Carlos Miranda is the best! He cleaned my vinyl and carpets so they looked like brand new. He was so sweet and genuine and worked so hard. Also Aldo the owner is amazing. They work for my apt community of 358 units for over 7 years and they are wonderful and so professional!! I highly recommend them.

We called them as hurricane Ian was flooding our property and they came out the very next morning to help us get the water extracted! Highly recommend. Great customer service and genuine care for their customers!

I am very disappointed with the company. I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned 2 weeks in advance and I was provided an appointment between the hours of 8am-12pm. I was contacted the day before to confirm my appointment and I confirmed. The day of my appointment No one arrived. I called the owner and he was very rude, arrogant and stated that there would be no compensation for the delay or lack of communication. He stated he can come late or cancel my appointment. I stated that I had other obligations and appointments to attend and he had no consideration for other businesses or respect for their time. I mentioned that it’s unfortunate he does not realize how inconvenient this was and he stated he did not care. He laughed at the amount of times I scheduled as if my money wasn’t any good to his company. He made excuses and said it is what is. I would rather scrub my carpets by hand before I would recommend anyone use this company. The service is awful and the technicians use the job as an opportunity to promote their own services. This is a very shady business. 5 thumbs down. Spend your money somewhere else if you want to be valued as a customer

I'm a property manager and have been using Carpet Valle for over 5 years to clean our carpets and do our "wetvacs" (water damage clean-up). The staff is amazing from the receptionist that answers the phone to the techs that clean the carpets to the owner. My position requires I find the most cost effective option to make corporate happy so I can say with all confidence that their prices are the best around in comparison to the service they offer. They offer 24/7 service and are reliable, consistent and worth a chance to whoever is in the need of a GREAT carpet company!

Jonathan did a great job! The company was very responsible, they called me the day before to confirm my appointment and the day after to make sure I was satisfied with the result. They showed up on time and got the job done within the timeframe they gave me. My dog tore the carpet in 9 different spots and they fixed all of them making the carpet look brand new!
I would definitely recommend them.

I was charged twice had already paid Jan 18 vacated that same day and charged again by apt for some of the same work Jan 2025 after gone.. I feel ripped off and discriminated. Owner would not talk about double invoicing. Just know God is watching how you treat his children and your customers.

You didn't bother to tell them I already paid. They can only charge what you say the work is worth. A real company would be honest and waive fees that were already charged since Victor was supposed to take care of it the first time. Victor was surprised to see I had vacuumed neatly. The purpose was to avoid any future charges. You obviously have a contract with Soleil Blu. I was charged twice for the same job, and you added more stains to the job after I left 2 months later that were not there when I left. No one was in the apartment after that day because I had the key in Texas. You made up issues. But again, I will let God have the revenge. You are not worth it. Being black in St Cloud is not easy.

I have used them for several years. You always get a block of time for your appointment. The techs are very good about showing up within that window and will call to let you know they're on their way, if requested. They have great customer service, are very cordial and respectful of your home and have always done exactly what I've asked. My only concern is that, it does seem to take about one to two days for the carpet to completely dry. I will use them again.

We got a free carpet cleaning thing from our Apartment complex. It was only $45.
They could have done a better job on the carpets and the stains. They could have added a carpet fresh to make the carpet smell good seeing how it was our first time trying them.
I will never use this company again they didn't call before they came and they did a very very poor poor job the carpets to were I was in tears 😢 😥😥 F is my rating

We have been doing business with Carpet Valle for many years. From carpet cleans, to carpet repairs and remediation service. Edgardo is very pleasant and trusted by our Team. The ladies in the office are great! I would recommend.

I called Carpet Valle to complete a cleaning of my couch. They were excellent. They were meticulous and made sure that all of their equipment was not touching any of the walls or leaving behind a mess. Would highly recommend. I basically have a brand new couch now.

I called and asked for pricing to clean my tile floor. They told me it would be .50 cents a square foot. I said perfect the section I want cleaned is 150 square feet. Should be no more than around $80. I scheduled for someone to come out to do the job. They gave me a window of 12-5. I gave them my address and unit number. They guy came out and said he couldn’t do it today due to needing a portable cleaner cause I’m on the sixth floor. Shouldn’t that be something that was expected, I told them my unit number and I live downtown. They should have asked what floor I live on. So I waited for nothing. But then I asked how much just to make sure before I rebook. He told me $350. That’s a huge difference than the lady on the phone. I decided not to rebook. That price is crazy for 150 square feet.

This gentleman did an incredible job. From the moment we walked into our home and it smelled AMAZING, to seeing how clean our air ducts were — we could finally breathe normally again after dealing with breathing issues caused by how dirty the vents had gotten.

What impressed us the most was how neat and organized everything was. Every item was put back exactly where we left it, and the entire area was cleaned and vacuumed before they left.

We are truly thankful for Eldis Mada coming in and taking such great care of our home. Highly recommend!
