Absolutely wonderful service, my son poop all ove rmy carpets and despite me steam cleaning them, I still struggled with odor and stains. After Divine left my home was fresh and clean and the carpets looked amazing. It was fast, left no residue and harsh smells and the staff was so friendly.

Liz from Divine Care Carpet Cleaning was very prompt in returning my emails about questions I had (I.e. price, how long would it take to dry, etc.). They made my daughter's bedroom carpet look brand new. I also had my sectional sofa and area rug cleaned. It was such a relief to have everything looking so much better before a bridal shower I was hosting. I had the pleasure of using their service last week for the house my wife and I sold. I'm terrible with names, but the wonderful lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. Setting up the appointment was easy. The guy that came out the next day to clean our gross carpet did a fantastic job. I was surprised at how much better they looked. From beginning to end I highly recommend them. On an extra note, I made the mistake of calling Stanley Steamer just prior to them. They have an automated system that gives you several options but no one live to speak to because all of the options looped me right back to the beginning of the menu. Hitting zero only accomplished getting me to the "corporate voicemail". Don't waste your time with them and definitely consider using Divine.

Was getting a quote built with this company for a house my father in law was renting out.

First awesome thing- worked with me (per my request) all through text message! Very responsive and convenient!

We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars… but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning.

THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS!

Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. Rep told me “The best is honesty that is how we run our business, God First and all the Glory to Him. We work for the Lord”.

I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY!

These are truly great people who will surely receive their true reward.

The technician did a fabulous job of communicating when he was on his way to the home, and after inspection, was kind enough to send me pictures along with a copy of the invoice. We woke up to a flooded house and l, in conjunction with the repair services, Divine Carpet Cleaning was here on the spot on a Saturday. Fantastic job! Very pleased. Divine Carpet Care does more than carpet. They clean tile floors like a boss.
Had 6-day old grout haze from a whole house wood-look porcelain tile installation. After mopping to the moon and back, I couldn't get it gone. In a panic, I called Liz and the next morning, she sent out Alex with a truck mounted rotary cleaning system. Alex was very kind and professional. He took the time necessary to do an outstanding job cleaning the floors, which removed all the grout haze and left my floors beautifully clean. This business is my home-hero :) Highly recommend for tile floor cleaning.

My wife suffers from multiple chemical sensitivities and allergies. Also fragrances. This Devine Care Cleaning company were able to clean the Rug and we were able to move into our rented apt. on a third floor. But the reason for this review is about how they handle this delicate situation. With the outmost interest, concern and kindness they researched and found a solution.
