Two and a half years ago Arctic installed a new unit at our home.
It's been running great until a few days ago.
One of their techs came out and diagnosed the problem. I was told it would take a few days to get Trane to send out the part(s).
Meanwhile, we were baking. The house got up to 90 degrees.
Arctic Cool called me this afternoon and said they would send not one but 2 (!) portable AC units until the parts came in.

I was floored. This is the kind of customer service that goes beyond the call. This is the reason I will never trust anyone else with my HVAC needs.

My AC went out on a sunday and I couldn't get intouch with my service tech. I called artic cool and the tech came right out. They don't service my brand of AC but they went the extra mile to find the part I needed. There prices are higher than the company I use but the tech was great and I would definitely use in the future.

Artic Cool had serviced my AC’s for a few years and I had alway been pleased with their office and field guys. Thus, when my 17 year old Trane AC unit was was showing signs of being at its end of life, I wanted to continue to work with them. I bit the bullet and requested a quote for very a high SEER unit. Chris recommended an Amana 19 SEER inverter system that had a lifetime warranty on the compressor! It took about 1 month to get the system in but with the supply chain issues, I was pleasantly surprised and got what I wanted instead of what was just available. The Arctic Cool install team worked 8 -5 removing the old and installing the new system, were very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job cleaning up before they left.

Michael is the man! Our compressor went out this morning and by the afternoon he had it running again with cool air flowing. We have worked with Michael a few times now and he always goes above and beyond! We highly recommend Arctic Cool!

CJ at Artic Cool is the owner and he has taken great care of HVAC at our house in Maitland. We had boards go out our HVAC units, but the manufacturer doesn't have boards available, which put Artic Cool in a bad spot. CJ and Artic Cool have been out numerous times to rig our units until the boards are available from the manufacturer. Every time I call they go out of their way to help even though it's not their problem. The technicians are personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for HVAC purchase and repair.

I love this company. Jessie has taken care of me twice. Two other companies were not honest with me. I will not use any other company for my AC! I will refer them to everyone. I feel so blessed to have met them. Thanks a million CJ and JESSIE!

They've done repair work on my old AC a couple times now. Arctic Cool is that rare breed of service company. Dependable, fair priced, honest and responsive. You can tell their owner cares deeply about customer service.

Our capacitor went out late Sunday evening and our house was over 89 degrees inside. Alex came over, checked our system and fixed it without extra emergency fees! His fees were lower than who we used to use. He explain everything to us and even made a few recommendations that we will be doing with them in the very near future!!

If you need a knowledgeable AC guy that’s fair and honest, I highly recommend that you call Arctic Cooling! They gain us as a customer for life!

Lynn and (I know I'm going to butcher his name) Barbados were excellent. Completely cleared a drain that 3 other companies failed to do, and best of all, put up with my asking dumb questions and explained everything along the way. Showed up on time, did the job, priced as expected.

Mike was our service technician today. We had a clogged drain pipe in our A/C system. Mike did a fantastic job! He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of A/C and refrigeration. He didn't leave a mess which I really appreciate. Mike was punctual, polite, careful, knowledgeable and extremely capable. We have used Arctic Cool for all of our A/C and refrigeration issues since we moved to Orlando in 2005. It is an extremely professional and well run company thanks to Chris, the owner. Arctic Coolvis our "go to" company and I was very happy with the service that Mike Vargus provided today. I was also very happy that he answered all of my questions and explained everything. Mike is definitely an asset to the company!

These guys are the bomb!! I highly recommend them!! My compressor went out for the second time in two years. Eric and Alex were very patient explaining what makes a compressor go bad. They replaced my compressor and all the components related to the compressor. They also replaced another part that was not replaced when my system was installed four years ago. I feel like they made my system work better than possibly the day is was installed four years ago. They were here when they said they would be here. Charged a very fair price!

I have been using this company since 2020 and they have worked wonders for me. Tonight my a/c shut off due to it needing to be drained. Mike came out after hours. He was very understanding and deescalated what was a stressful situation for me. He checked the unit thoroughly, flushed it again and made sure it was running properly. Definitely a 5 star service!

I feel like it's always a little nerve racking finding new help with an AC repair has you always hear about these sales scams and unnecessary mark-ups. After reading all the positive reviews about Arctic Cool I felt confident in contacting them first, and they delivered! We had initially contacted them at 9pm that night our AC had gone out, and they were able to have someone out the following morning. Our repairman showed up on time, and within 20 minutes of his arrival he fixed our issue. He was honest about the repair being a relatively small job, and easy fix. The pricing for the repair was also very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

Artic Cool serviced my old unit for several years. So when it needed replacing I stayed with them to install a new system. These guys show up on time and do the agreed work in a professional manner. They improved the setup of the filter and drain line, installed the entire system and cleaned up on the way out. Everyone was very polite, answered all my many questions and at a reasonable price. If you are looking for reliable HVAC service I would recommend this company! Chris,CJ and team are very professional. They replaced our 25 year old ac system with a new heat pump. They did a great job with the install and it runs great.

Arctic Cool had been servicing my unit for over 10 years. They never sent out a salesman disguised as a repairman. The guys just repaired my aging heat pump with a fair price without pressuring me to purchase a new one. They were always honest, competent and professional. This year I finally decided to replace my 18 year old unit. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. Yesterday they sent 3 very capable technicians for the installation. They were courteous, professional and competent. They easily and efficiently installed the unit.
I would highly recommend Arctic Cool. They are the best in Central Florida.
