A few days ago, I realized I had a broken water pipe behind the toilet. I called Rapid Pro Services and John answered me. He asked me for a picture or a video of the problem. At the time he was on a job, but he could arrive at my place in a few hours. He took care of the problem right away. I recommend this company to anyone. Thanks John!!

So thankful for the speedy service and reasonable pricing! My septic system was backed up during Easter weekend with family in town, rapid pro was available on short notice and saved the day before my yard turned into a smelly mess!

He didn't bother asking for a picture or video of the problem and showed no urgency. He took forever to fix the issue, and it still doesn’t seem right. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I call the company for a leak in my bathroom. I was surprised by the service and quality, the manager, Mr. Haraldo, was extremely friendly and explained the entire process necessary for the repair. I had already called another professional and was frustrated with the situation, but the Rapid Pro team did a wonderful job. I ended up hiring the company to carry out a review on my air conditioning and was once again surprised by the speed and quality of the service provided. I really recommend the company

Brad was highly recommended to do some AC work at my home. He came across knowledgeable, talked to me about servicing my unit vs buying a new one, and most importantly, he was honest. “You don’t buy a new car just because some of the parts went bad”. Just True Air LLC did an excellent job from start to finish! Sam, the technician was very knowledgeable, explained the process and answered all of my questions. Had 2 units serviced/cleaned. Feeling confident the air in my home is free of any mold! Would recommend Sam and Just True Air to everyone!

I wanted my ducts cleaned but he told us there was bacteria at the main input air supply . He santized and did not recommend blowing the supply so did not blow out the ducts.. we now have more dust than ever. The reason we hired them was to clean the ducts but he did not do it. Do not fall for this !!!

We had Samuel Martinez come out. He was super personable and thorough. He explained everything he did and overall went above and beyond when he saw tears in our ductwork in the attic by fixing them. Learned a lot from his visit!

If you need a rapid response and a family ac business in North Orlando, I recommend this business hands down. From the phone call to text/email services from beginning high quality services even during a storm Jayson came out and help our family when our AC went out. They are extremely knowledgeable very helpful and greatly appreciate their service and support. The way the customer service was handled was like an Emergency Room response team; they came in with a respectful attitude and time texted me an eta with an email quote before during and after. Amazing customer service for AC on a hot day or cold day rainy season etc book your services asap!

Top Tier installed a Carrier 2 ton AC unit for my rental condo. Very responsive and respectful. Great customer service. Cleaned up after install. Answered all my questions. Even registered my AC unit for me to receive 10 year parts 1 year labor verses me having to do it. Much appreciated.
