I found Michelle and the cleaning authority in some commercial I think or ad online. They’re very affordable. Do a fantastic job and offer flexibility. For instance some times I have them come twice a month and sometimes Michelle will work with me and provide three times a month like the first the tenth and the 20th. If you have a special request contact Michelle and ask her. I have not been told no. And it’s usually just like wiping the areas down my dogs left rub marks on the white trim. I also requested them to use fabuloso I provided it and I get that fab smell.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for several years and the crew I had today was particularly fabulous! It's one of those jobs where you don't want to cook and mess up your nice, clean stove. They always do a thorough job.

We recently moved into a new house and needed a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms before moving in. I found Cleaning Authority online and was really impressed with Michelle when she showed up right on time and spent quite a while discussing exactly what I needed done and the budget required to do it.
A detailed cleaning for two and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, and the floors for $400. To be fair, this is a large home so I asked that they give priority to the kitchen and baths only doing the floors if they had time within the 4-hour/$400 budget.
We had talked at length about the appliances being deep cleaned, the drawers and cabinets, the cobwebs on lighting fixtures specifically.
I was not at the property while they were cleaning but arrived shortly before they left. Everything looked great from what I could see but the floors were wet so I didn't examine the house as I should have because I didn't want to mess up the floors.
In the days since then, as we started moving in, I have found that other than cleaning the oven and the showers, they had only done a surface clean.
Not a single drawer or cabinet had been cleaned. There were hair, dust and crumbs in every single one.
The freezer drawer was gross and hadn't been touched.
There were still cobwebs on the lighting fixtures and crusty stuff stuck to the counter. The list goes on.
The house had already been cleaned once for showing but a lot of the details were missed and that is what I hired Cleaning Authority to do.
I am not only angry that I had to pay $400 for a service that was substandard, I'm extremely disappointed because they had such high ratings and I hoped to use them in the future.

We are so glad that we found TCA. They always do a great job and are very accommodating to our schedules. I work from home and love that we can track the ETA with the app. Michelle is awesome and super responsive. I also like that the products they use are non toxic and safe for the dogs. Seriously, having them on a regular schedule is exactly what I needed to make life a little easier.

The Cleaning Authority team always leaves my home spotless and shining. They arrive on time and are very pleasant to work with. I had some post-construction dust all over the floors today and the crew and supervisor mopped the floors 3 times to be sure all the residue was gone. Above and beyond!

The results were great and pricing felt fair. Booking the appointment took a couple tries, though.

They did an amazing job cleaning out the house we have been renting! We were in the middle of moving into our new home, and they made everything so easy for us. It was also very affordable and the clean was great. We would definitely recommend them for move out/move in cleanings!
