Josh is the best because he always calls when he gets here and asks if there’s any concerns
And will walk the property and discuss what he is going to do. And you can request a paper bill with comments and watering instructions.

James Jr was amazing today. I was about to cancel due to a young gentleman servicing my yard and never completed the service. Just put a sign in and drove away. I’ve used Evergreen for years after having issues with numerous companies in the past. My landscaper recommended them and I can confidently recommend their service. Anytime a small issue in my lawn pops up, my technician, Jajuan, comes out and it’s resolved quickly.

I've been with Evergreen for two years and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their field technicians are genuinely excellent - my lawn has never looked better, and the crew clearly knows their stuff. The actual pest control and lawn care work is great.

Unfortunately, the administrative side has been a real source of frustration. I was sent to collections over a billing dispute after just one phone call attempt with no voicemail left. When they recently switched to a new billing system, my autopay stopped working and created charges for services that weren't even performed at my property. Their new online portal made it impossible to resolve the balance myself.

I will say that Toccara from customer service was genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand my frustration and worked to resolve the issues, which I appreciated.

I understand that companies go through transitions, and it seems like they're trying to improve their systems. But the billing chaos has made what should be a simple service feel like a part-time job managing my account.

My honest take: If you're willing to stay on top of your account and don't mind occasional billing hiccups, you'll be happy with their lawn care results. But if you prefer a hands-off experience where you can trust the billing to work correctly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We were with Evergreen for 6+ years until a new partner was brought in about 18-months ago, which came with the out-sourcing of customer service in India. This new system was absolutely dreadful; we had no choice but to move onto another company. Then Evergreen contacted us about 6 months ago and informed us customer service had been brought back in-house. The customer service is back to its exceptional level prior to the new partner; they are friendly and prompt. Jose Padro is our new service technician, and he as well has been outstanding. Good personality, professional, knowledgeable, and he actually cares about doing a good job and ensuring you’re pleased with the service.

Our technician, Josh, has done an incredible job saving our lawn from an invasive fungus that was taking it over, making look brown and dead. He devised a custom treatment plan and made several, previously unscheduled followup visits to review the progress and make additional treatments when needed. Now our lawn, once again looks beautiful and healthy. We highly recommend Evergreen!

Evergreen has been my lawn care service for several years and recently things have gone down hill. I requested a supervisor to come out after the June and July service resulted in killing some of my grass. They were supposed to follow up, but failed to. I called to request a refund for the July service and was told there was no one in management to talk to. I never heard from them again.

Our service person, Jajuan Cantrell has done an exceptional job in maintaining our lawn. He is professional and always informs us of all the treatments that will be applied that day. I would highly recommend him to any home owner. Gregg Young

I wish to post a positive review about Evergreen tech Josue (Josh). He arrived on property and called announcing his arrival. I’ve had difficulty with Evergreen service this past year and have voiced my disappointment with management. My last service date was with Josue and my lawn is in much better condition. He explained the problems and indicated his plan for resolution. He treated my lawn thoroughly and the improvement is obvious. It should improve even more because of his treatment and care.
I hope to continue service with Evergreen Lawn if Josue can be my scheduled technician.

I’ve had several technicians service my yard from Evergreen and Lawn Pest Control, but Issac stands out above them all. He’s the only technician I truly prefer, and for good reason. From the moment I open the door, he’s always polite and professional. He takes the time to ask questions and ensures any concerns are fully addressed. His knowledge is impressive—he explains things clearly and thoroughly, and never rushes through a visit.

What really sets Issac apart is his dedication. He goes above and beyond, making sure everything is done right and even double-checks his work before leaving. He’s fixed several issues with my yard without hesitation or complaints. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work.

Great lawn service! My Lawn had cinch bugs and sod webworms and the lawn was starting to die off. Evergreen stopped the die off and the lawn recovered just in time. Weed germination also went way down. I get a treatment every other month now. I’m a happy customer. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been Evergreen customers for over a decade before the company changed hands and have stayed loyal despite the change. Over that time, we have had a number of service technicians and they have been relatively decent with some being exceptional. But the young man who is currently our technician has provided the best service we have ever had with your company. The young man's name is Jajuan Cantrell and he is a hard worker who is eager to please the customer. He wears your company's name with pride and said something that really stuck with me. He stated that he enjoys his job because he is able to help his customers improve their lawns and in turn make them happy. And he meant it. It is rare to see that type of dedication to one's job and I hope to continue to see him in the future as my wife and mine's lawn technician.

James came and treated for insects on my new hedges. He did a fantastic job! My husband and I have been in the business for decades so we understand the urgency of treating for insects timely. We also have spend 10s of thousands of dollars on our lawn and landscape. He was dealing with a frustrated customer because I wasn’t called ahead and someone came last week and didn’t take care of the white fly and thrips on the bushes like I asked. He listened to me, assured me that he would take care of it and then I let him do his work. James is an excellent representative of your company. Well done!

Ryan is the person who takes care of my lawn and shrubs. Despite the harsh climate we live in, my yard always looks the best in the neighborhood. Ryan knows what he is doing and does it in a courteous and professional way. An excellent service by a true professional.

I want to say that I have had EVERGREEN LAWN AND PEST service for just over 4 year's now and I now have one of the nicest lawns in my neighborhood. I always receive comments on how well the yard looks. One of the main differences that makes EVERGREEN successful is that they will not "kill" the entire lawn and start over. They use your existing grass and "build" a new lawn from what exists already. DANNY , my EVERGREEN technician, is terrific.
