I normally don’t do this but they have RUDE customer service, condescending managers LIARS and extremely unprofessional. Just look at the company’s responses to complaints! They take NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Do not use them. There’s a lot of professional, competent caring carpet cleaning businesses out there and this one isn’t one of them! I’d never recommend their services, save your money and time! Negative 50 stars! Doesn’t listen to customer concerns or needs! Only try to upsell deep cleans with their cheap chemicals that still leave heavy odors! HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

The service is great and Jeremiah did a wonderful job on 3 pieces of furniture, one of which took longer to clean because of dog hair. He took his time, and did the job well. The estimate was given in the beginning and no pressure tactics to sell more. The furniture looks and smells great. I would recommend this company.

Tech got here and immediately wanted my payment info. Quoted me for 3 seam repairs at 175.00 each then only performed 2 yet i paid for 3. free money for them. Money is worth more the fair and honest work. They dont even wait til the job is done before charging you. I will not ever use this company again.

My service tech was Orlando. He was courteous. We did a walk through before he actually started and he informed me that I didn't need any spot cleaning some of the dark spot were actually burnt spot. He informed me that it will be a $50 charge for sanitizing the carpet in they use chamomile scent. Nevertheless it took him only 15 minutes to clean the carpet. I don't see a real charge in the carpet but it smell good. In total I paid 104.50 for two BR. Hopefully I see a difference once the carpet dries.

We just had Justin and Priscilla clean our sofa, love seat, and high traffic carpet areas. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. These two were extremely polite and professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Everything looks great! I will definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to friends and family!

We needed to have our tile deep cleaned after Hurricane Ian hit. When I called I was able to book the service the same week. Raimundo Marmolejo arrived on time, and did an AMAZING job removing all the icky stuff. Our home is back to beautiful! Thank you. Highly recommend Raimundo for any work needed.

I scheduled an appointment to have the carpets in my entire house cleaned. I cleared everything on the floor in my house to make it easier for the technician to get to all areas of the Floor. On the day of service, after waiting for some time for an arrival update, I called and was told the technician was on his way. However, I received a phone call after that saying the technician was having car trouble and would need to stop at a local auto store to get a battery. He would most likely be no more than 20 minutes. I was okay with that because things happen. However, I received another call about 30 minutes later letting me know that my service needed to be pushed back to the last job instead because the car needed additional work. I explained that I didn’t have time to wait around all day and was told by the company that I didn’t have to wait. I could do what I needed to do and they would be there from 4-6pm, mind you my appointment was originally 11-2. When I asked if there would be any adjustment in price I was told matter of factly, NO because their prices were already low. I feel that this is unacceptable business practices. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with National Carpet Care Inc. and will not be able to recommend them to others.

We needed to get our carpets professionally cleaned in accordance with a lease upon move out. National Carpet Care offered us the best price so we went ahead and booked their services. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I was delighted by the great customer service Justin provided. He was in and out in under an hour and even offered us some great additional services with a discount. Thanks National Carpet Care for making our moving process that much easier!

Justin did an amazing job on our move out carpet clean. He was able to get stains out for us that we tried countless times with various products. He was able to fit us in quickly and even price matched with a local company we were planning to use. Thank you Justin for your amazing customer service! We will definitely recommend you and use your services in the future :)

Wow !!! I loved the service that I received from National Carpet Care. Justin and Priscilla were great from the start. They arrive promptly, provided informational and thorough consultation and explanation of the service, and of course they did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. They were flexible with us and were able to accommodate us at the last minute . I TRULY HOPE to work with this company , specifically Justin and Priscilla again for future services. Although the work I needed done did not qualify for the Groupon option, the work they provided was surely worth the SMALL change in price. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!

They did clean our couch..... so there's that. But they took our $69 Groupon for a cleaning. Then charged us separately another $88, $50 for a pet fee and $38 additional cleaning fee since we have a sectional. That all was fair enough. But then on our Work Order Contract there is another $50 pet fee and $120 for the couches cushions. My wife called asking why we were double charge the pet fee she was told $50 was the minimum..... which is not what we were told when we first paid. Moral of the story is this company is clearly trying to scam and take advantage of people, appenerntly you cant stay in business being honest with your pricing. Good thing my wife stood by her no when the tech wanted to change nearly $400 in extra services.

Had our couch cleaned this morning. Great on time service. The couch had some marks that are beautifully gone!! Rob the technician did a great job and his friendly, helpful personality made having him in our home a pleasure.
He was efficient and effective. I’d call them again.

I've just read a lot of the one star reviews and was really surprised. The guy I initially talked to did charge a fee for a quick appointment, $25, but they came two days later. Orlando was a bit late but the office called to update me beforehand. Service was quick and efficient. Couch looks almost as good as new; considering It's over 3 years old...I'm happy! Paid more than I wanted but I would say it was worth it.

The technician Tyrene was awesome to deal with and did a great job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the company itself was great. Clint was great to deal with also. He was able to get me in last minute. I would definitely use them again.

Bradley was our tech for today. He was great and very professional. The service was great and our carpet looks like when we first moved in! Thank you for also cleaning our sofa. Would recommend to anyone!

Natioanal Carpet Care Inc. is the company to call when you need to clean your carpet. I got an unbelievable quote to clean my entire house when I called for services. Customer service was excellent, the person who took my call was great, he gave me the best promo for my house. He really took care of me. I didn't bother to compare with other companies I knew I wasn't going to get a better quote. It was such a pleasure to have Orlando the tech clean the carpet in my house. He is a caring person who loves his job. He started right away after the walk through. He did a phenomenal job, the carpet looks new and fresh considering it's been awhile since I cleaned it. I am very happy with their services. I will only use National Carpet Care Inc. from now on with Orlando as the tech. I am sure all their techs do a fantastic job but because I had such a wonderful experience with Orlando I will request him if possible. I would've give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much. I met Justin in the elevator as we were vacating or downtown apartment to move into our new lake house. I needed couches and rugs cleaned. Not only was I able to schedule service quickly, but he showed up at the beginning of the time window! He was incredibly friendly and diligent. I'm ecstatic with how clean my couches are and the awesome customer service I received. I would highly recommend National Carpet Care!

I called the owner, and he was super kind. I inquired about the price, mentioning a coupon I had seen for a promotional offer of $99 for 2,000 square feet. Additionally, I requested extra cleaning for pets. The owner quoted a price of $150 for the additional services.

When the technician arrived, he displayed a rude attitude and informed me that the $150 price was only applicable to the stairs and one bathroom. Feeling dissatisfied, I asked him to leave. He promptly called the owner and began complaining, so I requested to speak with the owner myself to explain why I had asked the technician to leave. In response, the technician yelled at me and threatened to charge me $30 for his visit.

I immediately contacted the owner and expressed my frustration, stating that I had misunderstood the pricing. The owner then informed me that he would charge $50 for the technician's visit. This aggravated me further, and I warned the owner that I would contact my bank to dispute the charges. Despite my objections, the owner still charged me $55 for essentially doing nothing.

In conclusion, I advise others to be aware of this situation and exercise caution when dealing with this particular service provider.

I had to reschedule my appointment quite a few times for reasons out of my control and Clint understood and was able to work with me. Jeremy was great, he showed up on time and got everything done within an hour and a half. My house smells so good and the carpets look so much better. I would definitely use this company again.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to National Carpet Care for their exceptional professionalism and care in resolving a car accident caused by my kids. I was convinced the stains would never come out, but their expertise worked wonders! My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services!
