Attica was a really great service provider! My clothes were not drying at all. I called them and they sent somebody out within the next 24 hours! They did such a fabulous job and were polite and professional, and pointed out that I had some mold growing inside the vents. That was distressing!!! So he suggested that I have UV lights installed inside the vents and I only needed two and that will kill the mold and I can feel safe again and know that my dogs and I aren’t breathing in toxins which I never would’ve known without this company and these professionals. I am so thankful and happy that I hired them and they did a super great job! I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

Called for HVAC duct cleaning and vent repair that was needed in my house. Attica took care of everything. 10/10 experience since the moment I called. Cheaper than I expected, and now I can breathe in and relax without the stress.

I can’t believe the service from my call on Sunday night and had areal person answer!! They scheduled an inspection 2 days later. Once Mike arrived he sat down explained the process completely with photos and diagrams. It was so informative. Then the magic day. Yvonne and Mike are professional and good men. The reviewed with me pictures as they worked. I’m am so happy I have them do my job! I will see them next year to follow up. I tell you need to call them tell them Brenda sent you. You’ll be glad you did! 10 stars are not enough.

Beware of this company. They scammed both me and my neighbor. First they started at my neighbors house and scared her into thinking she had three different types of mold requiring over $1500 in fixes and cleaning. Come to find out this was untrue and they ruined her duct work in her attic now requiring a new company to come in and fix.

Then they came to my house and said that was unit was pristine but I should get blue light installed. I agreed thinking I should have it, but a contractor looked at the work, said it was done haphazardly. Looked at the blue light that was installed and it was a $50 blue light from Amazon. Got charged $600 for install while constantly being told how great of a deal this was.

Please use this company with caution and don’t get suckered into their $80 vent cleaning deal….theyre going to try to get hundreds, if not thousands of dollars out of you.

I found Attica on google, and I'm so happy I did that. Attica sent 2 technicians to my house to clean the dryer vent. They were professional, transparent, and showed me what was inside before and after cleaning it. I'm so glad I called them, and referred my friends and neighbors to use their services too. 10/10 recommended, very good company with an incredible staff!

The technicians were very professional and friendly. They cleaned the box above the furnace where there was a little mold, sanitized the system, installed a UV light, and cleaned the air ducts. Everything was done carefully and professionally. I’m very satisfied with the service.

This experience was extremely disappointing. I reached out to the company for help with my dryer vent. I explained that we already cleaned them out but that my issue was ongoing with very long dryer time and my suspicion is that the lent build up is at the top of the vent that is on my two story house. He explained they can go up there if needed but they will likely clear the issue without it. If they have to go up it would be an extra 25 dollars. I agreed and made the appointment and agreed to also cleaning my air vents while here. The team came out did not resolve the issue at all. Mike was a salesmen through and through. He said he cleared the dryer vent and when I looked there was only a handful of loose lent on the floor. The “professional tool” they used was the exact same one I bought off amazon for $20 and already cleaned the vent with from the inside. When I explained this and asked him to go on the roof, he told me they didn’t even have a ladder to reach my two story roof and that he would get one and charge me an additional 150 dollars to go up. This was after they told me it would only be 25 dollars. I told him this was not what I was told and he blew me off and began trying to sell me more air vent cleaning. He pushed upgrading the air vent cleaning so hard that I began getting nervous as he became more and more aggressive as I said no. He was s salesmen , not a technician. I would suggest the 20 dollar amazon tool over this company and also be weary of the salesman technician. I would suggest women have someone with them to help with being bullied by this man.

Customer service was top notch, speedy service, and great price, lower than I expected. Recommended them to my family and friends, they all approved!

The technicians failed to securely reattach my duct vent, which is located in an area with a ceiling too high for me to reach. When I requested that they return to fix the issue—a relatively simple task for them—they initially responded, stating they would follow up. However, they later stopped replying altogether. This kind of practice is questionable.
