Reviews of local pros in Apollo Beach, Florida

The reason for this review is Jordan from Premier Pressure Washing was outstanding. He was on time and he cleaned the lanai and the screen and afterwards the entire area looked new. Thank you PPW for an outstanding job and a special thanks to Jordan. I will be a returning customer for real. House next.

Recently had Premier Pro Wash and Seal strip and seal my back patio/firepit area. Jeremy/Tiffany were super responsive to my initial outreach and getting Manny to come out and provide a quote. Manny was honest, upfront and genuine in his assessment of the paver situation. James came out to do the work. James did an amazing job with keeping me updated with project and communicating the progress. James was very professional, hard working and represents Premier well as a hard worker. Definitely recommend Premier Pro Wash and Seal.

Great service from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy. Techs arrived early and did a superb job. Moved stuff and put it back. Would highly recommend this company.

Premier Pro Wash & Seal recently completed a full house wash along with a driveway and walkway treatment for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final rinse, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch.

The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to ensure everything was done thoroughly and safely. The house looks refreshed, and the driveway and walkways look great as well.

It’s clear that Premier Pro Wash & Seal takes pride in their work, and it really shows. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior cleaning services. You won’t be disappointed!

First of all, my pavers look awesome. Premier has a maintenance program that keeps them looking nice and clean. They are always on time and respectful of my property. They have an awesome referral program that can save you money. All of this at a reasonable price. Also the owners are veterans.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Issac was courteous and friendly did a good job with the house cleaning and pressure washing.

Great pressure washing company - have been using them for years. Their techs and customer service are top shelf, and it's a veterans-owned company - highly recommended.

Jordan and the rest of the team did a great job cleaning, sanding and re-sealing our driveway and walkway. A very thorough and quality job at a reasonable price!

We recently engaged with Premier Pro to clean and seal our pool deck. We couldn't be happier with the experience from beginning to end! From the quick, informative and professional communication with Donna in the office, to the pre-arrival details, to the prompt, professional and skillful execution of the job with Marcus and Jordan, we are highly satisfied with the work that was done...and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Premier Pros!

We had Premier Pro Wash & Seal power wash & seal our driveway & sidewalks. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Very good communication. When I had questions they were quick to respond.

Had my 5-year old driveway pavers resealed in Riverview. The driveway looks better than when it was new. Everyone I dealt with was very professional.

Isaac and Marcus were great. The communicated very well. And they did a great job cleaning and sealing our driveway. I would certainly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. From start to finish it was an extremely smooth process. All of the guys were great and did a fantastic job! They brought our old tired looking pavers back to life.

Premier Pro Wash and Seal did a great job on my home. They were very profesional and courteous. Very happy with the cleaning of the exterior of my home.

I highly recommend Premier Pro Wash & Seal! We had them clean and seal our pavers and stone in our lanai and they did a phenomenal job. Jeremy and Tiffany (the owners) were so responsive and courteous to our needs and concerns as we had added a portion of our paver patio to the existing and were worried due to the slight color difference (couldn't get an exact match) as well as matching or replacing the sand. Their estimator Manny was fantastic in explaining the options and Jeremy reached out directly to help us with all of our questions. In the end, everything they shared in transparency on what the sealant would and wouldn't do was spot on. These folks are truly professional. As it turned out the slightly darker color and sheen gave it a wet look that blended in any slight color variation. While this may not apply to everyone the point is they cared and took the time to make sure we knew what to expect and that it was done right with all details covered. Isaac, the installer and his team were awesome and kept us informed throughout the two day process. I never had any concerns or questions as to what they were doing and they were very methodical and detailed in the wash, sand, and seal process. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves-- oh, and they are a local veteran and family owned business which to us was another important consideration. So glad we found them and highly recommend you give them a call.

Once again, Premier has turned my pool and lanai areas into something to be admired. I will continue to use them for another ten years. Highly recommend this company for all your sealing needs.

I am well pleased with my pool area pavers cleaning and sealing by Premier Pro. I can see the phenomenal difference from before to after. They have an excellent system of two men working together to get the job done excellently. I will definitely use them again and share with all my neighbors.

I just had my driveway pavers washed, resend, and sealed. This company is amazing, from their pricing to their professional services. Came early and got the work finished quickly. What I like most is that the guys keep me in the loop each step of the process. They have my seal of approval!

I can't recommend them enough. Jeremy, Marcus, and the whole team are first class all the way. From cleaning and sealing my pool pavers to pressure washing my fence and driveway. Fantastic attention to detail. Top-notch communication. This is how business should be run. Should offer a master class to other service-based businesses.

I have just had my six-month maintenance plan cleaning. Same outstanding service and attention to detail!

Used these guys for 2 jobs over the last 2 years. They have great workers that are courteous and knowledgeable and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using them in the future for any pressure washing or sealing I need done.

I highly recommend this business. They are very well organized, prompt and provide a great customer experience. Marcus did a fantastic job pressure washing and getting our curb appeal back to par. Thank you again!
