Max Cooling Air Conditioning was super. Our A/C went out very early on a Friday but this time of year is very hard on units in Florida. The Technician was here Monday morning and diagnosed right away that our compressor was bad but because we have a home warranty it would have taken 7-12 days to order one so my husband and I discussed and decided to purchase a new Heat Pump because we only had an 8 year old A/C Compressor so the new unit would be so much more energy efficient. There was a lot of work involved replacing the handler in our attic but the Technicians worked constantly in the extreme heat and got everything installed and even fixed another issue that arose when starting the unit. Very, very pleased with the service!

Our damper motor went out on our dual-zone system shortly after moving into our new home. Maxcool was able to fit us in quickly and diagnose the issue. Since the motor needed to be ordered, the repair was completed just a few days later. Every Maxcool staff member we worked with was professional and courteous. Knowing we were new to the home, they took the time to explain our system and share some preventative maintenance tips. It was clear they weren’t just there to make a sale — they genuinely wanted to help us understand and care for our system.

Very quick to get back to me and came earlier then expected to the service call. It wound up I didnt have an issue, but they still did a full inspection and tested the pressure in my lines. Very pleased with the service.

I appreciate Alejandro and his EXCELLENT service! He took great care in detailing everything he was doing in replacing the compressor and servicing my AC overall. He also provided great tips on preventative care. While my non-5 stars is no reflection on Alejandro's service, I can never give a perfect rating because an AC system that I purchased from you only a few years ago keeps having issues. It's frustrating and costly!

A/C Tech did a fantastic job repairing all that was wrong with my A/C unit. Tech was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my property and will use them again when needed. I will ask for Alejandro specifically.

Went through AHS as a service call for heat pump not working well at night. Tech shows up on time and is very polite gos to the thermostat checks it for 15 seconds and says the problem is fixed, asked me to take him to the outside unit which runs normal during the day takes a picture. Same thing with the indoor unit sees it running which i advised them that it only has problems at night when temperature deeps below 32. Proceeds to try and sell me a maintenance package without doing anything to fix my problem then leaves. Tonight my house drops to the coldest is been just a straight up scam
