Service call to fix pool heater. Technician stayed well past sundown to ge the job done. Appreciate the effort!

After pool startup, our installers could not figure out the heating/cooler controls and arranged Swift Brothers to come help us out. Swift Brothers sent us Anthony, the technician. Anthony was on time, very polite, listened to my likely poor description of the problem and went right to work. I could not stay the entire time they were here, but Anthony stayed in constant contact via phone, constantly calling me Sir. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issues and had the heater/chiller running with little delay. Once he was done, he again called me and explained everything he had done.

Big kudos to Anthony! And Swift Brothers for employing a great, knowledgeable, professional technician. I would not hesitate to use Swift Brothers for any pool heat/chiller issues and would certainly request Anthony in the future.

Cullen showed up as planned and repaired our gas heater. He also communicated that he was on the way, and texted the problem and the solution to repair to our gas heater. Great job!

They were willing to quickly fix the pool heater before my family from out of town will visit us this weekend. The technicians were friendly and they had the parts for repair. My only concern is the cost for the repair was excessive.

Anthony was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and very patient while teaching us about our pool heating unit. We will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace the unit for a new one.

My Jacuzzi was no longer heating, so it need to be fixed. Brianna scheduled my Jacuzzi repair for next week. When an earlier appointment became available, she secured it for same day service. Yay! Brianna also helped me through the warranty process as well. She quickly sent HVAC techs Anthony and Brian to the rescue. They arrived after 6 as planned and worked past sunset. They were quick to diagnose and fix the dead capacitors in record time. These are exceptional professionals. Very considerate and simply explained their fix, and also identified a potential electrical issue. The next time I require HVAC service, then I will ask for Anthony and Brian by name because they are the best. Swift Brothers / Universal Heating and Air are very fortunate to have Anthony, Brian, and Brianna on their team. Thank you all for taking good care of us quickly.

Brian Coller came over at 8pm Friday night and restored our spa/pool heater in less than an hour, so are are good for the werkend! Great service, did lovely work!

Cullen the Field Technician who looked on my Pool Heater was no exception to great customer service. It was immediately clear he is extremely knowledgeable, and had the problem diagnosed in minutes.
