Recently had Derek over for a routine maintenance and was impressed with his service. He was here for 2 1/2 hours, checking everything in sight and discussing all details and questions I had.
Very respectful and thorough.

I would like to recognize Derek B. from Anthony’s Cooling, Heating & Electrical for his outstanding service. He arrived promptly, was professional and friendly, and took the time to be thorough and meticulous while inspecting both of my A/C units. Derek not only confirmed that both systems are in excellent working condition, but he also replaced the batteries in one thermostat and changed two filters that were included in my service package.
What truly stands out about Anthony’s is their reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Having dealt with other companies in the past like the WAREHOUSE Company, I can honestly say that Anthony’s provides a much higher level of service and care. I highly recommend Derek for his excellent work and Anthony’s service plan for anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable A/C company.

The absolute best. Trustworthy which is huge especially nowadays when other companies are overpriced. Very professional and reliable.

Did a terrible job. Replaced a 4 ton system with a 3.5 ton and totally screwed up the ducting. Refused to come and fix. Stay away if you rely on cool air in the summer

Absolutely the best AC company I have ever dealt with, Bob will come and do his best anytime day or night. I can not recommend them enough.

I have used them several times over the years, very reasonable and honest company. Bob will go out of his way to save you money on useless and unnecessary repairs.

Bob was fantastic.. Needed a new part. He ordered it and arrived promptly and finished the job very quicky and professionally. Also bought the unit through Diamond Air and cut my electric bill in half! Had an old unit that was running constantly.. Will use his service in the future

Diamond Air is a trustworthy company! Bob is a professional with excellent business knowledge and customer service skills. We have been happy with Diamond Air and have exclusively trusted them with heating and cooling our homes for years!

Our AC broke in hot July so I called Diamond. Bob had 3 appointments that day but was still here within a few hours. He had us fixed and back running in no time. Diamond Air has been a local South Shore business for many years. I would recommend Bob for any Air Conditioning work that is needed. Nothing is too large or small for his company. Great people!

I called when I noticed my AC wasn't working properly. They sent Bob out within a hour to check out my system. I was worried it was a Freon leak and I would have to have major repairs. After Bob looked at my system and check everything he found it to be just a fan motor going bad inside and a small part that needed to be replaced on the unit outside. He explained everything to me and once he found the parts were available (thanks COVID) he gave me a time to return and complete the job and at a very fair price. He returned as promised and finished the job quickly and everything is working great!
I would recommend Diamond Air to anyone. It's so great to have that stress off of my shoulders now too.

Bob the owner of Diamond Air is the most professional and honest air conditioning person I have ever dealt with. Would never hire anyone else. Always on time and does a great job. Never tries to upsell. Feels like a member of the family.

I have used Diamond Air for previous repairs on A very old (original) unit. Each time I called Robert from Diamond Air , he repaired the issue and our poor old unit worked like a charm. But we finally decided that we needed to replace the old unit with a brand new unit, so again we called Robert and he came out immediately, gave us A very fair estimate, he replaced the unit in one day’s time, was clean, efficient, courteous, and showed us all the details of how to operate the new unit. Even set it up on our WiFi to operate it on our phones. I have to say… I could not recommend Diamond Air more strongly. I’ve used many, many companies in the past and always felt a little bit unsatisfied s and taken advantage of with the service. I have been using diamond air for the past three years and they are the only company I will ever use. If I can give them 20 - 50 stars I would. So with that said, I highly, highly recommend Diamond Air!
