When the unspeakable happens and you have no idea what to do, Bio Recovery was immediately there for me. When I called, I immediately reached Scott, who helped me take steps to remedy the biological waste.

Within the hour of the call, a crew member was there. Steve was very kind and understanding and took time letting me know what steps needed to be done first.

After starting the decontamination process, both he and Tom came the following day to start removing the all the items affected. It took them 3 days to clean up. I hope never to have to experience something like this ever again; however, if you are in need of bio recovery services, I would not hesitate to recommend them to you.

Five stars for this team! Tom and Steve were dispatched late at night for a biohazard remediation job following a passing. The situation included a horrendous smell, but they handled it professionally and efficiently. They spent several hours on site, cleaning and completing all the necessary work until the area was completely clear. They maintained excellent communication throughout the night. They did a truly great job and I highly recommend their specialized service.

when i needed someone to come and do an extensive roof cleaning, 3LM came out within a few days, got the job done very professionally. They took their time to do the job right and I really appreciated their friendly personalities and the fact they provided pictures from the roof of damaged tiles that needed to be replaced which was especially helpful to send over to our roofing contractor. Pete and his entire team were responsive, a great value, and protected the integrity of our property. We have a geodesic dome with a full stained deck all the way around and Pete did an awesome job on the roof while protecting the rest of the house and deck. I used to be a contractor and have a really hard time letting other people do work for me. Pete was a pleasure and I cannot wait to use him again when the need arises. This company is amazing. Great communication, great staff, great service. They cleaned my huge circular driveway, pool patio and roof on my home and garage. Everything came out so clean it was like brand new again. The best part of this is their guarantee and whatever they use to clean and prevent build up. It has been over 4 months and my driveway and roof still look like they cleaned it yesterday. The staff was friendly and prompt and showed up on time and made every effort to do a fantastic job. We used 3LM for roof cleaning ( Soft Wash of the roof) from the quote to the day the job was completed. Extremely professional team. Very responsive to work via email or phone. The quote was easy and they were accommodating with the scheduling changes. I highly recommend them for roof washing as one guy was cleaning and other guy was watering the grass so chemicals didn't kill my grass. My roof looks like new and my grass is not dead - i am a happy customer.

We had signed up for gutter cleaning, but they told us our gutters looked fine. Very professional and covered and watered the plants to protect. I'm very happy with their service.

3LM cleaned my roof and driveway this week. Communication with 3LM was excellent. They arrived at the scheduled time. The team was very cordial, explained everything and answered all my questions.
