The staff is nice but my carpet was cleaned once on Wednesday but was dirtier the next day like he just spread the dirt around! Supervisor came Thursday to re clean And it dried and is still dirty! My carpet is 3 years old and am very frustrated! Asked for at least a partial refund with no reply.

They picked up my area rugs late. I had 22 by threes and one 2 x 7 runner, and one 7 ‘10“ x 10‘2” area run that didn’t get cleaned. I bought a Bissell Crosswave and cleaned 1/2 of it myself. I have left a couple of photos of the messy stuff I cleaned up after they cleaned it. I called them and ask for a refund of $72 that they charged me to clean it, but they wanted to send a man out to inspect it.
I just didn’t think I should fall for getting into an argument and still not getting a $72 refund. I have other rugs that I was willing to have them clean if they did a good job, but no! I’m not having. Being a senior citizen of 70 years, especially being on a fixed income, your behavior in this matter is deplorable, and dishonest.
RESPONSE: If what you say is true, then there should not have been visible debris on the rug when your employee laid it down p my floor. This area rug is hardly five years old, and vacuumed several times per week. You should be convinced of your failure to actually clean my area rug by looking at the photos. I do have witnesses. There is no argument here or misconception, just a failure to clean the area rug, and charge me before it was delivered and inspected. And, to be sure I will not call for your service ever again!

Have used them a few times but never again. First of all they were late and no phone call to advise. In this particular case I drove an hour to meet them and had to call them to find out why they not on time. Then when they did arrive the price went up from when they did the same house and the same areas a month ago. Talked to supervisor and very uncooperative and blamed it on a former employee not charging me correctly. Yea right! That's what I do in my business is put the blame on someone else. Hey dude this is your business not the employees business. Just a bad experience and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they did finally clean it ok. But not the way to handle customers so no more.

I made a quote online twice and my quote said 59.95 and 20 for deep cleaning. When the technician got here, he quoted me 69 for cleaning and 30 for deep cleaning. When I explained that I made the quote online, he called his office and gave me some line about how the website was down and how the price he gave me was now correct. I went to the website right in front of him and generated another quote, once again stating 59.95. The tech took a picture and called him again. Someone from the office called and said the price wasn't right and that I had to pay the new price. Instead of honoring the price I was quoted, they insisted on only the new price. He then asked if I still wanted it and when I said not at that price, I want the one I was quoted, the tech just walked out the door. There Is No reason they could not have honored the price they quoted me, horrible service. I had to call them to verify they had my appt in their system.

I used this company twice within a week. Hector and Alaniz were completely professional and the work they did was completely proficient. After trying them for the first time, I called and set up another appt to have them come back and do more!!!
A perfect company for basic cleaning. I can't review for deep, nasty, I didn't have that. I did have one room that had doggy pee smelly, and they DID NOT get that smell out. So, I suggest the company provide better enzyme products to your workers to eliminate that problem. That's one of the main reasons people call out "professionals".

I had my carpets cleaned today by Gabriel. He did a really good job and I loved coming home from work today and walking into the apartment and knowing that somebody really spend time and energy cleaning my carpets. He had no idea but he was on camera the whole time he was in my apartment and he truly was a professional. He got right down to business and did what he needed to do and left within a respectable amount of time. Thank you Gabriel so much for your honesty! I hope your bosses appreciate you and gives you a big thank you because its employees like you that help build their business!

Gabrielle was awesome. He came in and told us exactly what we needed to have done, then did that AND MORE. We're in a rental and he was only supposed to spot clean, but he called his boss to get approval to do the entire house. I love great customer service. Kudos to Carpet Valle and especially Gabrielle!

Carpet Valle has done an awesome job for us. We are a property management company and we just started using them. Ramon, our technician on our most recent project handled everything promptly, efficiently and professionally. We will definitely continue to use Carpet Valle.

I have been using this company 4 times a year for the past 3 years and have never had a problem or issue. Sometimes they come too early and catch me off guard. They have always been on time and the guys very courteous. I have recommended them to my friends especially when you just want a quick deep clean for a decent price.

Damitris came to service me this time and although I used this service in the past he had a amazing vibe and auora. The last time I got the service is was good but nothing like today. The carpet had dog pee stains and kid messes on it. He came early and was ready for war. Now my carpet looks brand new. We are moving soon and now I’m confident there will be no issues with my landlord in regards to the carpet. Much respect I will be requesting him everytime. Thank you so much for a great start to the morning.

I'm a property manager and I have been using Carpet Valle for 7 years now and I love them. I also use them for my personal home too. The girls in the office are awesome. Always picking up the phone with a great attitude and always willing to help. Great Job!

When I made the appointment, its was stated they would call the day before as a reminder. It was not stated that if I did not call back in time they would cancel the appointment without letting me know. So now I have 2 days to fine another company to do the cleaning or I'll lose a substantial portion of my security deposit.

I literally do not have enough room in this post to say all of the wonderful things that I would like to say. We had to fire another contractor off of our job and we called carpet Valle to finish the work. Their technician told us the water restoration was actually complete and he would document the details in his report. Carpet Valle is incredibly professional, thorough and affordable. I will absolutely use them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

We had carpet valle out to our house to repair some damage to the carpet from our cat getting locked in the spare bedroom. The patch that they did looks seamless and we had them clean the rest of the carpets in the house and they look and smell great! Thanks Ramon and Carpet Valle!! Awesome work fora great price!

***my Personal Opinion*** TODAY, 3/14/25, I patiently WASTED my day from 12 pm to 6 pm on this UNRELIABLE company. I now need to locate a company that is RELIABLE to actually NOT waste my time & that will SHOW UP. It really isnt difficult to not be disrespectful, to say what you will do and do what you say.

The company did a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning. The cleaner was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, their staff from the call center misled me. When I called they provided me a quote and then when the cleaner came, I was given a different one, I called back and the lady over the phone changed the quoted given to me not even 24-hours prior the service and I received a threatening text from the owner accusing me of being “rude” simple because I demanded information about the itemize receipt. No questions about what happened or how to improve, but a text accusing the customer. If they could only improve their customer service then perhaps things would not be so complicated for their new clients.

I had my carpets cleaned on Saturday. They look fantastic. The tech who did the job was Chris. Chris did a great job. I would recommend Chris and Carpet Valle to anyone who needs their carpets taken care of. Carpet Valle is the best when compared to others that I have used over the last 40+ years.
