Had four techs come out trying to repair my AC unit and they either gave up or couldn’t do the work or didn’t have time for it. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and got the job done.

Literally the BEST service, hands down. I can’t even believe how quickly and efficiently this whole process was executed. Alex had previously serviced the AC unit in the office where I work, so naturally when my personal AC showed signs of a struggle, I immediately thought to reach out. It was pretty late on a business day (about 6PM), so I assumed maybe i would receive a response to my inquiry the next morning. NOPE! He responded immediately and told me he could be at my house within the HOUR! Alex went above and beyond, as he always does, to make sure our problem was solved. He ended up finding that a $1,300 part needed to be replaced, which was obviously jarring for us. Unprompted, he did his own research and found that we had a 10-year warranty on parts even though our service warranty was expired. First thing the next morning, he hunted down the part we needed and cruised over to install it. Well, not only did he perform the install, but he also cleaned out various compartments and filters, etc that he could have easily passed up- like other service providers that just want to get to the next big job. I could go on for days about this amazing experience, but I’ll end with this...my fiancée is a major DIY-er, just like me; so he does his research, big time. It’s very rare that he voices how impressed he is with someone; but based on my experience with Alex at my work office, I had a very good feeling that he would be thoroughly impressed. Sure enough, they hit it off and I was hearing raving reviews all night 🤣 they now text each other and I’m pretty sure they’ll be best friends soon. PS, our AC has been working FLAWLESSLY ever since.

I will NEVER use any other AC company again. If you’ve read this whole review, good for you, because now you’ve been enlightened. Seriously, 100% look no further. If you can get Alex, DO IT. He’s so incredibly educated, experienced, accommodating, and professional. I cannot fully express my (our) gratitude to him for being so attentive, helpful, and genuine.

We had an A/C failure which left the house feeling like an oven inside. The response from Cool Baby Air Conditioning was excellent and beyond what could have been reasonably expected. Arriving at 7.30 at night, Alex stayed until close to midnight just to get the job properly analysed and resolved - and our A/C working again. I constantly tried to make clear to Alex that we didn’t expect him to carry on into the night, but he insisted he wanted to finish the job. We really could not have asked for anything more - a complete dedication to doing a great job for us - very impressed.

Alex really has helped us out a lot. I gave him a call was he was able to come out the same day to service our system. He even remembered us from 2 years ago from the last time we called. He was quick and professional and I will always recommend him to anyone that needs service or installations.

Alex was responsive, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the issues our AC system was experiencing, he provided several options on how to address the issues, including the pros and cons of each one, allowing us to make the best decision for our house. I had a major malfunction of an AC problem and called Frank Gay and Del-Air and they were horrible. Cool Baby is the first AC company I've called that has a real person pick up the phone who can answer questions at any moment. The guy that owns Cool Baby, Alex, is the real deal, NO JOKE. He is a genius when it comes to AC, and if you give him a basic idea of the problem he works it out REALLY fast. He talks lightning fast, his brain is like an AC computer, his innate knowledge of AC comes pouring out. When I first called he had so much information and was so detailed it felt fake, until he showed up late at night and early in the morning and solved the problem like it was the easiest job in the world for him. He didn't waste my time with any "new system" talk, didn't try to upsell anything, simply said "This is the part, this is the labor, I'll do it on this day." And when asked, he explained exactly what the part does, and why my system needs it. Amazing. Take it from me, don't waste time messing around with a bunch of AC companies, call this place and ask for Alex, he will show up any time, 2 AM, 10:30 PM, 7 AM, etc. and your problem WILL be solved.
