Ms.Rosalin and her team where a lifesaver. They cleaned by business after my Construction was completed, and I couldn't believe how spotless everything was. I will continue to use her services for my touch ups. You definitely should call Working Hands for any of your cleaning needs!

They have been working for us for over 3 years and they have always done a great job. Kind and professional owner who supervises her employees to guarantee they provide a great service every time. Would definitely recommend.

12/21/21: As a follow up I was able to find a reputable cleaning service that actually did deep cleaning _ I was amazed at everything they did AND it cost less than Working Hands Cleaning Service. I was even provided a flat rate for my service! I guess my initial intuition was accurate about this place - the technicians clean reasonably well but customer service is nonexistent!

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the technicians who cleaned my home were very nice and did a wonderful job.
At first I was excited, Speaking with the owner and meeting the ladies who cleaned my home made me feel that this would be a great fit. When I spoke with the owner I asked how does this work… who do I pay, does it have to be a check? What will be my normal rate? Etc… they had cleaned the home once and I was charged the deep cleaning price. The owner never got back to me. I left messages (at least least 3). No follow up with me to discuss the recurring fee. Finally late one evening the owner called to say she will put me on the same schedule as my neighbor who uses Working Hands Cleaning Service. I was given the date and approximate time the cleaners would show up. Prior to the next scheduled service I called the office AGAIN to ask about the fee I would be charged. At that time the new office manager informed me that because this would only be the 2nd service appointment I would still pay the deep cleaning fee. Feeling a little uneasy because there seemed to be a lot of confusion and little to NO follow through with this company; I decided to create a list of the areas I want cleaned in each room. This list would show what item were completed on each visit. For example, though I have a task for cleaning the ceiling fans, they do not need to be done every visit. Fast forward to my service day. The two cleaners that I had previously show up at my home BUT there were two more ladies with them. They were sent to be trained by the two ladies that came to clean my house. Why would a company send someone to be trained at your home without contacting the client?? The trainees were actually no help! In fact one talked so loud and so much she was actually Disturbed my work (I work from home and she was in the room next to my office). The ladies told me that they were done with the list of items I gave them. They had been there 1 hour. So I electronically transferred $78 ($39 x # hrs x #at technicians) and asked the technician to please take the list of items cleaned back to the office. Now what happened next is what made me seek a different company. The new “Office manager” calls me and says there is a 2 hour minimum so you owe another $78. I was beyond mad! She had the nerve to ask me if I received the contract where it states there is a 2 hour minimum! THIS IS THE LADY WHO NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO DISCUSS QUESTIONS I HAD ASKED 😡. And the funny thing is there was plenty of cleaning task as evident on the spreadsheet I sent to the office - SO if I had known there was a 2 hour minimum I WOULD HAVE HAD THEM CLEAN FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS!! Instead of this so called “office manager” seeing that and saying we willl forgive that OR saying pay the additional cost and we will owe you an hour of cleaning service. She took the money and never looked back! This is not someone that I would choose to do business with. Be aware, everyone who claims to know God isn’t Godly. Working Hands Cleaning Service obviously was not interested in building up their clientele

I have witnessed the work of this company first hand as they provided their excellent service to clean my mother's home. The work was done immaculately and timely. I was especially impressed with the kind and professional demeanor of the staff. Thank you Working Hands!

The best we have ever had. We fell in love with Rosalin the first time we met her. She has become family to us and my parents. She now cleans our home, my parents and my office. Always on time, thoughtful and trustworthy. Does a great job!

Rosalin and her team did a fantastic job on a large project for us. They cleaned a 14,000 SF office for our post-construction cleaning in a day, and the place was spotless. You will not find a more polite and caring team! They showed up on time with the right-sized crew, that were all trained very well.

I had a coupon for Rosaline but despite that her team did an amazing job. I left the house empty, due to the fact I was moving out, but Rosaline left it move in ready. I highly recommend her service. Very sweet lady! Thank you!

Rosalin and her son are amazingly kind, definitely know when they come in office cause you can smell n see the difference. They pay attention to detail and make sure you are loving there service

Nice city and location.

Went too home door top look for roofing material. No employees were around to help.i went accross the street to lowes and got what i needed. Lowes employees were very helpful

Garden center was closed for no reason when I went.

I like the real Walmart. I can’t get what I need in one store. The staff picks up all the points on this one; all nice folks.

Acquiring a new customer costs 7 times more than maintaining an existing one. You lost one and just about to lose another. Correction, you just lost my neighbors business as his lawn looks worse than mine......

I recently had Evergreen treat my home for termites. South Floridian homes are a delicacy for those little buggers. Patrick (Sales) and Mike (Technician) were great. Both were professional and easy to work with. The pricing was fair, and the service was quick and convenient. I would definitely put them at the top of the list for pest control in the area.

My Technician Jajuan Cantrell is providing excellent lawn treatment service. He's been very helpful with elimation of my sedge and always keeps me informed. Getting my lawn back good condition is a team effort. He's doing a great job!

Updated post. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I can tell a change in the type of products used recently. My yard is definitely going downhill. Included before and after pictures. Hopefully this can get corrected.
