Paradise Pools was a great company to do business with. They bring a consultative approach to designing the pools based on the style of house that you have as well as you're individual taste. On top of helping design and build a great pool, they're very professionalism is second to none in their space. Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. It was the easiest process we dealt with in building a new house. Lastly, their pricing was surprisingly good for the quality of work they do. Highly recommend working with them.

After carefully evaluating multiple companies and receiving quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Paradise Pools. Part of our decision criteria was not only the quality of the work, but also how the overall experience/follow up would be. Brett Holland (owner) has been extremely diligent/professional. He personally came to our home, was extremely fair with pricing, and worked up a great design. We are excited to start the journey!

Paradise was professional from start to finish. They finished the pool on schedule and took care of every punch list item I had. The pool, spa, porch and screen are all top quality. The crews were all professional and I really appreciate the work they did especially our designer - Brett Holland. Brett came up with the winning design and it turned out exactly as we discussed. I highly recommend this company.

From the initial consultation through the multiple steps that were taken in order to build and design our own paradise pool in our backyard the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Paradise Pools by design. The staff and Craftsman were very attentive to every detail and we really appreciate that.

We enjoyed our experience with Paradise Pools. There was some turnover with employees which made it a little confusing in the beginning but we ended up with Justin being our Project Manager and he was GREAT to work with. Very patient and would answer all of our questions. Super thankful for him. My mom was also building with Paradise and had a very different experience... She did finally get Brandon who has been VERY helpful to her. We’re happy with our pool, however I think Paradise may be on the higher end of pool pricing.

Customer service is amazing! Even after 6 month of having our pool the rep Matt is happy to come out to help with pump questions. We were not too sure how to clean our filter, one text and Matt came out the next day to show us how to do it...again 😂. You guys rock!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY/EXPERIENCE FOR ANY POOL CLEANING/MAINTENANCE. There attention to detail is horrible! Techs are in and out of pools 5/10 minutes while they overcharge you! Ridiculous! They also wait almost 2 months to clean filters and most techs don’t even clean the filter. When something breaks you wait months and months for them to get out to you if they can even remember. The manager I believe his name is Matt, is very rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend to look else where for any pool services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Love Paradise Pools. I'm so happy we went with this company. As first time pool owners these guys exceeded our expectations. If we ever have a question about our pool Matt quickly responds...even 2 years later. Many of our neighbors have also used them because of how much we raved about their service.

Paradise Pools By Design was the ideal partner in our pool building process. Their designer Tod was amazing and provided us a custom solution that meets our whole family's needs. Our project manager, Gator, was responsive and made sure every detail was exactly as we wanted it. Every team member we encountered was professional and worked to provide quality work. We laid out a concept and brought it to paradise. Their design team refined it and made a unique and remarkable multi tier pool. We sampled all other pool builders in the area and found the Paradise design the most refined. Also, the water works are complex in it involving several pumps some of which are a special high flow variant, multiple filters, various rain descents, pergola water features, a swim jet, and a long infinite edge water fall edge. The engineering that went into the water design and the controls is extensive and as an engineer I suspect few builders in the area could have pulled off the design with the flow and efficiency Ryan H. achieved. We've had the pool over a year now and had one controlled led go out with no other difficulties. Paradise had that replaced in short order. On Service, their field crew are fine bunch of guys both amiable and knowledgeable. If you want something special and you want quality, these are the guys to see.

Very poor service. They are way behind schedule on my pool construction. They have made many errors in the process. They do not communicate with the homeowner. My pool is still not finished 10 months after signing the contract. They broke my waterline twice and broke my gas line once through the construction.

