Micah is the best! He goes above and beyond! My pool is always looking great and he explains everything, even before it happens so there are no surprises.

Great communicator (listens...gives you easy to understand answers) and very effective at his job! He was able to find the root cause of an issue we did not know we were having with our pool and provided solutions to the problem. He went above and beyond what is expected of his services. Checked up on our pool more often in the beginning. We love his newsletters where he would send pictures and the details of what he did for the visit so you know you are getting your money’s worth. We expect to be able to just relax and enjoy our pool without having to worry about maintenance and that is exactly what we do with Micah’s pool services. Our whole family highly recommend him.

After servicing our pool myself for 1 1/2 years, I hit a snag I just couldn't seem to fix. Eventually the pool was nothing but a green mess. Neighborhood Pool Guys came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! Our pool water is now the same cool Caribbean Blue that it was on the very first day we were able to get into it! Top notch service for my vacation home! My wife and I were so frustrated with the other service we'd tried. Constant no shows, "visual drop ins" and some that appeared to be "under the influence." We wanted someone that communicates in a timely fashion, does what they say, and feel comfortable having around my family while we're home. Micah delivers every time!

Micah, at the Neighborhood Pool Guys, does an outstanding job at not only maintaining our pool weekly, but in also providing education on my pool and what is going on. When we first hired Micah we were dealing with a metal staining and having trouble removing. After a few days of Micah stopping by and addressing the issue, our pool was looking 10x better. He is trustworthy, on time, always answers his phone, and provides weekly updates/photos of our pool via email. He also provides a very easy online way to pay for monthly invoices or set up auto pay.
