The 2 men who came today to redo the grout cleaning were FAR SUPERIOR than the 2 who originally did the job yesterday! Not only is the grout a lot cleaner, but they listened, they were genuinely nice and cared!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job done by Chase and Ramsey from Stanley Steemer. They cleaned my front staircase and my recliner chair, and the results were truly exceptional.

From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the process, handled everything with great care, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to the smallest details. My stairs and recliner chair look brand new again!

My experience was great!! The technician were very knowledgeable and professional, explained my options and made recommendations. I highly recommend Stanley Steamers and the the communication about arrival is excellent!!!

Fast, efficient and worked cleanly. They were very respectful of our home and our belongings, making sure to protect and keep clean the areas around where they were working by using plastic and cloth covers.

First time ever having carpeted stairwell and hallways clean other than by me. Quite impressed with the process! The technicians were Gary and Odi. Gary was very informative with the process and long term results with their high psi vacuum machine for hard stains to be removed. He also explained tile flooring process that we'll consider in near future. Finally Liza who i spoke to regarding scheduling was very pleasant with laughter while accommodating my particularl day and time. Also Stanley has close to 6,000 almost all 5 ratings reviews by past customers. This was the primary reason I chose Stanley Steemer. Thanks to all above.

I truly appreciated the professionalism and teamwork displayed by the two representatives from Stanley Steemer during their visit to my property. They patiently explained the various cleaning options available, such as upholstery disinfecting, deodorizing, and protection, making me feel well-informed and cared for.

Keith and Johnny were the best! Service and professionalism was SUPERB! They were very polite and patient, taking time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain every stage of the process. Not only was the duct cleaning impressive, but the post service cleanup was equally remarkable. I am completely pleased with not only them but STANLEY STEEMER in general. I will definitely be recommending the service to friends family and acquaintances! Keep up the great work guys!

The guys were super friendly & did an absolute fantastic job on the carpet. I’m not sure that carpet has ever looked so good. We thought we were going to have to rip it up, but wanted to give this a shot first; we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Fernando and Cory were great. I scheduled a one-room carpet clean. They asked if there was anything else I needed, and I thought of the tile in some of my rooms that had trails between furniture. They took care of 3 rooms of tile, and it looks brand new! As they were leaving, I called my girlfriend and she'll be setting up a tile cleaning as well. Great price, too.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Malcom Thomas and Justin Snape two gentlemen from Stanley Steemer who serviced our home today. They were exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to address all of our questions and concerns and ensured every area of the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the results and would confidently recommend them to friends and neighbors. Truly a job well done—10 stars without a doubt!

I have mixed feelings about Stanley steamer. The first team that showed up after we bought out house for a cleaning were professional and did a great job getting the carpets ready for us. He tried to upsell which is obviously his job but wasn't pushy about it at all. The second team that came in was completely unprofessional, rude, and could only be described as bullies. We had a leak a couple weeks ago and needed them to do an extraction and dry on about 50sqft. They forced me to get 3 fans when I asked for one and then when they came to pick up the equipment they told me they forgot the tools to put the carpet back in place and said they would come back on Monday. They didn't come back I attempted 2 times to get ahold of a manager and the customer service staff told me one would reach out to correct this. They never did. I would avoid this franchise and find a company that follows through and doesn't force their customers to purchase more services than they need.

Edit: Called a few companies that do this and they all said it was going to be somewhere around 200 to get the carpet put back in place. DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE find another company that has workers that are not paid commission and care.

The workers were excellent at getting the stains out of the carpet. I was very impress with their work as the carpet was dirty. Thank you for your services. Sincerely, Barbara Owens

Chase and Najee did an AMAZING job getting the orange marker out of my parents white couch! I was frantic all day and they really helped settle my nerves. Looks good as new!

My couch looked hopeless. Stanley Steamer and the two gentlemen who came to my house were outstanding.They were so nice and friendly. My couch looks like a new one. Stains I tried to get out were gone. I am so very thankful for their service. Would I recommend Stanley Steamer? In a heartbeat. Thank you.

Employed Stanley Steamer to clean air ducts throughout the house and the dryer vent. The men were very thoughtful and handled everything with care and consideration. The process encompassed about a 2 hour window and they even cleaned up when the job was complete! Most repairmen coming to the house do not clean up their mess and leave it for myself to do. What a surprise!! The men were very friendly, considerate and efficient in their work. Great job Stanley Steamer!!! Will use them again next year.

David C. did an excellent job of cleaning our floor tiles, bedroom carpet & ottomans. He was very thorough, repeatedly attacking all spots or stains. David C. was also attentive to being careful around furniture. He was pleasant & professional, and obviously experienced. We appreciated his asking for us to review the results in each area to be sure we were satisfied before moving on to the next one.
We are extremely pleased with him, his assistant & our brand new-looking floors. We have used Stanley Steemer several times over the years & David C. gets the gold medal overall! We highly recommend him & SS for their service.

Stanley Steemer did an amazing job! My grout had never been cleaned and now it looks almost like new. My rugs smell fresh. The team was quick, professional, and explained all the steps. They were thorough and efficient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their services! I had Joshua and Gustavo, so nice ! I took a photo but does not do it justice on the grout !

I had them clean a small sofa bed and an 8 x 11 rug. Both looked worse than they did before and I paid $100 for each. I remember using them in the past and they completely ruined my almost new white sofa. They are horrible!!!!

Easy from start to finish and with professional service to top it off! From calling and scheduling, to prompt appointment arrival and knowledgeable & professional service personnel, Stanley steemer is a great choice. I would definitely recommend. They were recommended by our dryer repairman. He said "they may be a few dollars extra, but they'll be well worth it". I couldn't agree more and I didn't think they were all that more expensive than all the other local service options for dryer duct cleaning.

The two guys who came to our home today were both very friendly and professional. The tile floors they cleaned for us looked better than we expected. They were through and quick.
