House Cleaning reviews in Altamonte Springs, Florida

I hired Molly Maid for deep and recurring cleaning services at my home. Unfortunately, the quality and amount of work did not justify the price. Recurring cleanings typically lasted only 30–45 minutes with a team of two, and areas such as behind my office monitor and under the stove coil (which is easily removable) were consistently left dusty or dirty. The team also never took out the trash after cleanings, even though that is listed as part of their standard service.

When I raised my concerns and discontinued the service, I was offered a discount on a future visit but no acknowledgment or refund for the subpar work I had already paid for. For the price, I expected more attention to detail, especially given the many positive reviews I had read beforehand. I’ve since chosen another provider. While Molly Maid noted that a senior route manager has now been assigned to my area (which may improve things for others), my own experience was disappointing and I cannot personally recommend them.

We've been using Molly Maids for several years now. They've always done a good job, but our new team is what has finally driven me to write a review. Team #14, Yinette and Hailey are simply outstanding. They filled in for another team a few weeks ago and we immediately requested that they become our permanent team. We even changed days to accommodate their schedule.

Hard working, pleasant, and extremely thorough. They don't miss anything and go the extra mile every time. Our house has never been cleaner and we couldn't be more pleased.

We hired Molly Maid a few weeks ago to help us with cleaning around the house, so we can spend a bit more time with the kids at night and weekends instead of cleaning and let me tell you what a difference it has made. Thank you so much Shannon and Kenverli from Team #16 keep up the awesome job and attention to details.

Lane and Sonia (Team#12) did a phenomenal job cleaning my townhouse! They were prompt, friendly, polite, and professional. It was very easy to communicate with Molly Maids - I was able to request a quote and schedule an appointment online. Katrina contacted me right away to confirm my appointment and answer my questions, and Lane and Sonia let me know when they were on their way. The actual cleaning process required no supplies or supervision. They just needed a quick tour of the home and a few questions answered before they got started. This was a move-out clean, so they even wiped out the fridge and cleaned the oven! Highly recommend!

We are absolutely delighted with our initial deep clean today by Ladonna and Amber. With a huge family that includes teens and little ones, there was a lot of cleaning to deal with. These ladies were professional, kind, thorough, efficient and non-judgmental. Everything smells and looks great! Because it’s a large home I think there may not have been time to do the inside of the oven in the time we had booked, so I’m hoping to get that on the next visit. I look forward to having these lovely ladies in for biweekly cleans in the future!

We have tried a few different cleaning services and Molly Maids always provides a consistent and reliable service! Home is always immaculate! Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been customers for several years. The staff is amazing! Sandra and her team 9 cohorts are the best and I wish I could take them with us after we move. They are flexible when emergencies happen and always make sure we know when they are on the way. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

I've been a client with Molly maid for a few months now and I super recommend. We do the bi-weekly service, and Adri and Kimverli from team 16 always do an amazing job, leaving my home refreshed and smelling amazing. I never have any complaints about them. Beyond that, love their attention to details. Like when they organize our dog toys in a fun way, or when they leave a cute pattern on the couch with the throw blanket after vacuum it 💖 It's the cherry on top 😁

Would give ZERO stars ifI could. Hired this company for a MOVE OUT clean and didnt even receive a good regular cleaning! PAID $600, and got a "sorry." To be fair, they offered to send another cleaner on another day to maybe do WHAT SHOULD'VE BEEN DONE THE FIRST TIME but there wasn't time for that. Hire at your own risk. Would NOT recommend this service!!!

Team 7 did such a great job today! So friendly and caring! Destiny is always awesome, and Hailee was new to me today and she’s great and pays attention to details! My house looks fabulous!

Pretty much stole our money. After 5 hours and $800, my house was DIRTY! An empty house that we are moving into and we had to clean ourselves after Molly Maid refused to give us our money back. They only gave us back $150, when they clearly did not clean. Floors are dirty, bathrooms sinks are dirty, kitchen cabinets are dirty. I mean, why did they vitally clean?? Take a look at the pics yourself. Don’t waste your money, their standards for cleanliness is VERY low. Truly embarrassing.
