I had a very disappointing experience with Associate Chavela and the store manager at Lowe's. I was trying to return some items using my Lowe's Credit Card and Pro account. Chavela was able to locate the items and initiate a refund. However, there were two items that were over 90 days old, and I requested store credit for them. Chavela simply said "No" and walked away. When I asked if she could check with a manager, she didn't respond at all. Another associate then approached and helped me by explaining the return policy. Later, I called the store and spoke with Store Manager Tiffany. From the moment she answered, her tone was confrontational and she spoke very quickly. I tried to explain the situation, but she continued to respond in a confrontational manner. When I mentioned that I would be contacting corporate, her response was, "Ugh, okay," and then she hung up on me. I have since called corporate to report my interactions with these employees.
