Had our couch cleaned this morning. Great on time service. The couch had some marks that are beautifully gone!! Rob the technician did a great job and his friendly, helpful personality made having him in our home a pleasure.
He was efficient and effective. I’d call them again.

I've just read a lot of the one star reviews and was really surprised. The guy I initially talked to did charge a fee for a quick appointment, $25, but they came two days later. Orlando was a bit late but the office called to update me beforehand. Service was quick and efficient. Couch looks almost as good as new; considering It's over 3 years old...I'm happy! Paid more than I wanted but I would say it was worth it.

The technician Tyrene was awesome to deal with and did a great job. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the company itself was great. Clint was great to deal with also. He was able to get me in last minute. I would definitely use them again.

Bradley was our tech for today. He was great and very professional. The service was great and our carpet looks like when we first moved in! Thank you for also cleaning our sofa. Would recommend to anyone!

Natioanal Carpet Care Inc. is the company to call when you need to clean your carpet. I got an unbelievable quote to clean my entire house when I called for services. Customer service was excellent, the person who took my call was great, he gave me the best promo for my house. He really took care of me. I didn't bother to compare with other companies I knew I wasn't going to get a better quote. It was such a pleasure to have Orlando the tech clean the carpet in my house. He is a caring person who loves his job. He started right away after the walk through. He did a phenomenal job, the carpet looks new and fresh considering it's been awhile since I cleaned it. I am very happy with their services. I will only use National Carpet Care Inc. from now on with Orlando as the tech. I am sure all their techs do a fantastic job but because I had such a wonderful experience with Orlando I will request him if possible. I would've give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much. I met Justin in the elevator as we were vacating or downtown apartment to move into our new lake house. I needed couches and rugs cleaned. Not only was I able to schedule service quickly, but he showed up at the beginning of the time window! He was incredibly friendly and diligent. I'm ecstatic with how clean my couches are and the awesome customer service I received. I would highly recommend National Carpet Care!

I called the owner, and he was super kind. I inquired about the price, mentioning a coupon I had seen for a promotional offer of $99 for 2,000 square feet. Additionally, I requested extra cleaning for pets. The owner quoted a price of $150 for the additional services.

When the technician arrived, he displayed a rude attitude and informed me that the $150 price was only applicable to the stairs and one bathroom. Feeling dissatisfied, I asked him to leave. He promptly called the owner and began complaining, so I requested to speak with the owner myself to explain why I had asked the technician to leave. In response, the technician yelled at me and threatened to charge me $30 for his visit.

I immediately contacted the owner and expressed my frustration, stating that I had misunderstood the pricing. The owner then informed me that he would charge $50 for the technician's visit. This aggravated me further, and I warned the owner that I would contact my bank to dispute the charges. Despite my objections, the owner still charged me $55 for essentially doing nothing.

In conclusion, I advise others to be aware of this situation and exercise caution when dealing with this particular service provider.

I had to reschedule my appointment quite a few times for reasons out of my control and Clint understood and was able to work with me. Jeremy was great, he showed up on time and got everything done within an hour and a half. My house smells so good and the carpets look so much better. I would definitely use this company again.

Our technician, Jeremy was fantastic! He called ahead of time letting us know when he'd arrive and was right on time. When he got to our house he looked over everything and made recommendations for certain treatments without trying to upsell us on a bunch of stuff that we didn't truly need. Then he quickly explained what he'd be doing and got straight to work. He was in and out and did a great job. If you hire this company make sure to ask for Jeremy! Great company, great staff.

Had my carpets cleaned. Was quoted an estimate for two small bedrooms over the phone and was charged much more. Tech was in and out in 20 minutes or less and my carpets were the same when the tech left. Had to go rent a machine to do them myself. As for the customer service, the tech was very kind. Wish he had gotten them clean after two attempts but it is what it is. Didn’t have any issues when I called to have the tech come back out and try again. But whomever is replying to all the reviews needs to take major customer service lessons. Professionalism is key!

Just got our carpets complete while moving out of our current house. The service and people were equally great! Both Justin and Priscilla were extremely nice and professional. Justin did a great job at explaining our options and setting proper expectations. His service really made the difference for me and I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

GREAT SERVICE! Tyrene cleaned my carpet and upholstery this morning. She had a big smile on her face when I opened the door. She did an amazing job. She was so pleasant and quick.

She came, did a quick inspection, did a little necessary paperwork and got to it. She worked continuously until she was done , cleaned up quickly, signed papers and was off.

I felt I got a great price and the service was fantastic. I’ll definitely use them again.

