After my dryer decided it had sensed a blockage in my recently cleaned dryer vent and the company that had recently cleaned it didn’t return my call I turned to Dryer Vent Wizard and they came within a couple of hours did another cleaning. The tech was professional, polite and efficient. He used a small camera to show me the vent pipe and cleared it out again. Problem solved!

I can't say enough about Dryer Vent Wizard of South Seminole (who was recommended to me). I was able to book an appointment online, and they confirmed via email and text. I wanted to come early, but I wasn't home—they completely understood and called when they were on their way.

Mitchell was our technician, and what a nice and knowledgeable person. They do a full assessment, attic, roof, inside, and record everything on video to show and explain it to you. They use a camera to inspect your vent and show you what they can see and walk you through options. No 'gotchas' - I saw what they saw.
Turns out, we had a venting problem that was far worse than we knew. Calling them in couldn't have been a better idea. In about two hours, he fixed us (minus a little dry wall repair, which was removed with care and precision, an easy enough fix for me).

Highly recommend - rates seemed fair for the time and work done. They do repairs, installations, and cleaning. I needed a little bit of all three.

Very easy process to schedule appointment online. Good availability, including weekends. Evans was prompt, responsive, if not over-communicative in describing what he found in the dryer vent and the work that he was doing. Very considerate of my property. Thank you for your work!

Replaced dryer vent with new vent line, exterior wall transition and metal outdoor cover. Technicians showed up on time, completed work, showed me work done and ran dryer to test all connections. Cleaned up the area and made sure dryer was lint free.
Very informative, efficient and personable techs. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future to return to check for proper operation and any vent cleaning needed.

He was thorough, left my laundry room cleaner than he found it, and even provided a detailed inspection video—check it out!

Honestly, I didn’t think I needed this service, but I’d rather be safe than sorry—and wow, the amount of lint they found was shocking! My vent was actually a fire hazard and had to be replaced.

My experience with Dryer Vent Wizard was pretty amazing actually. Communication was spot on. Arrived a little early after confirming that was okay. Isaac explained everything he was doing and took pictures on the roof of my dryer vent so I could see it. Did a thorough job top to bottom and left everything clean. Service was impeccable and included recorded videos of the inside of the vent to see what was going on. We had our vents cleaned by a different company 5 months ago and our dryer was throwing an error saying they were still clogged. Isaac came in and showed they only cleaned the bottom half of the vent and re-cleaned it fully. He was fantastic!!

We had service from this company today to clean our dryer vent. Evans came out and was excellent… a real 10 out of 10! He was professional, respectful of property, explained everything and answered all of our questions.

I called The Dryer Vent Wizard and I'm so glad I did!
My dryer was not drying a full load of clothes in the alloted time. Evans came out to access the problem and suggested the lint tube from the dryer to the roof was clogged. He was right!
Check out the video attached to see the enormous amount of lint that was caked in the tube from the back of the dryer all the way up to the roof vent. It was astounding! So he went right to work and cleaned everything, also made sure there was air flow out of the vent on the roof.
So, job well done and appreciated. Evans is an excellent technician, very courteous and explains everything from start to finish.

The guys were respectful, knowledgeable, and got our dryer connection safe and secure for us but it was pretty expensive. I would give 5 stars if the pricing was a bit more reasonable

I am incredibly happy with the service from the Dryervent Wizard. We had a persistent lint issue and our drying times were getting ridiculous. The technician arrived on time and was extremely thorough in diagnosing and cleaning the entire vent line. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me the buildup, which was shocking! Now, our dryer is working like new. Exceptional work and great value. Thank you!

Evans responded quickly to my request and was out the next day. I wasn't home but he kept me updated via text, photos and videos. We will be calling him annually to keep our vents clean and safe!
