The quote and install process was fantastic. The follow-up has been non-existent. I've contacted the company via text, email, and phone with concerns about a visible difference in quality from one side of my lawn to the other. (Half of the lawn appears to be a different type of sod.) I've had no responses. I've been trying for just over 2 months. I get it...busy season..but no responses. Unless there's been a family tragedy preventing a response, I don't understand this level of customer service.
Difficult to communicate with and ghosted me after he got his final payment when he verbally expressed needing to return to finish the job. Work was severely delayed from time of purchase to time of completion. Overall happy with what was done but disappointed he took money and didn’t supply remaining product.
Chris and the team at Immaculate Images have done a great job thus far redoing our driveway with beautiful pavers and pressure washing our house, especially the patio. I recommend them for all your outdoor household needs regarding items like these. I look forward to working with him on our upcoming re-landscaping project.
UPDATE 3/13/21: I am updating my review to 1 star because 2.5 years after the paver installation I have found additional problems from the installation. The paver job was performed with inadequate sub-base that was too thin, not packed enough, and did not extend far enough from the patio and walkway. The concrete edging to hold in the pavers was also too thin in many areas. As a result, the corners of the patio have sunk, the edging has broken and the pavers have all separating. Likewise, the walkway also separated in many areas. I have a previous house with much more hardscaping from a different contractor that is flawless 12 years later. Very disappointed. This will cost me as much to fix and re-do than it cost to install. Talk about cutting corners - literally! UPDATE 9/3/18: I am updating this review to lower my rating to 3 stars because my long-term experience was the same as the other reviewers: The initial service is great and price is fair, but follow up to address any issues is non-existent, which renders any promised warranty period pointless. Communication is not good as there are long delays between responses, endless promises, and you will have to stay on top of things. If you expect a contractor to respect your time, you will be disappointed here. It's a shame because Chris is a polite and likeable guy, so you want to give him the benefit of the doubt but he keeps letting you down. He just doesn't seem to value his customers' business after the main job is done. Keep that in mind when you consider this contractor. I've been trying to resolve a drainage issue with the retaining wall he installed and after 2 months of promises that he'd address it, I gave up and will hire someone else. My experience is based on: Installation of 80 ft retaining wall to fix an erosion issue, 50 ft paver walkway, 18 ft x 14 ft paver patio, and gazebo install between 2017-2018. I also sent him business by referral to my neighbor who hired him for a hardscape job.
