean it very well . I will return if I needed work again only because of his professionalism .

Pricing was good, but the cleaning was ok at best. They couldn't remove a stain that I was able to remove later myself, which I paid extra for. Tech wasn't mean or nice, just seemed like he didn't want to be there. Would not use again in the future.
UPDATE to their reply: I did not contact them after the job because the next day was memorial day, then move out day. Besides, I did the work myself afterwards. That does NOT negate the poor quality of the job done. In addition, rather than reach out to see what could be done, their response is to review my review history as if, somehow, that negates the quality of the work that was done. In regards to the tech, it was the attitude he carried about in the way he spoke and did the job, which was reflected in the work. Updating to 1 star due to their poor, poor response to criticism and a photo of the "carpet cleaning".....also, looking at THEIR responses to their poor reviews, seems they can't take any negative criticism at all and always respond in petty manners. Poor form for this company.

First time I use this service and I think my husband do a better job than them. Next time, we'll do that instead. I'm not interested to keep looking for who does a better job. You just ruin it for others.
$150 for a very poor quality job. From 1-10 with 10 been the worse, our carpet is 1-3 with the normal dirty area on the entrance. That area looks like it wasn't even touch. I know there wasn't much to do but it look like someone just vacuum and wet our place by using our own water and power in less than 35 minutes for a 4 bed and ,3 bath.
By the look of their vehicle (a non identify normal mini van) look like they subcontract other people to do the job. (They scam you out of your money and pay them less for a mediocre job) I'm so disappointed. I feel I was ripped off.
The person was very polite and nice (nothing personal) but I paid for a service I feel I didn't receive.
You get 2 start because he was nice and polite... otherwise I would give you only 1 star.

Wow Orlando did my carpet today and it looks brand new. I am very impressed. I will never go to anybody else. This is awesome. If you’re looking for carpet clean this is a place number one never has by carpet looks so nice. Five star. Thanks, Orlando.

Originally bought the Groupon special and added more service to include 1 Sofa, 2 Love seats, 2chairs, and an area rug 6x8. Paid a total of $225.00. You cannot beat that price.

Clint at the office was professional and not that easy to work with, he speaks really fast like a hustler, and cuts you off mid sentence. Do be advised, he has a nasty attitude at times and wants to sell you "spot cleaning" when the furniture was not properly cleaned the first time.

The first technician that came to the house was named Orlando- a spanish speaking person, which I requested. He turned out to be horrible, he did a sloppy job, and not even sure he even attempted to clean the area rug at all..

I ended up requesting a do over.

And so on the do over day, Alex shows up- Professional, On time, Friendly, Knowledgeable and WILLING to work and correct Orlando's sloppy mess.

The pictures you see is of Alex- working for free for a job that was paid to Alex.
So lesson learned- if you end up using National Carpet- request Alex, be careful with Clint's attitude problem, and You will not be disappointed.

I made an appointment with this company for them to come to my house, to deep clean my white leather couches, which was a total of $200. When the gentleman got here, he provided me with a paper to initial and to provide my signature, which I did. Once he completed the service, or at least, once he said he completed it, I looked at the couches, and they were just as dirty as they were when he first got here. On top of that, whatever products he used, damaged one of the couches, once I noticed this, I demanded for him to call his supervisor, who I called, and I couldn't think of someone more unprofessional, and someone that lacks SO MUCH customer service as this so called supervisor. I would never do business with such a low caring company as this one, and I advise anyone that was thinking about doing it, to think twice, because you will regret it.

BEWARE OF COMPANY SENDING 3RD PARTY OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
This company COMPLETELY wasted my day as I clearly explained to the owner exactly my carpet repair needed including exact dimensions. He called a guy in the background asked him if he “wanted the job” and how much the job paid. That should have been my FIRST WARNING. ⚠️
The outside contractor (of which the owner lied and said he worked for him) even the contractor told me different and his truck had a DIFFERENT COMPANY LOGO. ⚠️ second warning.
He was on time and very curt with my wife and told her he can’t do the 175 dollar repair. Instead told us cleaning the carpet would work. It’s CAT SPRAY AND PEE and then I explained to him it won’t work and that’s not what I want. I’m explained the repair to the gentleman over the phone and was extremely clear. He was RUDE AND UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING AND SAID THAT I WASTED HIS TIME???

Guess what? My wife and I did the repair and cutting and treated the subfloor and put new padding. It took about 2 hours and I am not very handy and have never done it. These morons could have probably done it in half the time and 175 is definitely not cheap for an hour or so of carpet man labor ?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

After looking at the owners responses to previous complaints about time wasted and inadequate service…. I expect he will also try to pin the blame on me like he has on EVERY OTHER RESPONSE.
TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND YOU WOULDNT BARELY HAVE 4 stars. :)

The owner of company (Michael ) one word just watch out he not trust worthy.

Clean service, far from it! After their so called I inspected a few days later, paid for couple of hours looked like paid actually for 15 minutes, ended up cleaning my self virtually the everywhere, my advise find a company that actually cleans, my rating is 0.1 star out of five

I used Royal Maids 2 years ago when I was in an apartment then I moved out of the area. When I bought a house in June back in town, I figured why not go with the company that used to do a fantastic job at my apartment. This is not that same company. They must have changed management. Since I hired them I have had to call them back out to finish their work 3 different times and One time they wanted to charge me full price for not even completing my house!! Each time everything was done in a rushed pace. Little hairs were left on the floors. Crumbs on the counters, Not the service they were before. To add the icing on top they came out to my house last week and skipped a whole room... I messaged management and my message was ignored. That is when I gave up... They then answered when I stopped the scheduling.. tried to schedule me again and when I brought up the message they again acted like they never received it. I sent a screen shot of our messages back and forth to show proof and the rude management said she will take me off schedule... zero customer service!!! has been nothing but a waste of time and money. If you value your money and time do not use them!!! If you are going to choose a company to take care of your home and trust them, find someone who actually values their customers time and money.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Got here the same day I needed them for a Hazmat situation!

Steve was excellent! Helped us out a lot

The bio hazard team of  Steve and Tom came to the home to cleanup an unattended death scene which was an unpleasant situation to say the least.  They informed me when they were 1/2 hour away so I could be prepared to meet them..  After they reviewed the scene, they worked with quiet and respectful determination, donning appropriate masks and hazmat suits for their own safety. They discussed with me generally what the plan was.  They gave me the opportunity  to express my concern for certain things in the room and assured me they would inform me of everything they felt had to be disposed of.   They removed contaminated bedding and bed, clothes and various other items that had been contaminated.   They also cleansed the room air via filters and liquid disinfectants and cleaned the very pathways through the house where they carried contaminated items  out of the house.   All contaminated items including the bed were discretely wrapped for health safety but also  to prevent prying eyes of neighbors who may have been watching the proceedings, practicing the greatest discretion.  I  had mentioned  my concern about several valuable items in the room where the death occurred and they assured me  they would only  touch what was necessary to disinfect the room.  True to their word, everything I was concerned with was  intact and secure.  They inventoried all contaminated items that were removed from the room.

I could easily recommend this company and their personnel, in this case Steve and Tom for the thorough, discrete  and respectful manner in which they did their work.

These guys communicated and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
