Our house flooded a couple of weeks ago due to our kitchen sink. We originally went with a different company our insurance company referred us to and they didn't even check the entire house. A friend told us about Servpro and they checked every wall and every single room. They were able to get the fans and dehumidifiers in there right away. They even took care of all of our soaked carpets for us and cleaned our Daughter's carpet in her room. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy and impressed by the work currently being completed at my home. Kattar and Victor have kept me informed the entire process. They have been punctual each day giving me a text when they are on the way and on their arrival, as well as when they are leaving for the day.
My home had mold hidden where previous inspections missed. They are going to great lengths to ensure that my family and I can come home to a safe environment and my home will be brought back to pre-storm condition.

Fabian and Jesus for instrumental in ensuring our unfortunate situation in the shortest amount of time possible. Their professionalism, courteous and expeditious service saved us a lot of heartache. We've been using them since January when we had an unfortunate sewer leak on the first floor which resulted in an exceptionally large project and insurance claim. This company and these fellas in particular were unlike any other experience we've had when it came to contractors taking care of a large project in the house. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat without any second thought.

We experienced a water leak in our master bedroom. Kattar and Víctor from Servpro Altamonte and his crew did an amazing job of drying the water damage quickly and within the time they estimated. They were professional and made us feel very comfortable with the service they provided and answered all of our questions. We will definitely keep their information for future use

We had major flooding and mold due to a faulty upstairs washing machine and Javier and his team were extremely helpful. They packed everything with care and moved everything out for us for storage. They set up plenty of dehumidifiers, removed all of the damaged drywall and flooring, and communicated with us every step of the way. They made the overall process far less stressful and did a good job.

Javier and Rafi were amazing!! They helped move all of our furniture and were so accommodating to our kids and pets! They weee extremely knowledgeable and communicative. They were also really friendly to the kids and made their visit smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend using them!!

A friend told me about Servpro and fabian and Jose Perez checked every wall and floor in every single room , they were able to get the fans and dehumidifiers right away and very professionally . What a such incredible crew this company has! I cannot believe how quickly and effective the team commanded by Jesus Perez in conducting the pack out of my house after a flooding.

Needless to say how impress I am with Fabian Roca and Jose Perez in the coordination and execution of all our needs from effectively communicating the steps of the recovery process to communicating with the insurance company. Wow! Just an outstanding job! Certainly greatly recommend.

Víctor and kattar did an amazing job with my condo fire. It was truly one of the hardest nights of my life but their reassuring attitude and positive demeanor helped me get through it. After the initial water from the sprinklers was removed, they had my condo packed out and cleaned up within a few days. I couldn't believe how fast they moved. The did an excellent job. I highly recommend Serv Pro but am very hopeful I never have to call them again. ha!

Valeria handled the emergency at my house, where a small flood occurred due to broken pipes, with remarkable attentiveness and kindness. She provided detailed explanations and effectively calmed me down during a stressful situation.

Our recent experience with Kattar, Victor and the team has been exceptional. Their communication, follow up, and response was excellent. They made the process of having water damage in our home easy to understand and deal with. It was great that they offered remodel service as well. We would use them again and refer to all of our family and friends.

This company is currently doing repair in our apartment from water damage from the hurricane. It has been on going, on and off, for the past 6 weeks. We have a 7 week old newborn and have been basically confined to our bedroom this entire time. The workers are nice but it has taken way too long, and things have had to be fixed multiple times because it wasn’t done properly initially. We have let the apartment complex know how unhappy we are with the service as well.

UPDATE:
I see the company has responded saying they haven’t done work at my apartment complex….. o never mentioned which complex it is, so how would they know they haven’t done work?

after the floods in my property (st. louis missouri) we called servpro incredible that the guys came from Orlando Florida to help us Jesús, Kattar and Victor with all their team have left my house to be rebuilt as a healthy space thank you

Victor and his team did an excellent job remediating the water damage from our house. Friendly, very responsive and communicated every step of the process. In addition their work was extremely efficient and made sure the house was clean before leaving for the day.

Jesus and Eddy quickly assessed my issue and went to work immediately. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through a bad situation from a backed up drain that resulted in water and mold damage. I would not hesitate to use in the future.

Kevon & Joilius I think he I think Mr.Kevon did a great job and everything that was done in my house. I appreciate it what he did very much and I will actually hire him at any time to do any work for me or any of my friends or family or anybody I gave a 10 .
