Absolutely 100% recommend this company. Jaidy - our technician was on time, professional, and cleaned up after himself. The pricing was well below what other companies quoted. If you want to work with a locally owned company, that cares about customer service and quality work at a reasonable price, this is the company to call. I will only use them for our air conditioning needs in the future.

Very pleased with this company and their professionalism!! Alvaro came out and serviced our A/C unit within hours of our call the same day! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will most definitely be giving them a call again when needed and would highly recommend!

Air Prime Solutions is fantastic!! Last Wednesday, their expert crew replaced our original a/c unit and painstakingly drained the clogged overflow line. Amazingly, they were done by 2:30 p.m. The crew was friendly, neat, answered all questions, and knew their stuff. Owner Alvaro was on site, arrived on time, and always, always, answers his phone, night or day.
Their prices are unbelievable, not even close to anyone else.
It's refreshing to deal with a small, individually owned company.
Alvaro demonstrates pride in his business, dedicated to his clients. Alvaro took the time to program the sophisticated thermostat, not leaving until we were completely satisfied with the new system.
We plan to use Air Prime Solutions for maintenance.
We couldn't be happier with our new, quiet, highly efficient Trane unit (purchased from Air Prime Solutions) which we set at 79 degrees. It feels cooler than the setting of 74 degrees on the old unit. Plus we'll save on our electric bill.

Recently had my ac replaced. There was an issue due to the manufacturer of the ac unit. Air Prime Solutions spent many hours resolving the issue at no cost to me. Great customer service!

Alvaro was very detailed in explaining our air conditioning problems. The duct work was not working efficiently. He and his crew were professional and worked diligently to replace our duct work and update the HVAC system. I am highly impressed. Our home is now cool in all rooms which was not the case beforehand. We are very thankful for the work done. Might I add, he proved to me that he has integrity. That is a quality that is much undervalued but is everything in my book. I highly recommend Air Prime Solutions.

Update: The service with Air Prime Solutions is the best. In this day and age, it is hard to find a trustworthy company but Alvaro’s company is definitely an exception. They are professional and friendly. They arrive on time and the price they quote is the price you pay. I won’t call any other company again.

Air Prime is top notch! They are so good I have referred family members to them. Besides installing a new air conditioning unit they have also followed up with the maintenance on it. Air prime solutions are the best AC company we have ever had. They are polite on time and most of all very knowledgeable. They were here and trouble shot the problem very professionally and explained cause and solution. They were highly recommended by a friend and I will also HIGHLY recommend them in the future. It was just nice to know that they knew what they were talking about and provided a very reasonable solution.

Alvaro and his team were so responsive and helpful. Our home is a new build and the company our builder used kept putting bandaids on the system and never addressing our concerns. We ended up reaching out to Alvaro and within 24 hours he was at our house and did a full inspection of our system. He showed us many things that were done incorrectly for the original install, and he explained a few different options for us. We decided to have a new system installed, and it was completed in less than 1 week from the original visit. The entire process was so seamless. Sami was great and super responsive with our needs and getting us all of the necessary paperwork. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C needs!

Air prime is a family owned business. You will never see service like this no matter where you go. They are terrific. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They will explain everything from beginning to end. They are so sweet and kind. I had a leak in my Air conditioning coils. other places may have tried to sell me a new air conditioner, but they found the leak replaced the coils and my house is wonderfully cool. They answer any questions that you have. my technicians was JAIDY. He was just so wonderful. I don’t have enough words to describe him . His partner‘s name was Ebenezer. I highly recommend this company. they are reasonably priced

This was the BEST experience I have ever had. We had an evaporation motor go bad in our AC unit. We were originally working with a different company that quoted us $1,000 for the motor alone and they would not be able to come out until Tuesday (our AC went out Tuesday afternoon). With this information I began calling around trying to find someone that would come out today, and not only did they send a technician out same day, but the owner called me to personally get everything set up. Everyone I spoke to and the technician that came out were all so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our unit was still under warranty so the out of pocket cost for the motor and the cost of installation was half of what we were originally quoted. They have absolutely gained a new client and we will continue to use this company for all our AC needs.

It's never a good day when you don't hear the familiar hum of your a/c fan then find your thermostat suddenly reads 79 when an hour ago it was 74. When our a/c stopped working in this 97-degree inferno heat, we went into full panic mode wondering if we can possibly find a company who isn't covered up with service calls and a/c repairs this time of year. But a quick call to Air Prime Solutions was promptly answered by a friendly and sympathetic young lady who immediately called a crew who was already in the area, and we were scheduled for service technicians to arrive in 30 minutes. And they sure did! They were friendly, professional, introduced themselves, and very quickly had the problem diagnosed. A clogged drain line. They were extremely thorough and did a full assessment of the unit, ensuring it was operating as expected before they left. They emailed a full diagnostic checklist of all aspects of the system. This is the second time Air Prime Solutions has come to our rescue in an on-call or after-hours situation. We cannot be more grateful and highly recommend them!

Air Prime Solutions was contacted last evening regarding a clogged issue that could not be removed from the lines. An appointment was scheduled for the following morning, and Ebenezer arrived on time, conducted himself professionally, and demonstrated knowledge of the system. After clearing the clog, he performed a thorough inspection and identified that the system was low on Freon. As he did not have Freon available, a follow-up appointment was arranged for later in the afternoon to address this. The workspace was cleaned after the service. Based on the scheduling and customer service provided, the experience was positive, and the AC system was restored to operation. Thanks JD and Ebenezer.

Dameon came through big time for me today. Came home from a wedding to find my ac out. Inside unit wasn’t turning on and fan wasn’t blowing cold air. I posted on Facebook and they responded right away, showed up same day and fixed the issue. Highly recommend these guys.

I guess the only thing worst than losing your A/C in Florida is to have your furnace go out in Buffalo, NY. I have had both happen to me but the loss of A/C recently with the temperature over 90 outside had me wondering if I would need to check into a hotel while I searched for an air conditioning specialist. I called Air Prime Solutions located in Apollo Beach and explained my plight. Sami the receptionist who answered my call made me feel like I had made a good choice. She informed me that the owner Alvaro would be there in an hour. I was happy to see his truck pull up as promise. The large AC unit is located on the roof of my townhouse. He was up on the roof working on the unit when dark clouds began to produce heavy rain. I was sure he would take a break until the rain subsided. Instead he kept working during the downpour that continued. He only came down to obtain a part that he needed from one of his staff who who arrived. With rain intensity increasing he and his worker continued until the air conditioner came to life and started producing that much needed cold air. The charge for his service was less than I anticipated. He is a real professional whose knowledge and customer service have his family business growing with each referral they receive.
