What a great experience. We have called Luke several times and he has always come out quickly and takes care of our problems immediately. He takes the time to explain how our system works and ways we can improve performance. Our service calls are always reasonably price AND he's always friendly and professional. Simply the BEST A/C service I have ever used. I have owned my home for a long time and as the system got old I went through many A/C companies for quotes and repair. I was lucky to find Alpha Comfort Design when I need them the most. They helped me get the best equipment for the best price. They worked with our insurance company to fix their mistakes and kept our cost to a minimum. Genuinely cared about us, our home and and our needs. Luke is the Best!

Luke came on thanksgiving morning to fix our unit and even explained everything that was going on in it so I would know what had happened in case it happened again. It doesn’t get any better than this when it comes to customer service and friendliness. I now have a much better understanding of my AC unit and will continue to only use Luke going forward!

Luke is the absolute best. He literally saved me $800+ dollars. I chose an expensive mini split to be installed and he took the time to researched a mini split (same brand) that worked best for what I needed. It was the same thing, just less expensive. He is very honest, friendly, polite, great sense of humor and definitely knows his stuff. He entertained my and my fathers questions and explained the process to me. He cleaned up after the job and went above and beyond what a is expected of an AC company. If anyone needs to contact me as a reference, please ask Luke to share my info. He is hands down the best. Not to mention, he did not overcharge. The price he quoted was what he charged. And, what I paid was extremely reasonable. He is a good person and he worked non stop until the job was done.

Luke is a lifesaver! I was quoted an insane amount of money to replace the ac in my small house and Luke came in and assessed exactly what I needed and did it for a fraction of the cost. Everything was done in 2 days and couldn’t be happier. You won’t regret calling him out!

Luke and Alpha Comfort Design were amazing. Luke was incredibly responsive, even responding in a Friday night and arriving Saturday morning when our a/c went out. He was also onsite as soon as possible replacing our unit. In addition to being responsive, Luke was professional and very easy to work with. 10+/10!

I have to say that this is by far the best business owner I have ever come in contact with. Not just A/C, but any company. Luke REALLY cares about what he does and that the job is done right. He goes above and beyond to do the job he was hired for. He takes the time to explain things to you that make sense to someone that doesn’t know about air conditioning and how and why it works the way it does. We have struggled to keep our house cool even though we have a new unit. We hired him in the hope he could fix our problems, and I have to tell you he addressed and fixed several unknown issues the house had in the attic and the unit in the garage. Now our system is finally working properly. His prices are beyond fair for the work that he performs. He is honest and fair and a very good person! It’s easy to see why he is successful. I would highly recommend his company for the smallest job to a complete A/C system swap out. I promise you won’t find a better company.

A/C went out yesterday evening. Was no longer blowing cold air. At 9am this morning I tried calling several companies recommended by neighbors and friends and no one had any availability until later this evening. I called up Universal based on a review on Nextdoor and BOOM! Kevin was at my place just a few hours later. He had us back up and running in no time at all. Not only was Kevin efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, but he was more than willing to share his knowledge with me as I peppered him with questions on the system's inner workings, why some parts fail, and basic maintenance that I should perform. Thank you Kevin for restoring our climate controlled bliss. =)

We just had a technician - Jim - stop by to look at our spa heater that was getting some fault codes. He got it all figured out and addressed the issue without ordering unnecessary parts. In the end it was a cleaning that solved our problem. This is the kind of honest service that you tell your friends and neighbors about, so I figured I'd write a positive review. Great company!