Ok before I start it's important to understand I am a difficult person to do work for, I want things done right and built to last and to that end I will do research and use consultants to verify things are being done that way.
Before I contacted Paradise pools by Design I was in talks with a few other builders already, a lot of things I wanted to do seemed abstract to them and they didn't have good examples of what I was going for, their renditions of my design to bring it to code always made it a lot less and i wasn't excited to move forward. Then Tod Brown from paradise pools came by to quote the project and see what i wanted to do, he really looked at the space for a long while and didn't say too much besides he needed to check with the city on certain things then he will be back with a proposal. He returned days later with a design that was better than mine by far, he researched permeability of my yard and was able to make the pool area much larger and worked a amazing kid friendly beach entry from the screen door side, he also had 7’ rockwork built in a way that supported a great deck area with firepit for sitting outside or under cover and nice slide. I agreed that day even though it was more money than the other builders. Tod really impressed me with his involvement throughout the project as I have had pools built before and never saw anything like this.
They began digging pretty fast after the homeowner association gave us a hard time, Tod even had to make a landscape design that was needed for approval in a pinch. Gator my supervisor was onsite allot, this was far better than supervisors in other projects because i hardly ever saw them. He did a good job for the most part, much better than I expected from a pool company.
My deck footer was being rebarred and I noticed they were not rebaring my deck as a whole. I was concerned that I wanted it changed and Wes the owner called me and gave me a good price and made it happen. The owners were at my site a few times to make sure things went right and that also impressed me a lot.
Rockwork, I will say this was the most aggravating experience of the last decade of my life as the guy doing the rock work ego was the size of the empire state building. But... he could back it up, he was very very good. His Artistic talent is beyond what I have seen ever in other pool builds. But he did not like questions of any kind, instead of assuring me of certain concerns he took offense and would curse/yell at me and I almost had him removed from my property at one point. So if you want to be involved as your rock is being developed without stress you will need to learn to take the good with the bad because this guy was worth that aggravation 100%. He also carved a beach entry that blew my mind btw. The owners got personally involved in this situation and made it right. Wes and Ryan Holland both impressed me again here.
Screenwork was outstanding and contractors were awesome. They used really high grade screws for no rust and even bolt patterns absolutely perfect, I've never had a screen this good before. Answered my questions and concerns perfectly.
Pebble Tec contractors are not all equal but these guys delivered the best surface I ever had done, really good quality contractors, answered my questions and concerns.
Overall in my opinion Paradise pools by design was the only company in this area that could do this kind of job, Wes, Ryan, Gator and Tod made this project work without their leadership there's no way this was happening, nothing goes perfect in construction but it how you handle it is what counts and i have great respect for their team and am grateful to everyone who worked on this project, even the rock guy. This company is worth paying extra for and I would highly recommend them.

Paradise Pools by Design did a wonderful job from start to finish on our pool build. Jason’s design was beautiful—he maximized the space we had, truly listened to what we wanted, and was patient and informative as we made our selections.
Throughout the build, Vince was meticulous with every step, efficient with scheduling, and consistently checked in with us. He made himself available at any time, which gave us a lot of confidence during the process.
At the finish, Matt, the operations manager, made sure we understood how to use the app, care for the pool, and had everything we needed to enjoy it right away.
The entire experience with Paradise Pools was excellent. Every interaction with their team was professional, efficient, and personable. We felt well taken care of—and best of all, we got exactly what we imagined!

Great service

The owner of company (Michael ) one word just watch out he not trust worthy.

Clean service, far from it! After their so called I inspected a few days later, paid for couple of hours looked like paid actually for 15 minutes, ended up cleaning my self virtually the everywhere, my advise find a company that actually cleans, my rating is 0.1 star out of five

I used Royal Maids 2 years ago when I was in an apartment then I moved out of the area. When I bought a house in June back in town, I figured why not go with the company that used to do a fantastic job at my apartment. This is not that same company. They must have changed management. Since I hired them I have had to call them back out to finish their work 3 different times and One time they wanted to charge me full price for not even completing my house!! Each time everything was done in a rushed pace. Little hairs were left on the floors. Crumbs on the counters, Not the service they were before. To add the icing on top they came out to my house last week and skipped a whole room... I messaged management and my message was ignored. That is when I gave up... They then answered when I stopped the scheduling.. tried to schedule me again and when I brought up the message they again acted like they never received it. I sent a screen shot of our messages back and forth to show proof and the rude management said she will take me off schedule... zero customer service!!! has been nothing but a waste of time and money. If you value your money and time do not use them!!! If you are going to choose a company to take care of your home and trust them, find someone who actually values their customers time and money.

Jose and his team took care of a water damage in my home. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. They made a stressful experience a lot easier!

Absolutely pathetic organization. Nothing but insurance chasers. Did not follow standard protocol for mold remediation even though there was step by step instructions provided by a air quality firm.
Failed to prevent the spread of mold throughout the house due to improper work habits.
Failed to protect our property during remediation causing more damage to the home.
Failed to put dehumidifiers in the house during hot Florida days,, for mold removal this is unheard of yet, they charged the insurance company thousands for so called mold removal.
Reported this firm to Servpro Headquarters as well as the BBB of Central Florida.
The need new leadership within the office otherwise they will fold.
I strongly caution anyone before using this company franchise

Servpro Altamonte is a franchise that offers quality work. Kattar is extremely knowledgeable. He looks at the broader scope of what can be involved with a ceiling leak. His shared knowledge was very valuable. He is courteous, punctual, and work very profesional, the same as Victor, and Jesus. When deciding between different Servpros, I recommend you choose this franchise and request Kattar

Had an odor in my home that I couldn't pinpoint but Servpro was able to get it out. Kattar and Victor did and amazing job cleaning and deodorizing, highly recommended team!!
