Swift Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air, replaced my leaking plenum with new duct board today. I received a call from the office staff, Briana, that my service was being done today. Tech's Anthony and Brian arrived on time, dressed in clean company-branded attire, and took the time to communicate the repair process from start to end, before they started the work. They worked efficiently the entire time, and before I knew it, my unit was back up and running, minus the leak that that causing me to loose air and money. Great job, Josh and your team at Swift Brothers, and I highly recommend this company for your A/C Service and Repair needs!!!

Impressed with the quality and service provided by Universal Heating & Air. The pool heater is awesome, the company is responsive and techs are skilled. Had a small issue recently that was nicely resolved. Richard took care of the repair, walked me through his work, and provided some helpful maintenance tips. From the first person to answer their phone –Sandy - to the estimate, and then the installation, Universal Heating and Air Conditioning provided EXCEPTIONAL service. After pool startup, our installers could not figure out the heating/cooler controls and arranged Swift Brothers to come help us out. Swift Brothers sent us Anthony, the technician. Anthony was on time, very polite, listened to my likely poor description of the problem and went right to work. I could not stay the entire time they were here, but Anthony stayed in constant contact via phone, constantly calling me Sir. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issues and had the heater/chiller running with little delay. Once he was done, he again called me and explained everything he had done.

Big kudos to Anthony! And Swift Brothers for employing a great, knowledgeable, professional technician. I would not hesitate to use Swift Brothers for any pool heat/chiller issues and would certainly request Anthony in the future.

Cullen showed up as planned and repaired our gas heater. He also communicated that he was on the way, and texted the problem and the solution to repair to our gas heater. Great job!

They were willing to quickly fix the pool heater before my family from out of town will visit us this weekend. The technicians were friendly and they had the parts for repair. My only concern is the cost for the repair was excessive.
