Highly Recommended HVAC Service: Air Prime Solutions - A True Gem in the Tampa Area!

I can't recommend Air Prime Solutions enough! I was initially referred to by a local Apollo Beach resident as well as an employee of Ace Hardware, and I’m so grateful for their suggestions. From the start, it was clear that Air Prime Solutions is a family-oriented business that truly cares about its customers and offers the highest quality HVAC service.
I had been struggling with my HVAC system that wasn’t blowing cold air for at least 2 weeks and after trying every DIY fix, I could find online, nothing worked. When I reached out to Air Prime Solutions, they were incredibly attentive and gave me multiple options to resolve the issue, which was a huge relief. Unlike many other companies I had contacted, who only offered replacement options, Alvaro, the owner/operator, took a much more thorough approach. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained the risks involved with each solution. His attention to detail and transparency were much appreciated, and he provided affordable pricing options for the repair — in fact, I believe the pricing he offered for potential HVAC replacements was some of the best I’ve seen in this current economy.
What truly stood out to me was how understanding and accommodating they were when it came to financial concerns. They were open to working with me so that no one, especially in Florida’s hot climate, has to go without air conditioning.
The technician, Jaidy, who handled the leak repair, was outstanding. He was respectful, patient, and answered all my questions throughout the process. Jaidy allowed me to watch each step as he searched for the leak and carried out the soldering repair on the Condenser Coil. It felt like I was attending an HVAC MasterClass! He explained everything in detail, providing reasoning behind each action and real-world examples that helped me understand what was happening at every stage.
If you’re in the Tampa area and need HVAC service, Air Prime Solutions is the company to trust. Their combination of exceptional service, affordability, and genuine customer care is truly unmatched. Alvaro, Jaidy, and the entire team deserve the highest praise, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Don’t look anywhere else – Air Prime Solutions is the best!

The crew at Air Prime Solutions is top notch from top to bottom. The Owner, Alvero, took time to diagnose the issues I was having and then recommended a perfect action plan that included Trane equipment.

The junk, York, that I inherited when we bought our 2 year old house was going bad. I now have peace of mind for the next 10-15 years.

Thanks Alvero and team. Job well done. I would highly recommend Air Prime Solutions.

My AC stopped blowing cold air right before a family cookout in Apollo Beach. With the house heating up fast, I called ColdUrbano AC Repair Apollo Beach and they had a technician here in under two hours. He found a refrigerant leak, sealed it, recharged the system, and even cleaned the coils. The difference was immediate—the house cooled down quickly and everyone stayed comfortable. What stood out was how patiently he explained the issue without pushing extra services. The cost was fair and exactly what was quoted. Grateful for the fast air conditioning repair that saved the day.

Our old unit finally gave out after 15 years and we needed a full replacement. We contacted a few hvac installers around Apollo Beach and ColdUrbano gave us the most detailed explanation of options without pressure. They helped us pick an efficient system that fit our budget and installed it in one day. The new unit runs so quietly and keeps every room at the perfect temperature. The crew left the area spotless. Very happy with the whole process.

Moving into a new construction home in Apollo Beach, we needed the HVAC hooked up properly. ColdUrbano's hvac contractors coordinated with the builder and finished the installation without delays. They tested every vent and made sure the thermostat was programmed correctly. Cooling has been even and reliable from day one.

Muy buen servicio totalmente recomendable Gracias!

Great company!!

Awesome folks to work with!

Great people, professional and ethical!

This company was very responsive, they took care of our problem immediately, highly recommend

I ve been getting charged monthly for no other service provided. The website and phone number are no longer in service. What a scam!

Quick, easy, no hassle service. They did a great job and came same-day. Highly recommend their services!

One night my AC was broken. I called Southshore air and they came out at 10:30 at night and fixed it very professional people very reliable and great price. Will recommend them anytime.

I called Southshore Air several days ago when my A/C died, and I received a prompt call-back. They arrived not long after that and did a complete fix and inspection. I highly recommend them!

They are so professional and prompt! I feel like they are very competitive with their pricing, and come right out whenever we have an issue. I highly recommend them!

Superior service from the front technician, Jeremy. The installers, Lee and Cory, were outstanding: friendly, efficient and, with temperatures hovering close to 125o in the attic, uncomplaining. They get 10 stars from me. Will recommend them highly. (Lee even cared for the baby birds being held nearby.)

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with A/C. Great office, on top of everything and prompt. By far the best technicians too. Honest and helpful.

Alejandro was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, got the parts on order and returned the next day to install them.

I replaced my old... very old AC unit on May 2023. After many quotes I decided to go with Max Cool Air and I am happy I did. There was no pushing to buy additional services, they completed the work on time and were very patient with my thousand questions. I have since called them twice just for maintenance to keep the unit as new. The techs are very nice, and knowledgeable. I totally recommend them.

I am a DIY person, but a few jobs, I just am forced to find someone to do it for me.
In the case of HVAC, I got lucky.
This company, and Andrew specifically, have shown thru deeds not words that they are to be trusted.
Twice I have woken up to a hot house, and both times it was cold before 3pm.

The office is responsive, and follow up communication is timely.

Andrew is everything you could ask for in a service tech. Accurate diagnosis, offering options for repair, sorting warranties issues, property respect, the whole package. By putting the customer first, he makes his company shine.