Today I received the services of cleaning my sofa with this company. After reading some of the reviews, I couldn't let pass this opportunity and share my experience of the service. With Clint, whom I spoke over the phone to request the service and with Orlando the technician.

My experience with Clint was great, he explained and answer all my questions regarding the service, was also very patient in hearing. He is a very helpful, and service oriented human being.

As for Orlando, he knew his job inside out. Was very respectful and knew how to connect with the client. Also, gave me some tips on how to care for those kinds of furniture and insisted in calling them for any question that I may have or for future services. Bottom line Orlando is a sweet and respectful guy and Clint a nice person.

I have to say that the way you treat people is what establishes the path of relationships you are going to have with other persons. For me, was so easy doing business with them and I have to say that I am pleased and will continue to call whenever I need their services.

I booked National Carpet Care a month in advance, and I had no issues with my appointment. Bradley called 30min before he arrived. I had four bedrooms to be cleaned. Bradley first explained step by step what he was going to do, and then he did his magic. This was a very old apartment, so you can imagine how dirty the carpets were. He took the time to clean them, focused on the dirtiest areas, and left them like new. I will definitely call them again if I ever need to clean some carpets. Thank you, Bradley, for doing an excellent job! Oh and I forgot to mention, great prices!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY, from $180, to clean my carpet
Goes up to $270. Because my carpet had some stains, He did in less then 30 minutes so fast, and after dry, all the stains still there. Then I call to complain about it, someone answered the phone and he was very stupid, he treated me very badly. I had to hang up the phone on him. NOT GOOD COMPANY, the only thing they do well is changes, and NO RESULT.

I deeply regret not having read the reviews before engaging with this company. The multitude of negative reviews below accurately reflects my recent experience, particularly with the manager, Clint, who proved to be as discourteous as others have stated.

Yesterday, Orlando the technician, arrived to steam clean our couch. While he was pleasant on a personal level, his professional demeanor left much to be desired. His approach to cleaning the couch appeared lackadaisical, with little effort evident in his work. Throughout the process, I observed him closely, and at one point, he turned off the cleaning machine, claiming he was finished. I had to ask him to turn the machine back on to address visibly soiled areas, to which he complied restarting the machine and going over the spots.

However, after he left, the couch remained in nearly the same condition, if not slightly darker (because it was wet). However, he assured me that it would improve and lighten as it dried, but regrettably, the stains I had pointed out to him persisted even after the couch had dried completely.

This morning, I contacted Clint to discuss a resolution. Rather than exhibiting professionalism and accepting responsibility for the poor quality service, Clint answered the phone with a discourteous tone. He informed me that, in order to have the same technician return to rectify the situation, an additional fee of $25 would be required.
He informed me I had signed the contract after the service that says I was satisfied with the job. However, how can you know for sure if you are satisfied with their service if the technician himself said we would only see the results after it dried?

It is disheartening to contemplate that a business, well-equipped for success, would treat its customers in this manner, failing to take responsibility and rectify their errors without imposing additional charges. While I understand the inconvenience and costs involved, it is not my fault that the service provided fell short of expected quality. I have all the pictures with timestamps of how my couch is looking like right now.

I had initially held a positive impression of Orlando, the technician, even offering him a generous tip. I had also contemplated engaging their services to clean the carpet upstairs. Had they exhibited professionalism and promptly addressed the issue without additional charges, I would have remained a loyal and appreciative customer. However, following this disheartening encounter, I no longer wish to pursue further business with them.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Clint was courteous and great at scheduling my appointment. Tyrene was AMAZING. She was professional yet she made you feel like a person and not just a customer. She was genuine, friendly and had a great attitude! She smiled the whole time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I will be scheduling with this company again next time!

So, I'm editing the review. I just called cuz the landlord had to get Stanley steemer out there. They said the carpet was never shampooed. It was just wet and spray for the scent was sprayed down when I called to complain. The owner who has answered the phone before very nasty and rude told me that there's a 14-day window that they could have gone out and cleaned. I explained that the landlord called Stanley steemer without my acknowledgment and they told them that the shampoo was never cleaned. He told me it was wickering and if I didn't know what the word meant to look it up. Obviously they're not going to do anything for me but I just want everybody to beware cuz I was told if I gave them a five-star review that they would give me free stain remover on the carpet. So I made the review. I left for 37 minutes and when I came back the carpet cleaner was already gone. I was nice about it. I explained the situation he told me now that he heard me speak to let him speak cut me right off. I saw that any bad reviews. He tells people they have anger issues. I think he needs to learn a little more customer service and I think that you should all be aware of what you're getting.
