I used 3LM because they had such great reviews online (unlike so many other companies out there). The cleaners showed up on time and in schedule and my Roof looks really great! Staff was kind and courteous and moved planters away from the house etc. The roof was not pressure washed but a chemical was applied to the roof that killed the mold and bacteria and then it washes off on the next rain. My pool deck has never looked better too! The woman that answers the phone and texts was extremely kind and professional and even found a cancellation opening. The two guys that came out worked very hard for so many hours. They did as they said they would do at the price they told me. I would use this company again no problem! Highly recommend.

I don't usually like to post comments, but this company really deserves one, as they exceeded expectations:
1. It was extremely easy to request a quote online.
2. We received a quick answer with pricing.
3. They arrived the day after, 30 minutes in advance!
4. Did an excellent job, the crew was courteous and friendly.

This my second time using them & I’ve recommended then in the past.They did a wonderful job. They were very nice & professional. During thenafter inspection; they saw is couple spots that they didn’t think was clean as well as they should be & recleaned those spots.

I purchased a plan they offered to clean our roof with an extra 5 year warranty at an extra cost. I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 months to get a warranty cleaning, however they have replied that we are on a list and have not gotten back to us or scheduled us in that time. We have been very patient and have contacted them requesting something that we purchased as per their offer and can't believe it should take this long to honor their offer as of yet.

Wow! I never thought I would write a review about a pressure washing business. This company is great! We scheduled to have our house washed and the entire process was fantastic, including the automated quote system. A young man named Josh came out to complete the project. 3LM is fortunate to have him on their team. He was early to arrive, asked about any areas of concern and went to work. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job. The house looks great!

3LM Roofing did an excellent job, doing a Soft Soak Clean if my Roof and Overhang. It looks brand new... :)

Mark & Abraham the technicians that cleaned the roof were professional and friendly. They even brought their own water in their truck to do the cleaning.

I would highly recommend 3LM.... :)

I had hired 3LM Roof Cleaning & Exterior Pressure Washing to soft wash my roof and they did such a great job, I had them return and pressure wash my driveway & sidewalks. Everything looks top notch, beautiful! I am so glad we found this company and will use them for all pressure washing needs. Right from the first contact with this company, they were very professional. Pete & his crew did excellent work on my roof. They were professional, on time, courteous and polite. They did exactly what they quoted. They kept me informed with emails to remind me they were coming. Now my roof, driveway and sidewalks look great! I will definitely hire them again.

Fast, excellent service at reasonable prices! Ray arrived early and left my roof and gutters looking like new!..In the past I had used other companies which I have had to call back to re-do the job because of poor service. 3LM did a great job right from the beginning. March 2025 pollen and 2 years of dirt are gone! These guys are excellent, professional and thorough. 3LM took extra care to avoid plant damage which was so severe after a different firm did cleaning in the past. Ray was friendly and took time to get it done correctly. We will definitely use 3LM again.

3LM used the soft wash to clean my roof. They offered a competitive estimate and did a fabulous job. Very professional.

Job was quick and the result was an improvement from the mold/algae that had collected over the past several years. Unfortunatly, the result of the project was that the runoff from the roof went down the drain which was situated between my shrubs/plants and the chemicals killed the plants.
It's been several weeks now trying to have this resolved.

I am totally satisfied with the appearance of my room AND driveway/walkways.
This is my 3rd time using 3LM and will continue to do so in the future.
