We cannot say enough good things about Myles and Southshore construction. We broke ground on our house right when coronavirus hit, unfortunately we had to change contractors. Myles and Southshore construction stepped in and completed our home. He is easy to work with honest , and detailed oriented contractor that provided all the custom finishes we were looking for. From level 5 drywall finishing to custom closets to our custom outdoor lani grill and bar. Myles and his team can and will provide customer friendly quality built custom construction, and that is not easily found in that industry. I would highly recommend Southshore construction. Russell

Last year after the two hurricanes hit the Ruskin, Fla area, our house was totally flooded, we lost everything we had. Anna and Myles, owners of South Shore Construction took over our house for repairs. They did an absolutely wonderful job of total remodeling from the kitchen to the two bathrooms. All the work done by either themselves or their crew was the best we could ask for. Myles and Anna spent many after hours working in t he evening doing little and some big things they thought we would like. They made our house a totally new house for us to live in. We were very surprised at what our house looked like when we were allowed to see it on December 13, 2024. If you are in the market for remodeling or building a brand new house, South Shore Construction is the company to call. Not only do they do a top notch job, but the owners Myles and Anna are very personable and nice to know.

South Shore totally rebuilt my back wall and prepared it for a very large sliding glass door. They work quality was very good. Communication was excellent. Myles and Anna are great. I will definitely use them again.

South Shore Construction is an excellent company with some great staff. They have an excellent attention to detail and their work is high quality. Myles and Anna could not be more knowledgeable and helpful! The carpenters are excellent! From design ideas, resourcing supplies, performing the work and cleaning up afterwards, the crew is truly professional and skilled. They have done remodeling work and recovery from hurricane damage for us and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Big shout out to Myles and his South Shore crew!! We had a devastating retaining wall failure during the hurricane in 2024. We searched for builders to help us repair the damages and so many refused to take on the liability and then we were blessed to find South Shore. At a time that was very stressful for our family South Shore came in and saved us! It was first class all the way; detailed communication every step of the way, workers that cared about their workmanship and did it with a smile! The owner is an honest business man that held high expectations and accountability in the project and ensured we were happy and satisfied every step of the way! This was a very difficult job that took a lot of coordination and they mastered it! I would HIGHLY recommend South Shore for any job, interior, exterior, big or small! Thank you Myles we can findly enjoy our home for the first time!!

Bought a new construction home from Richmond American. One month later the **brand new** dryer went bad. Two months later, I am still without a functioning dryer. Timely communication, zero solutions. I hope no one has to deal with **brand new** appliances breaking down when they purchase from this builder. It’s a nightmare.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you for all your assistance with our new home. Brian Wolford was wonderful and extremely easy to work with. My realtor, Sarah, has worked with many builders throughout her career, and she loved working with Brian. For that reason, she normally deters buyers from looking into new construction, but now she will be bringing more buyers to your team.

Brian promptly took care of items for us and was attentive to anything else we needed to get done for the house. He was patient, kind, and very professional.

Received a defective AC unit when I purchased this home. Instead of replacing the unit, they keep resending technicians to temporary fix the issue. My one year inspections will be coming up in October and they refuse to replace it. I will not recommend this company.

Worked with Trace and Dimitri to buy our dream home at Waterset and they made the process easy! Both were very kind and helpful and any time we needed a question answered, they were quick to do so. Excellent customer service. Dimitri went above and beyond to make sure the house was about perfect upon move in and if there was an issue, he was quick to resolve. We only just closed this week but so far we are thrilled with our experience working with this team.

Choosing Richmond American for our first home was definitely the right decision. Everything was well organized from the moment we walked in to tour the homes, to the resolution of all the issues noted by the inspection company after the 1-year mark.
