I am delighted with the work of this company Premier Pro Wash & Seal . The communication from the team was excellent. They kept us informed about the job completion timeline. We appreciated James' personal visit to our house to explain the reason for rescheduling due to rain. Donna, thank you for your exceptional customer service. James and team, the lanai looks beautiful and brand new . This is our second experience with this company, and we are pleased.

Unbelievable customer service, support, on site communications—and finalized sealing of the driveway, and sidewalk leading to/including the porch. From the moment I contacted them, through the A++ salesman who came to the house to quote and explain the processes involved—all was nothing short of truly Outstanding!

They pressure washed my driveway and sidewalks, soft washed my house, and cleaned, sanded and sealed my patio pavers. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. I highly recommend Your Neighborhood Pool Guy. I called him the day before a major holiday, and he showed up 30 minutes later on that same day, to service my pool. It’s hard to find this kind of service in Florida. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Positive energy, knows his stuff and was fair and very helpful, he came by and looked at all my equipment for my pool. He saw that what I needed was beyond his scope,so he recommended a few companies that would be able to help me. He spent about an hour helping me. Hot 🔥 sweating and refused the service call cost, because he said that he didn't do anything for him to charge me. Wow. Call Michah when you have a pool problem.

I cannot give Mike and the Neighborhood Pool Guys enough praise! It was Saturday late morning, and my pool heater was not working. We were having a houseful of out of town guests. I googled HVAC Companies, and called several before I reached Mike. None of the other companies were willing to help me out. Mike was busy, but asked a couple of questions, and diagnosed my problem over the phone! He was able to talk me thru the fix. We are back up and running! Thank you Mike!

We needed some help getting our pool cleaned and Micah came on short notice and knocked it out. Also provided some helpful information being new pool owners. Highly recommend.
