When most places say Same Day AC repair, they usually take forever to show up but the owner himself showed up to take care of us. He even gave me some air conditioner maintenance tips to make sure we didn't get caught with a broken AC again. I would definitely trust these guys for any service on your ac unit.

i had esteban from top tier cooling come out to my house in winter garden cause my ac stopped blowing cold air and it was getting real hot in here. he showed up on time which i appreciate cause most places say they coming and then you sit around all day. he was real polite. He checked the outside unit and said it was the capacitor that went bad. i never heard of that but he explained it so i understood and didnt make me feel dumb about it.

he fixed it right there and then, didnt try to sell me a whole new system like some other ac companies do. he even washed off the coils and checked the freon (i think thats what he said). after that the cold air started right up again, better than before.

he told me about keeping the filters clean and showed me the right way to put them in, i been doing it wrong for years. prices was fair and honest too.

if you need ac repair near winter garden or just someone who actually knows what they doing, call top tier cooling. esteban did a great job, respectful and fast. feels good to have cool air again without getting ripped off.

Summer is around the corner and my A/C needed service after 3 years. The staff was professional and keep me updated on any fixes/price changes. My ducts, vents and A/C unit completely maintenance. I appreciated the team clean up after the maintenance was done. Give the Team a call.

Esteban Vasquez was at my townhouse on December 16 to perform a dryer vent cleaning and they did an outstanding job. Today, December 18th I had Top Tier Cooling perform an entire home duct cleaning. They were not only very professional but they were also excellent getting my ducts cleaned. I love their service so much, I booked them for Monday, December 22nd, to perform a dryer duct cleaning at my daughter’s house. Highly recommend this company.

We had some lizards crawl into our outside unit and fried the circuit board on the coldest night of the year. Our heat went out and it was the weekend. I reached out to several companies and Top Tier was the only one to get back to me and quickly I might add. Our tech was very thorough and knowledgeable. He found the issue and was able to resolve it in a reasonable amount of time. We will be using them again.

They came and replaced my old 2 ton package unit in Orlando, Florida. Amazing service, good pricing, very friendly. Jason and Esteban did amazing.

Their pricing was right in the middle compared to the other quotes I received, but the technician really stood out. He identified more issues than the others and explained everything clearly in a way that made sense. He originally came out just to provide a quote, but while he was here, he was able to get the heat working.

I had two big-name companies come out before them, and he was the only one who immediately recognized that our Nest thermostat wasn’t set up correctly, which was causing the heating unit not to work properly.

Excellent service from Luke. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, did a good job in bringing two HVAC systems to great shape. He also gave useful tips on air quality and maintenance.

I feel like I was given the run around by Luke. This was my first time dealing with his company and it will be my last. I was referred to him by another A.C. technician. He spent almost 2 hours at my house only to tell me that he couldn't fix the issue.
He stated that he couldn't fix the issue because it required him going into the attic and he couldn't do that, because he had neck surgery. As an air conditioner technician part of your job may require that you go into the attic to resolve an issue. I asked him if he could send someone else to check the attic he said that he didn't have anyone else to do it due to him working alone.
I feel like I wasted my time and money dealing with Luke. I wish he would've been honest upfront so that I could've called another company.
*Update* I called another company and this issue that Luke stated was the problem was NOT the issue at ALL. The new technician didn't have to go into the attic. It was a panel inside of the unit that was fired and that needed to be replaced.
Be aware and do business at your own risk with this company.

Luke is honest and fair. I'm not an easy customer and Im sure I drove him crazy. However, he always answered all of my questions and was more then willing to walk me through what needed to be done. I will admit, he is very to the point and does not beat around the bush. That might be hard for some people if they are use to someone sugar coating what they say. Luke does not sugar coat anything. He tells you exactly what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, how much it costs and then gets it done. I truly appreciate that.I will always use him for any issue we have.

We all know how tough it is to find good, quality, HONEST service these days. These guys went above and beyond to get our AC unit installed. They were clean and thorough. Pleasantly nice experience all around considering your never really in the mood to have to replace one of you AC units. The sales person was informative about our options and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. The installer not only was really careful to not make a mess and vacuumed after himself but he was really sweet to my 8 year old who asked more than a few questions about what he was doing.

Luke did outstanding service for us. It was that 90 degree week in spring in Florida. We had coverage thru Old Home Republic Insurance. Luke got us the best deal and performed the installation in an outstanding manner. Thanks Luke! And that accent is crazy.

Luke is the only person I am going to in order to service our AC. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and does not oversell on stuff we do not need. We hired him last month to install a new evaporator coil in our townhome. He went above and beyond by installing a new liftup drawer underneath our coil for us to fit better AC filter options! He even took the time to fill out the paperwork for us so that our new coil was warranty registered for 10 years! I am definitely going to hire him in the future to maintain our AC. 5 stars all the way!

I own a one family home near Orlando, Florida. I needed to replace my aging HVAC system. I contacted Alpha Comfort Design because I wanted to use a local contractor in case I needed service later. It was the best phone call I have made in quite some time. Luke's knowledge of HVAC is boundless. Not only did he answer all my questions, but when there was more than one answer, he gave me the BEST alternative. He just finished the install of a complete HVAC system for me. The system works perfectly. He left my house as clean as it was before they set foot here. The attention to detail is incredible. He provided me with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty the same day as he completed the work. I had my inspection today and the work passed with flying colors. This man is both knowledgeable, highly skilled and very honorable. His quoted price was THE PRICE, period. No surprises. His work is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their HVAC equipment. I feel I have made a new friend.
