Called Luke Saturday for a free estimate. Had a quote within an hour. He installed unit on Monday and was finished by noon. Luke was very professional and well organized. Got a great price and left a clean jobsite. Highly recommended!

Breath of fresh air finding a reliable AC company. Other companies cancelled appointments or didn't show. Luke was really reliable, explained the issue, and explained every step he took to solve the problem. He even stayed to test that the AC unit works perfectly fine before he left.

I requested service via my home warranty company Old Republic Home Protection and was lucky to have had Luke come out from Alpha Comfort Design. A superior customer experience, Luke explained step by step what the issue was during diagnostics and was able to complete the job in an hour. I will absolutely be requesting Luke from Alpha Comfort Design whenever my A/C & heating unit requires service.

We have had Luke from Alpha Comfort Design out every year to inspect our system and ensure it's tuned up. He has also reconfigured some ducts/vents for better air flow and replaced a coil. I highly recommend ACD, they are trust worthy, on time, responsive and thoroughly explain the repairs. I highly recommend them for HVAC issues/repairs.

My wife and i are expecting our first kid shortly, and our ac in our new house was installed in 1989! Clogged coils, leaks, noisy and would run for days trying to heat or cool our little home. We had a few days left on our home warranty and decided to call it in. Luke called us 10 minutes after the call to the warranty company and was out inspecting our ac the next day. He recommended a new unit which he installed a few days later. Couldn't be happier. Great employees, great service and even better pricing. You can't go wrong with alpha.

Luke is excellent, took the time to fix an issue with the way my A/C had been incorrectly wired and configured. I can tell he is passionate about his work and enjoys his job every much. He replaced a blown inverter board in my outside unit. Great price and honest.

Luke did a fantastic job refilling our AC coolant and troubleshoot some wiring. As a bonus he also helped clean the AC outside in addition to leveling it as well.

My AC had frozen over and wasn't blowing out any air. I was dispatched with Alpha Comfort Design by my home warranty company. I called Luke as soon as I received the dispatch and he came straight over. He was incredibly knowledgeable and got me fixed up very quickly. As a bonus, he was a pleasure to be around and even was watching out for me when unexpected roofers showed up claiming to have been sent by the HOA. 10/10 would 100% recommend and use again. Don't hesitate to call them if your AC is broken or needs replacing!

After some less than stellar experiences with other ac companies, we were referred to Alpha Comfort Design by a co-worker a few years ago. I would highly recommend them! Luke is kind, professional, on time, and meticulous. Having dealt with other companies, his prices are very reasonable. It seems like too often these days, you find too many companies that are looking to price gouge you. Luke is very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I cannot recommend Alpha Comort Design enough!

Luke was willing to work around our schedule. Which required him to come early on a Sunday. Luke is friendly and personable. He was very knowledgeable and gave us options to fix our issue. Luke also made sure to explain the issue in an educational way. Ultimately it was a simple fix and he was able to resolve it on his visit. I would highly recommend Alpha. I know I will if we have any more future issues.

We have had Alpha Comfort Design out for years to perform annual maintenance on our 29 year old system and ensure it's ready for each summer. Luke checked ducts/vents for maximum air flow, replaced a capacitor, and cleaned the outside unit of leaves and debris as part of his maintenance. Recently, they replaced our whole system in a few hours. We were thankful to find Alpha Comfort Design after many flaky and incompetent companies. Luke was informative, reliable, and trustworthy. We will continue to recommend them for HVAC issues/repairs to our friends.

UPDATE:
90 days after new A/C install my AC was cutting off. I sent an email with pictures of the thermostat display and details. Luke called me right away, even though it was 9 pm. He explained step-by-step what I should do for the night to have a cool evening and what I should do in the morning, once it was light. It seemed like an easy fix, just vacuum the drain line. Luke called in the morning to see if the issue was still present; it was. He had a cancellation at 2. He blew and vacuumed out the line at different points and added a longer pipe to the float switch (easier access). After trying all the routine fixes, he was baffled by this atypical issue. Luke was like a dog with a bone and was determined to find the solution. He tried one last thing and it finally resolved the issue at 4 pm. I cannot praise this man enough for his determination to resolve any issue cost effectively. Through the years, he has continually provided superior customer service with outstanding communication, proven excellence in workmanship, and mastery of his profession. I’m blessed to have found this star, especially in these times. Truly the best of the best! I am not a relative or a friend writing this review, just a very happy customer. If you hire Alpha Comfort Design, you will be too.

My AC stopped cooling last night at 8pm. I immediately called Luke and he said he would be out between noon and 1pm tomorrow. He was aty house at noon ready to go! He checked my system and located a blown capacitor. In less than 30 minutes he had my system up and running like new!!
