I had a new HVAC unit installed during the September heat. Company website very easy to use and completed the online application for financing. Once approved I was scheduled for the next morning. Team showed up on time, very clean and efficient. Would highly recommend

Just closed on our home 30 days ago with 2 zone system (expensive). In my attempt to reset the digital thermostat used during construction, I inadvertently reset to default settings which shut down the system completely.

I called the company and asked for someone to at least call me back and walk me through re-programming the setting in the thermostat to get it back up. I was told someone will call back today. By end of the day after no return call, I called again and the office apologized and stated the request would go out again and someone will call.

To date NO-ONE ever called back! I guess after my check cleared so did the customer service.

That has never happened with any other AC company that I have dealt with in 30+ years. Moises and his team are golden and will always have my business.

Moises and his team came in during Mother’s Day when I needed it most and did the job quickly and efficiently. This is the BEST company I’ve ever had come out for my AC. I’ve had many quotes that were ridiculously overpriced in other companies and Victor sold me a carrier unit at VERY reasonable price. They installed it next day for me AND they followed up to make sure I was happy and my unit is cooling the whole house. I have never had anyone follow up to ensure I was happy with their work and outcome. These guys really care about what they are doing and they make sure you are happy with the results.

We had Certified Quality AC out to fix our AC. The initial company that we had out gave us an astronomical quote which we later found out was to fix things that were not even broken in the first place. Certified Quality AC cane out and they diagnosed the actual problem very quickly and fixed the issue immediately for an excellent price. This is the most honest company that we’ve ever worked with, and we will always go back to them.

The technician, Alex, who came out was fast, efficient, incredibly kind, and completely professional. He diagnosed the issue right away and replaced the motor quickly, getting my AC back up and running without any stress or hassle. This company is great. I called them after getting the run around from another ac provider. They came out very quickly (I was trying to get my house on the market) and discovered the issue was not what another company informed me it was. Got if fixed for a bit less too. Very happy.

Have use Arctic Cool Inc. to work on my AC unit on a weekend and Chris Eads was the technical that weekend and he was professional, with great customer service and honest with the repairs, he saved me cash by replacing the motor fan only and the capacitor when other company said to me that the AC unit was to old and need it to be replaced. Chris Eads thank you very much for saving me CASH! If anyone out there need HELP with your AC call Chris he is the BEST!

After our AC unit stopped working we called and had a technician out the same day. Their work is second to none and their customer services is such a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them!

I really wanted to use arctic cool for my hvac needs today, as they have great reviews and are located close by. I called them up about 8am and told the woman who answered that I heard great things about them on Nextdoor.com. As I was complimenting them and saying I was looking forward to working with them, the woman interrupted me mid-sentence and said “let me stop you. Is this commercial or residential?” I answered her and proceeded to give her the details she requested. When I asked when I could expect to hear from someone or when someone could come out, she said “I don’t know, I’m not a technician.” I asked her to ballpark it, would it be today, tomorrow, Monday? She said she didn’t know and all she could do was hand my information over to the technicians. Well, since this was the hottest day of the year, I was not going to risk being without a/c for an unknown length of time. I called another company right away. They sent someone within a few hours and fixed our problem, all before anyone from arctic cool even gave me a call back. It’s a shame because this business is extremely local and they have great reviews, but this woman was not only unhelpful, she was downright rude.

Chris and his team are fantastic at what they do, they are honest and ethical in every respect of their operation, a great price for the services completed and they explain everything they work on and why something needs the work needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend Artic Cool!!!

Exceptional service at great price! Install of new A/C and ducts, and they did it in the HEAT of the summer. Staff was courteous & observed the mask protocol to ease my mind. Not only did they install a brand new A/c, but did the duct work in the middle of summer. ***** star service!

Arctic Cool is Simply Fantastic.... Where do I start... OK, full disclosure, I am a contractor and I know all of the big A/C companies... you know the ones with a million trucks with help wanted signs posted all over the windows. Well I work on many projects where they have been contracted and have seen things that would make your skin crawl... 100% I would never use any of them if they were the last A/C company on earth... I have been Using Arctic Cool for about 14 years now and they have done everything from simple repairs, maintenance and complete home replacements with 2 to 3 units... These people understand their business and only perform the work you need... And if they find a problem, they explain it to you in plain English.... I have never been overcharged and Chris the owner actually gets dirty and does service calls also... Believe me that is rare in this business... Please if your going to spend your hard earned money on a repair of replacement of your A/C go with this company...

Today David came to fix my air conditioner, He did a great job, he was extremely efficient I had a lot of questions to which he knew all the answers and was very patient in answering them. I have used this company before and will ONLY use them in the future. they always do a great job!

Barbosa was great Diagnosed the problem and went right to work on it. Done!
When he started we both commented on the switch and after restarting the unit it was obvious that it was going to work part of the time
He again diagnosed and replaced the switch.
We couldn’t be happier thanks 👍👍👍
