Chemdry came to my home and did a wonderful job for us. They saved our carpets

I used a brand new Shark Ion 1 day after they cleaned my carpet and it was full of dirt, dust and hair. Never use this cleaning service.

Love this company. Always on time. Get stains out without leaving carpet soaking wet for a long time after. Highly recommend :)

If I could rate a 0 I would. Here are my issues

1) appt was for 11 to 1. He showed up at 9 which was ok but he could have called and given me some notice.

2) even though I told him the 3 bedrooms to do were upstairs he came by himself.

3) when I called to schedule I told him I had a 25% off coupon direct from the chem-dry website. He said yes I will honor it but when time to pay the charge was 150 and he only gave me a $10 discount not the 37.50 it should have been

4) even though he was early after 15 minutes he said he had forgotten a piece of equipment so went to get it was gone over an hour even though his office is 3.4 miles away.

5) when he was done and ready to leave he didn’t even want to give me time to look at the rooms saying he was late for next spot. ( he was 2 hrs early for me so how could that be? )

6) look at the attached pictures. That is what I vacuumed out of the carpets tonight. Now I will say it’s been over two years since we’ve had the cleaned but we do vacuum and have a dog.

He showed up with some knock off brand vacuum and spent 5 mins vacuuming.

7) he did NOT come with the machine on their website. He showed up with a machine that uses the pads to try and clean. Failed miserably.

Do NOT hire this guy... He’s a bad representative of the Chem-Dry franchise brand.

Steven did an excellent job cleaning my three couches. He took his time and my couches look brand-new.

I normally don’t do this but they have RUDE customer service, condescending managers LIARS and extremely unprofessional. Just look at the company’s responses to complaints! They take NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Do not use them. There’s a lot of professional, competent caring carpet cleaning businesses out there and this one isn’t one of them! I’d never recommend their services, save your money and time! Negative 50 stars! Doesn’t listen to customer concerns or needs! Only try to upsell deep cleans with their cheap chemicals that still leave heavy odors! HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

The service is great and Jeremiah did a wonderful job on 3 pieces of furniture, one of which took longer to clean because of dog hair. He took his time, and did the job well. The estimate was given in the beginning and no pressure tactics to sell more. The furniture looks and smells great. I would recommend this company.

Tech got here and immediately wanted my payment info. Quoted me for 3 seam repairs at 175.00 each then only performed 2 yet i paid for 3. free money for them. Money is worth more the fair and honest work. They dont even wait til the job is done before charging you. I will not ever use this company again.

My service tech was Orlando. He was courteous. We did a walk through before he actually started and he informed me that I didn't need any spot cleaning some of the dark spot were actually burnt spot. He informed me that it will be a $50 charge for sanitizing the carpet in they use chamomile scent. Nevertheless it took him only 15 minutes to clean the carpet. I don't see a real charge in the carpet but it smell good. In total I paid 104.50 for two BR. Hopefully I see a difference once the carpet dries.

We just had Justin and Priscilla clean our sofa, love seat, and high traffic carpet areas. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. These two were extremely polite and professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Everything looks great! I will definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to friends and family!

We needed to have our tile deep cleaned after Hurricane Ian hit. When I called I was able to book the service the same week. Raimundo Marmolejo arrived on time, and did an AMAZING job removing all the icky stuff. Our home is back to beautiful! Thank you. Highly recommend Raimundo for any work needed.

Orlando was responsive and showed up on time. The quality of work blew me away, I will definitely consider national carpet care in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to have the carpets in my entire house cleaned. I cleared everything on the floor in my house to make it easier for the technician to get to all areas of the Floor. On the day of service, after waiting for some time for an arrival update, I called and was told the technician was on his way. However, I received a phone call after that saying the technician was having car trouble and would need to stop at a local auto store to get a battery. He would most likely be no more than 20 minutes. I was okay with that because things happen. However, I received another call about 30 minutes later letting me know that my service needed to be pushed back to the last job instead because the car needed additional work. I explained that I didn’t have time to wait around all day and was told by the company that I didn’t have to wait. I could do what I needed to do and they would be there from 4-6pm, mind you my appointment was originally 11-2. When I asked if there would be any adjustment in price I was told matter of factly, NO because their prices were already low. I feel that this is unacceptable business practices. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with National Carpet Care Inc. and will not be able to recommend them to others.

We needed to get our carpets professionally cleaned in accordance with a lease upon move out. National Carpet Care offered us the best price so we went ahead and booked their services. Their staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I was delighted by the great customer service Justin provided. He was in and out in under an hour and even offered us some great additional services with a discount. Thanks National Carpet Care for making our moving process that much easier!

Justin did an amazing job on our move out carpet clean. He was able to get stains out for us that we tried countless times with various products. He was able to fit us in quickly and even price matched with a local company we were planning to use. Thank you Justin for your amazing customer service! Wow !!! I loved the service that I received from National Carpet Care. Justin and Priscilla were great from the start. They arrive promptly, provided informational and thorough consultation and explanation of the service, and of course they did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. They were flexible with us and were able to accommodate us at the last minute . I TRULY HOPE to work with this company , specifically Justin and Priscilla again for future services. Although the work I needed done did not qualify for the Groupon option, the work they provided was surely worth the SMALL change in price. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!

They did clean our couch..... so there's that. But they took our $69 Groupon for a cleaning. Then charged us separately another $88, $50 for a pet fee and $38 additional cleaning fee since we have a sectional. That all was fair enough. But then on our Work Order Contract there is another $50 pet fee and $120 for the couches cushions. My wife called asking why we were double charge the pet fee she was told $50 was the minimum..... which is not what we were told when we first paid. Moral of the story is this company is clearly trying to scam and take advantage of people, appenerntly you cant stay in business being honest with your pricing. Good thing my wife stood by her no when the tech wanted to change nearly $400 in extra services.
