Micah has provided expert pool upkeep & maintenance on a weekly basis. Not only has the pool & hot tub never been cleaner, but he was a valuable & highly responsive resource on a couple occasions when I had some pool mechanical parts come to the end of their life cycle and needed to be replaced. I am very grateful for his professionalism & genuine concern to make sure my family is getting the most enjoyment out of our pool & hot tub. Highly recommended!

Neighborhood Pool Guys (Micah) was the third company we hired to care for our pool. He has been the most successful in solving a difficult cleaning problem we have had with our particular pool ever since it had been constructed. He was always available, attentive, and thorough with his work and communication. His price is in line with the competitors YET he provides a superior service! This is the type of business we should all be supporting. Owner/operators by and large simply do a better job!

BEST service EVER! We always get a report and picture with the date/time/work performed/chemical levels/chemicals added each week. Micah also checks our equipment to give me a heads up on when a part will need replaced and then finds us the best deal he can find on the replacement parts. Would love to add a picture but I’m not sure how to do that!

BEST service ALWAYS! I always get a complete cleaning and inspection of not only the chemicals but the parts. Micah always gives a “heads up” when something is going to need to be replaced soon so you can budget. He always finds the best deals for us on parts. Every week we receive the date/time/chemical levels/chemicals added/photo of the pool. Couldn’t ask for more!

I always inspect my pool for proper cleaning each week. I also test the water myself and never found any inaccurate reporting of water quality. Great company! We just bought our first home with a pool a few months ago, so we were clueless how to care for it, what to do, when to do it, etc. A neighbor recommended Neighborhood Pool Guys, so we called and asked for a quote. But instead of giving us a price over the phone, they said they would need to see the pool first to give an accurate quote. Everyone else we called just gave us a one-price-fits-all quote over the phone. We were also impressed that the owner (Micah) came out himself to scope the pool and give the quote personally. He gave us a lot of free tips and great information how to care for the pool. He even said he would show us how we could do it ourselves if we didn't want to hire a pool company to service the pool. Wow! This was definitely not the salesy pitch we expected. Micah is a down to earth guy, and we could tell that he has a passion for his business. Plus, his quote was the lowest of all the pool companies we called! It has been a few months now, and they're doing an amazing job keeping the pool looking A+. Fernando (also super nice) is our regular cleaning guy, but Micah stops by regularly to inspect as well. I can't say enough great things about this company. Highly recommended!
