Reviews of local pros in Apollo Beach, Florida

The owner Jeremy is the epitome of a true professional! What a pleasure to work with such a company that takes pride in everything and every aspect and detail of their business. From the initial phone call to the day of measurements and estimates throughout The finished process the customer service and level of professionalism exceeded our expectations. It is Rare today to find a company who goes above and beyond the expectations of their customers and offers this level of customer service. I would highly recommend Premiere Pro Wash and Seal for anybody looking to have their pavers sealed. Our driveway and pool deck look better than they did when they were brand new I wish all of our contractors were this good!

Very pleased with the work performed by Premier Pro Wash and Seal. pictures below show the before and after of our brand new pool area. They were very responsive, on time, and completed the work beautifully. Very good value as well. i would use again for sure.

If you're looking for a reliable and professional service for your home, Premier Pro Wash & Seal is the company to choose. Our experience with them was nothing short of exceptional! They made the entire process easy and hassle-free, from our initial consultation to the completion of the job.

During a single on-site visit, we received a clear and comprehensive quote for cleaning our front driveway and the entire rear pool deck, along with re-sanding and sealing. Once we accepted, they promptly scheduled us at a time that worked for us, demonstrating their commitment to customer convenience.

The job was carried out over two days, and our team—James and Jordan—arrived right on time each day. They were not only skilled at what they do but also incredibly respectful of our home and property, leaving us each day with no sign they were even here. On the first day, they expertly cleaned and sterilized the surfaces and removed the old sand. By the second day, they re-sanded and applied a three-coat matte sealant that has made our pavers look like new!

It was also a bonus for us to see that Premier Pro Wash & Seal has very open communications. From appointments and payments to daily updates, everything is managed online for your convenience. We always felt informed and valued, thanks to their responsive messaging system that ensured seamless communication directly with the company HQ.

If you want to elevate the look of your outdoor spaces and work with a company that values quality and customer service, I highly recommend Premier Pro Wash & Seal. You won’t be disappointed!

The Premier Pro team were extremely communicative on what needed to be done, answering questions, showing up as scheduled, and ultimately doing an excellent job. The staff was extremely nice to work with, and in the end I was very satisfied with the job done. They were also very good at cleaning up at the end of the work day. Highly recommended.

I needed my driveway and sidewalks cleaned due to my 2 BIG oak trees in my yard so I called Premier Pro Wash & Seal, LLC for a 4th time and within 3 hours I had an appointment and conformation about service the same week. Fast customer service, very responsive through the whole process. They called me when they would be arriving and did an amazing job. They even pushed the water away from the front of my house since the street don't drain well. AMAZING JOB THANK YOU ALL FOR THE HARD WORK LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

Absolutely incredible. Marcus did such a thorough job and put in so much hard work! Gave me hope that there are still companies out there that have amazing quality services for reasonable prices. Will be using again and highly recommend!

I’ve hired Premier Pro Wash three times now, and the customer service and quality of work has been consistent through out. Highly recommend!

Best pressure washer company I’ve worked with. They are easy to schedule and do an amazing job. They got rid of all the mold on my lanai and my pool cage. They handle the whole job from start to finish. I’m always impressed with their service and have been using them for over 10 years.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. This was my second time using their service, and once again, they responded very quickly and made sure to meet my requests. Because I had to pick up my child, I asked for an early morning appointment, and they kindly sent two technicians, allowing the work to be completed much earlier than expected. I truly appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness, and I will definitely use their service again next year.

Super nice to schedule and work with. Had lanai pavers and back garden patio pavers cleaned, sanded and resealed. On time, good price and looks great! Recommend without hesitation.

Premium Pro Wash came out yesterday and washed our pool lanai, driveway, porch and side walks! Everything looks fantastic! Even our neighbor commented on how nice it looked! Prompt, responsive and professional! You will not be disappointed! Everything looks brand new!

The Premier Pro team was great to work with and did a fabulous job in cleaning our driveway, walkway and gutters. Response times were very quick and the job was completed within a day or two of my initial call. The team was professional, neat, and efficient. Highly Recommend!!

We couldn’t be happier with Premier Pro Wash and Seal! Our pool deck were starting to look tired and dull with webs everywhere , and now they look absolutely flawless. The difference is night and day — the whole backyard feels fresh and inviting again.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with so much care and respect. They didn’t rush through anything; they took their time to make sure every inch was spotless. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and that shows in the results.

It’s hard these days to find companies that actually deliver on what they promise, but Premier Pro Wash and Seal truly does. Great communication, honest pricing, and top-tier work. We’ll never use anyone else for cleaning or sealing — they’ve earned our business for life!

Yes the personnel at Premier Pro Wash & Seal are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve used their services twice already and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Tiffany, Jeremy, and their entire staff are wonderful and equipped for any project you may encounter. I highly recommend their services.

We were very pleased with the job that Premier Pro Wash & Seal did on our lanai, driveway, and sidewalks. They showed up on time, they were very neat and tidy, and everything looks great. Jordan was the technician. He explained what he would be doing and kept us informed during the entire process. He was especially careful when working around the pool as not to push any sand in the pool or drip any sealer in the water. The owner called to follow up and reschedule the sealing due to the cold weather. We were delayed one day. One of the reasons we went with Permier Pro Wash & Seal was that they have a 6 month maintenance program that we joined to keep our surfaces looking nice. We would highly recommend Premier Pro Wash & Seal.

I highly recommend Premier Plus. He arrived on time. He did an outstanding job in pressure washing my front sidewalk, entry, driveway and gutters. They go out of their way in performing above and beyond excellent work. They schedule promptly and are super sensitive to your needs. I highly recommend this honorable company.

Excellent service very profesional and clean, The operator named Isaac was very kind and was able to clear any doubt and give some helpful advices about future refresh and maintenance.

Very professional seal company. They gave me the best price including 3 coatings of pavers compared to 2 from another 2 companies that I got a quote from. They came in for a 2 day job and my pavers look great!!
Got 3 calls and emails back after job was completed to make sure i was 100% satisfied.
I will definitely use them in the future.

Premier Pro Wash and Seal did an excellent job on my property! They cleaned and sealed my driveway and curbing, and the results look amazing. From start to finish, they were very informative explaining the process clearly from the estimate all the way through to the completion of the job.

The turnaround time was quick, the price was very reasonable, and I really appreciated that they are veteran-friendly. It’s hard to find companies that combine professionalism, quality work, and fair pricing, but they delivered on all three.

Highly recommend Premier Pro Wash and Seal. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Premier Pro Wash and Seal absolutely exceeded our expectations! They transformed our entire pool area and white fence — everything looks spotless, bright, and brand new again. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about delivering quality results, not just getting the job done quickly.

They were respectful of our property, communicated clearly throughout the process, and left everything cleaner than we could’ve imagined. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service, honest pricing, and top-notch results like this. We won’t use anyone else for pressure washing or sealing — Premier Pro Wash and Seal has earned our full trust and loyalty. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wants their home or outdoor areas to truly shine!

We are very happy with the work done by your company. Your worker came exactly on the given time and was very thorough in his work. The pavers look clean, nice and shiny.

Now, we had problem of water not draining properly from the lanai. Your worker said that his power washing has solved this problem. We will know for sure after it rains and will let you know if there are any problems.

Thank you for the excellent service that you have provided. Please keep up the good work.

Best wishes.
