Arctic Cool is the best air conditioning repair and service group I’ve ever dealt with. When we had a problem with our ac unit at our office a couple months back, there technician was very efficient at diagnosing and fixing the problem. Not only that, but they are very reasonable in their pricing. If you need a good, honest company to work on your ac, give these guys a call. They are easily the best in Central Florida.

I manage rental properties and Arctic Cool has been my go to vendor for more than 10 years now. The time had come that I needed to replace my own ac system of course Arctic Cool installed the system which was no easy task the techs Lynn, John & Chris worked very hard and went above and beyond even well into the evening to get done what needed to be done all along with a great attitude. I always knew my clients got the very best service from Arctic Cool but it was very nice to see first hand how professional the techs were even after 12 long hours working on my system. Part 1: Dec 2021... My AC compressor blew out and Arctic Cool was quick to come out assess the issue and unfortunately it warranted a new unit. CJ was quick to take care of me from the business side of things and Chris, the technician, was very nice and professional. Arctic was able to get everything done the same day which was fantastic for me and my wife. 100% Recommend these guys.

Part 2: Hunter came by today 6/27/2024 to redo the insulation on my indoor AC handler. He was a great guy and really helped get to the bottom of my issue. The original company who installed my AC did a very poor job and cut corners so Arctic has done an excellent job to help clean up their mess. I will continue to give them my HVAC related business.

4th of July service call. Technician was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Our serviceman was very thorough. He kept me informed about his progress and what he was looking for. Voila we had cold air blowing within 30 minutes. I have been using Artic Cool for a very long time. Chris don’t loose this guy. He was awesome.

Mike was able to come and fix my air conditioner the same day I called about an issue, and he went above and beyond to get it done quickly while also educating me along the way. Very great service! I will definitely use them again in the future if I’m in need of anything.

I recently had an issue with my AC not blowing cold air, and I called Arctic Cool for assistance. I was extremely impressed with their service. Our technician, Mike, was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite it being after hours, they arrived at my house within 2 hours of my call. Mike's expertise was evident as he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

What really stood out was Mike's dedication—he even came back the following morning to ensure our AC was working properly and that there were no further issues. His helpful and thorough approach gave us peace of mind and cool air once again.

I am really glad I found these guys! A friend told me about them. Chris the owner is a good guy. My mini split AC we had installed in our bedroom is a lifesaver. They were cautious make it look nice and cleaned up after. No dust at all in our bedroom. We sleep nice and cool on summer nights. I love it

Lynn came out and saved us from the Florida heat. Engaging, polite, informative, and above all extremely professional and thorough. Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, he went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable home.

Not only that, but he took the time to explain the cause of the issues and the repairs he performed. Even had some suggestions on how to avoid future issues which other techs/companies didnt notice. Absolute gem of a professional. Would honestly recommend over and over again.

Today I had an issue with my AC unit. I called and was able to get someone out to service within an hour. My technician, Barbosa was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and was out within about an hour. I've been using Arctic cool for 20 years and always have a great experience with them.

If we have to give 0 star we would. We called this company to come and fix our AC. First visit they charged us $475, found outside unit not running due to tripped diagnostic unit in condenser with fault. A week later AC stopped working, called them again, they charged us $152 for same issue, they did not mention what causing this issue. 4 days later same issue happened, we don’t have AC for 3 days now, We will not be calling this company again. Please take your business somewhere else.

We called Arctic Cool for a second opinion after another company quoted us an astronomical $ amount for repairs/unit replacement. Hunter and Lynn with Arctic Cool came out and were honest, professional, and efficient. Thanks to Arctic Cool our A/C is back to running great without major repairs and for a fraction of the cost.

Artic Cool installed our unit 6 years ago and have maintained it since then. But this last visit was what set them apart. AC was only blowing warm air and I called their after service line (Saturday at 9pm) and Chris was out here in an hour. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.
We were worried about our 2 year old attempting to sleep in a 90* house and he said, literally, "I can fix it now."

I have used Arctic Cool for the last few repair and I highly recommend them. They are friendly, responsive, and actually show up when they say they will. They took the time to find and fix what was broken and were not trying to upsale me or make the job bigger than it was. Integrated did a great job on my HVAC system. I was getting major water damage from my previous unit. Integrated came in and went beyond just the simple install by replacing the damaged wood and adding extra protection from any future leaks. The new Lennox system gives me a 10-year warranty at a great price. I highly recommend them!!

Our HVAC was totally replaced By Josh * Edwin who were experts at their trade. Josh was our pre-installation contact. He was amazing: excellent communication to keep us updated, polite, caring and patient in addition to his knowledge of the trade. Edwin was senior on the job and managed the installation most efficiently. They were challenged by the old unit and still managed to stay within the estimated time frame (even though they replaced much of the old wiring, hoses etc). The frosting on the cake for us was the unbelievable cleanup they did... going the extra mile in our garage.
