Anthony was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and very patient while teaching us about our pool heating unit. We will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace the unit for a new one.

My Jacuzzi was no longer heating, so it need to be fixed. Brianna scheduled my Jacuzzi repair for next week. When an earlier appointment became available, she secured it for same day service. Yay! Brianna also helped me through the warranty process as well. She quickly sent HVAC techs Anthony and Brian to the rescue. They arrived after 6 as planned and worked past sunset. They were quick to diagnose and fix the dead capacitors in record time. These are exceptional professionals. Very considerate and simply explained their fix, and also identified a potential electrical issue. The next time I require HVAC service, then I will ask for Anthony and Brian by name because they are the best. Swift Brothers / Universal Heating and Air are very fortunate to have Anthony, Brian, and Brianna on their team. Thank you all for taking good care of us quickly.

Brian Coller came over at 8pm Friday night and restored our spa/pool heater in less than an hour, so are are good for the werkend! Great service, did lovely work!

Anthony and Dan were great. Installed our new pool heater with no issues. Both of them were very kind to explain all of the particulars about the unit, warranties etc. Excellent communication with the company and response time.

Really impressed with this company. From Customer Service to the field technicians I've had nothing but great experiences. Cullen the Field Technician who looked on my Pool Heater was no exception to great customer service. It was immediately clear he is extremely knowledgeable, and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. I would 100% recomend this company.

I hired him today and he left the job incomplete and told me to find another person to finish the job cause it took him all afternoon to figure out what the problem was. I hired him 2 weeks back on August 19th for the Job and that day he came and clear the clogged drain as there was a water leak. Today I called him as the water started to leak again. at the end of the day when he sent me the invoice he charged me again for draining the pipe which i had paid him 2 weeks earlier and when I questioned him that why he is charging me again for the service for which i have already paid him he got mad and told me to find someone else as he won't be coming tomorrow to finish the job. IT'S VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS. If he can do this to me he can do that with anyone. That's all I have to say about him.

Called Certified quality air and they came out to fix my AC, nice and smart tech fix air-conditioning en 30 minutes. Will recommend the service.
