Reviews of local pros in Apollo Beach, Florida

I wish that I had taken some before and after pictures of the services I had done. Although my house was not dirty, I am borderline OCD and with us entertaining the next 6 weeks I wanted my home spotless. These guys arrived on time, they were extremely professional and polite and very thorough. I had a sectional cleaned, an area rug and the lower level tiles all cleaned and they look even better before the service. The price was very good especially compared to your typical larger companies. I was told that this is a mom and pop owned business and I’ve always believed that they work harder to obtain your business. I would definitely use them again and I have already referred others to them. And I just noticed as I began writing this review that they have a 5 ⭐️ rating with well over 200 reviews, that means something.

Phenomenal job. Highly recommend these guys. Very professional. I never thought these rugs could ever be as good as new. I'll be booking them again for sure

South Shore Cleaning and Supply is excellent! They are very affordable and Todd is so nice and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and professionally and answered all my questions. He was very communicative before the appointment with confirmations etc. as well. Bonus points he was so lovely with my big lab who just loves visitors.:) HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent service! This team not only assists with cleaning carpets and rugs but also does an exceptional job on floors and grout. We’ve been using their services since 2020, and their work is consistently outstanding. Highly recommended!

The best. These gentlemen were professional, polite, and did great work. Very fair pricing and knowledgeable at what they do. They are local to Apollo Beach and arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

South Shore is by far the best carpet cleaning business in town. Their dedication to costumer service, great quality, and timeliness puts them above anybody else. Their advanced cleaning machines made my 5 year old carpets look brand new again.

My floors were so dirty and gritty from the builder. South Shore made them shiny and beautiful as they should be. Highly recommend!

South Shore Cleaning saved the day! Our puppy got sick all over my daughter’s carpet, and I thought it was ruined. They responded quickly, were super professional, and did an amazing job—no stains, no smell, just like new. So grateful for their fast and thorough work. Highly recommend!

Howard, Todd, Bruce and team have really stepped up to make sure my floors, furniture and bathrooms are spotless!!! I can not ask for better customer service and flexibility. I am a bilateral above knee amputee and paraplegic and they come out and help me with all my flooring because my wheelchair makes marks everywhere I go. I am equipped with a cleaning system to maintain my floors between visits. Ask them about CLEAN CLUB! It's amazing. You can not get better service anywhere in the South Shore and Tampa Bay areas! Check them out!!!

Howard and his team are simply amazing! Even before I was officially apart of the clean club he came to my rescue on some kid and dog accidents; always showing up within 24 hours of a call! When he came he didn't just take my word where the mess was located but did a thorough inspection and ensured everything was completely clean! He just made my 3 year old sofa look brand new - inside and outside!

And compared to other companies they are priced so that you can afford to have them out again and again (for the kid/animal lovers out there!)

I am a little late with the review. We got slammed with the hurricanes. Todd answered the phone and they came out the next day. Got all our tile cleaned up and left everything nice and spotless. I could not be happier.

Great job . They cleaned 3 bedrooms, stairs and a couch in one hour. Carpet looks and smells like new. Will use again

These guys did an awful job on our floors. We closely followed their post seal instructions, and the sealant is still flaking off in significant patches. It looks terrible and they are refusing to address our concerns or provide a refund. I suspect their positive reviews are AI generated. Buyer beware.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My carpet hasn’t looked this good since I purchased my home. I’ve used other companies in the past but NEVER was 100% happy until today. You have a customer for life! South Shore Cleaning & Supply is the Tom Brady 🐐 of the industry!

I was very pleased with Todd and Bruce's services. They were very responsive, timely and professional. They provided upholstery cleaning services for a sofa, sectional and two chairs. The arms on the chairs were extremely dirty and they did a fantastic job. The upholstery cleaning and deodorizing services they performed were excellent and reasonably priced. I will be using their services again and highly recommend them.

Southshore Cleaning And Supply cleaned my tiles today. The grout hasn't looked better! The guys were professional and considerate of my time. They use professional equipment and had everything in the van; even the water! I can't believe how fast they were able to get the tiles and grout so clean. I've spent hours scrubbing in the past, and I could never get the floor as clean as these guys. The price was very reasonable for the job. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. Reach out to them; they do more than floors.

Same-Day service two days before the Holiday - Very grateful. Needed a pet stain addressed on our large area rug in our kids’ play room. Todd responded promptly, gave advanced notice before arrival as stated, and did a fantastic job on the rug. He even left me with an extra bottle of chemical to spray on my own. Used this company for whole-house tile cleaning post-flood and carpet cleaning, highly recommend. 💯

Todd and South Shore Cleaning are great! I used them to deep clean and polish all my travertine floors which were in need of help. All I can say is they look amazing! The entire process and experience exceeded my expectations. They were professional, came on time as promised and performed the work with the highest degree of care. They communicated clearly on the process and after care and the price was better than other companies. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Todd and South Shore Cleaning, I love my floors.

Amazing job on our downstairs tile floors! We should have done this when we bought the house, but these guys moved things around to hit every inch of our floors. They also did one of our couches and it looks like new.
Thank you!! We will be scheduling this service again!

South Shore did an incredible job cleaning our carpets and couch! They had a cancellation and were able to arrive earlier than scheduled, which worked perfectly for me. Their communication was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family, five stars all the way!

Excellent service, by far exceeded what we expected! They were VERY responsive and timely, helped us out in an emergency. Howard was kind and did a great job and our dogs loved him too! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!
